When I called, I asked for the dumpster to be placed as close to my home as possible and gave very specific directions as to the location. I also asked for the driver to call me before they arrived so that I could be there. In the notes, the only thing that was communicated to the driver was «in drive.» So the dumpster was placed in the wrong location causing me to have to drive through my neighbors yard to load the dumpster because the driver didn’t call. Also, I didn’t receive an empty dumpster. There were boxes and corner packed with previous trash.
Called on a weekend and was thankful they answered but the woman on the phone obviously doesn’t enjoy her job. Received an over weight charge that they wouldn’t provide proof of. Over all, worst customer experience I have ever had.

I placed an order for the dumpster with this company, then checked out reviews. Never will I do that again. I called to cancel the order the same day I placed it and was told I’d be charged a $ 100 cancellation fee. Fine, we’ll go ahead with them.
THEN, we received the wrong sized dumpster and were charged more than what they quoted me. When I called to complain the girl was extremely rude and told me it was all in the contract (which I didn’t receive until the bill came). I will remember her name always such that she never is hired at a company I work for.
Though we were told the dumpster would be removed promptly, it sat in our driveway for almost a week after the day we had it rented through. Never again.

Similar experience as others have had. The positive– they dropped the dumpster off within 24 hours of ordering it. However, the issues started after delivery of the dumpster. After having the dumpster 4 days, we received a call that they were picking it up on the 5th day out of a 7 day rental. We had our landscapers rush to finish the project before they picked up the dumpster… 3 weeks later, the dumpster is still in our driveway. We’ve made NUMEROUS phone calls to them and have had nothing but RUDE customer service. I explained that we have another project planned in a few days a NEED it gone. The last time I called I just asked them to please provide a date of pickup as we have another job starting and need the driveway space. Subpar service. They dropped the wrong size dumpster and have left it here 3 weeks; based on the other reviews, I hope they live up to their assurances that we won’t get charged for the extra days or larger size as it was their error.

Same as another reviewer. Does not drop off at agreed upon time/​date. They were a day late without any notice, I had to call to find out what happened. And they said they would drop off in the morning, and it didn’t show up until the afternoon. It was very disruptive to our planned project and people who were helping us. Then they dropped off the wrong size dumpster and charged me for the full dumpster of the size they dropped off (not what I ordered) before even picking it up (not even knowing how full it was). Customer service was non existent and we dealt with very rude people. Not a customer friendly business. Will never do business with them again.
