If I could leave 0 stars I certainly would. I have been trying to book an appointment for a massage since January 1^st. One appointment was set but was canceled without even a phone call. Had to take an evening appointment to replace that appointment but I was unable to get there so had to cancel because the appointmen was until 8 o’clock at night. Called to reschedule and was told it would be another month before another appointment would be available. So I ask the lady if I could just get the money for the gift cards I had purchased back. I was told yes I could. The next morning I arrived at 930. Their hours on their website state that they open at 9. The doors were locked and after a few minutes someone finally let me in. The lady at the desk did not know how to refund the gift cards so I then had to wait additional time for the owner to arrive. After a half an hour of waiting she let me know that she would not refund the gift card and that I would need to take her to court to get my money back. She said they had hired a man massage therapist (no interest in being massaged by a male) and they were potentially going to be hiring someone soon since their massage therapist only works 1 day and 1 evening. I explained after being told I would need to take her to court that I had no interest in doing business with her company and would like my money back adding that I had the receipt. She once again refused. Save your time. You will just get the run around. Terrible and rude management.

Went there for a wedding day hair style and makeup. They were so busy/​overbooked that the stylists were rushing through to get done quickly. I have shorter hair but even so my stylist did basically nothing to my hair and in fact I have styled it better myself. Another person in the bridal party wanted a braid but they didn’t know how to do it (though they claim to be bridal specialists). This stylist had an attitude from the get go and just wanted to do whatever she wanted. She should not be in a customer service position.
The girl that did my makeup did a great job. 4 starts for her. However, the person in charge of doing the makeup for another bridal party member did an awful job, mascara on the eyelid, eyeshadow extended almost to the temple. Awful. I looked at it and it was horrible. I’m positive a child would have done better. And when told about it she refused to continue working on her AND the salon still charged her for the makeup application. Ridiculous.
I would never return to this salon for anything. Unprofessional and they’re just looking to get people in and out the door. Stylists are not knowledgeable and customer service is terrible.
