History

Established in 1984.

TDO Communications (Formerly The Design Office) started as a design firm focused on business-​to-​business print. The most common phrase our clients used to describe us was «They Get It!». To satisfy the needs of our great clients we soon added direct marketing, corporate communications and presentations. And we never stopped growing. In 1998 we established TDO Interactive and in 2000, TDO Software.

Joseph F.

Business Owner

Joseph is an active marketing and design professional in business-​to-​business, business-​to-​channel and business-​to-​consumer marketing communications. He has designed and developed, advertising, direct response marketing, on-​air graphics for television, packaging, multimedia, websites, app and all forms of online marketing. He established The Design Office, Inc. (TDO) in 1984, TDO Interactive in 1993 and TDO Software in 2000.

At TDO, Joseph has fostered a highly collaborative environment in which a diverse team of senior communications professionals can deliver real-​world results to clients’ business problems through sound, targeted strategies, branding, communications, design, technology and data.

Joseph has developed successful programs in a broad spectrum of media for widely diverse clients including American Express, Learning Through Art/​The Guggenheim, Movado Group, Aetna, NetJets, Citibank, Salomon Smith Barney and numerous others.
