The best massage I have ever had. The stretching is relaxed and rejuvenating. They were really polite and courteous.

If I give it zero stars, I would. Worst massage I’ve ever gotten. She didn’t even listen to what was hurting and did her own thing. If I wanted a stretch, I could just do it myself or go to a yoga class. I came for a massage to relax and now I’m in more pain than when I came in.

I bought my friend the 60 minute massage groupon for her birthday. her appointment was scheduled for tomorrow at 2:45, and I called to confirm this. I also asked since she was 16 if she had to have a parent go with her, and if so I was going to have to reschedule because her parents work, and tomorrow is a Wednesday. Jessica (the woman I was speaking to) replied that yes, she did have to have a parent with her. I tried to reschedule, but it was going to be 20 dollars to do that. which honestly doesn’t make sense because I called the day before, so I just asked to cancel and Jessica said that voucher which I paid $ 30 for would be invalid. I’m obviously upset since they didn’t disclose this information when I made the appointment, and I feel like that’s something important to add. basically I lost $ 30 due to something that wasn’t my fault, and they were trying to charge me more to reschedule. so fuck this place, your customer service sucks. xoxo
