My Favorite store in Texas! They have any clay, holistic health needs, cleanses, etc you can think of. Also the staff are very personable and knowledgeable.

I checked out this heavenly store today and I didn’t really wanna leave until I checked out the entire store ! I’m trying my best to live a healthy life naturally. I’m not a big believer in Western medicine, so this place was perfect!
So, don’t pass by the store by accident because it looks like a house, a little white house. When you walk in, you can smell the herbs and spices scenting the entire store. It’s a huge melting pot of exoticness (is that a word ?) The store boasts 1,000 jars of various herbs and «potions».
The ladies who helped me were all friendly, and knowledgeable of all, just tell them what you’re looking for .
They have a few edible items like black salt, teas, natural sugars, etc. Oh, back to the tea! They have quite a variety of loose teas. I chose an Earl Grey and Chai.
They also have various energy rocks for various things. I left with a couple of rocks for positive energy .
Side note: Membership is required, but it’s free.
Overall, I will definitely be back ! Loved my experience !

I’ve leaved in Irving for over 25yrs and just recently found Years To Your Health.
I’ve passed this places 1,000,000 times but never knew what it was until my daughter introduced me to essential oils. It’s a little house (converted to a business) in downtown Irving.
This is truly a hidden gem! It has so many herbs, oils and natural supplement then any store I’ve been in. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about products. I spent a good hour+ just walking around looking at all the products they have. This is truly a 5 Star+ business.
I hate I forgot to check-​in. I will remember next time.

I just discovered this gem today. Best store herb store in Dallas for sure! I went in for some essential oils and came out with a wealth of information and a renewed interest in natural remedies. Dusty, who is a master herbalist with 25 years experience, was patient and informative on a number of topics. The one-​on-​one care is not only amazing customer service but is a true example of how much the staff cares about natural healing.
It can be difficult, especially for first timers and novices, to navigate the world of herbs and oils but the staff make it a unique and pleasant experience. Thank You!

I love this place. They have a VAST supply of herbs all ready to get blended and to start healing!!!
Now, I can usually find what I’m looking for through my several online companies I use for cheaper… BUT… I still buy from them and love them all.
I love making a mug of the «tea of the day» and walk around and see if there’s anything new.
There’s plenty that I buy here because the price to buy immediately vs. having it shipped isn’t that great of a difference so I prefer to give to my local shop. Ya know?
I’ve bought some pretty neat stuff here. The energy is so amazing and I just feel so peaceful when I’m there.
The 1 and only thing to make this place better is more parking space. But hey… Oh well.

I’m one of those Pagans who feels dissatisfied purchasing my herbs at the grocery store, almost like I’m cross-​contaminating my spirituality with life’s daily mundane chores. When my Reiki master recommended I go check out a little run-​down house of herbs in the middle of Las Colinas instead, I had no idea what to expect.
I walk in and am immediately surprised by how great the energy is. A man named Force (who I am now great friends with) offers me a cup of tea made from one of their in-​house blends. He gives me a tour of the place that includes a room filled with jars of alphabetized floor-​to-​ceiling herbs, a supplement room filled with all sorts of organic vitamins and holistic remedies, and a spiritual room lined with esoteric books, candles, incense and crystal gemstones.
They have censors and charcoal blocks for people who are interested in burning their own loose incense blends, along with mortar and pestles and saltpeter for those adventurous enough to create their own. They also have a decent collection of undiluted essential oils, along with carrier oils for creating your own blends (Recipe tip: 8 – 10 drops of essential oil per ¹⁄₈ cup of carrier oil, such as jojoba). As far as rare herbs are concerned, Years To Your Health has them in droves, including the elusive Mastic Gum, an ancient and powerful resin used in amplifying incense blends. They really do have it all, although sometimes the herb you’re after may be listed under a different moniker.
If you don’t have the knowledge or interest in creating your own herbal blends from scratch, they have plenty of pre-​made mixtures available that address a wide variety of needs. These include matters of spiritual health like Money Draw, Love Me and Protection blends to physical health, such as Fat Flush #69, Excema/​Great Skin #73, Super Cleanse #63, and No More Pale Face #40 (anemia). For you health buffs out there that are after an inexpensive spirulina powder, or even a local bee pollen (they make a doggie allergy blend as well that you can mix into their food), you can now nab your own vegan gel capsules and fill your own pills for a fraction of the cost of their bottled counterparts, sans the fillers. It doesn’t get much more natural than that, guys.
Bottom line, this is a fantastic resource for healers of any kind, be it the physical or metaphysical variety. If its a Saturday and you have a little extra time and don’t mind listening, ask for Force. He’s hilarious, well-​informed and is basically walking entertainment! If you are in need of more concise and succinct answers (especially when it comes to physical health and wellness inquiries), ask for Alex. He provides simple explanations without all of the colorful back-​story. Don’t forget your cookie at the checkout!

There is an herb for every ailment! Years To Your Health, the little white house in downtown Irving, is by far the BEST holistic health store in DFW. They take care of your mind, body, and spirit. The staff is always knowledgeable and friendly and makes you feel like family. They have everything to keep you healthy and it won’t break the bank. Herbs are sold in bulk as well as tinctures and pills. Lotions, salves, and balms are in abundance so your skin will never suffer the Texas sun again! A good rule of thumb is to go to the doctor to find out whats wrong with you and then treat it with herbal medicine. That’s what I do and I have made it through life thus far. Years To Your Health has been my partner for health and will continue to be for the foreseeable future.

Sweet, charming little shop in downtown Irving converted from a small historic home years ago. I’ve been going here for years for herbs, and the quality is consistently superb.
Very knowledgeable staff, always friendly and very helpful.
Wonderful selection of loose and boxed teas, and you can always sample the teas before you buy. Give their house blends a try.
Great selection of resinous incenses as well; best benzoin, golden copal and frankincense I’ve ever purchased.
