Wuf Pet Resort & Spa

They seem friendly and clean enough. My dog is a wallflower and even thought they act like she’s the best thing ever when I come in, I never see (on the cameras) any employee trying to engage her into socializing or even paying attention to her. Kind of sad:(
And the groomer charges way too much for her services. I didn’t make an appointment, but asked if my dog could get a bath one day. Not only was she put in crate all day in a back room (no play time), I was charged $ 24 for a bath??? Plus I felt obligated to tip, so that’s just WAY too much for a bath and then had to pay the $ 22 for daycare and she didn’t get to play and was in a cage all day! AND when I take her to doggie daycare, they put the dogs up for 2 hours during ‘nap/​lunch’ time. C’mon, if I left her there for 10 hrs a day, that charge might be worth it. But I’m only gone for 4 – 6 hours.
They charge way too much money for what you get, so unfortunately I won’t be going back. And that’s a shame too, because Wuf is so close to my work:(

I use to love taking my dog here, but lately the staff at Wuf have been un-​attentive and don’t seem to listen to specific instructions. Not to mention, the last time I took her she was shaking and wouldn’t get out of the car, when she use to jump at the sight of Wuf or mention of Wuf!

WUF did an amazing job on Yoda. They actually listened unlike the other competitors! Love the space, the staff’s super friendly, and they charged a lot less than Lucca Bella (prices always varied). I highly recommend this place! One happy mama! Thanks WUF!!!

I’d give this 0 stars if I could. THESE GUYS ARE CROOKS! This place MAY have been worthy of a couple stars years ago but something has changed over there and its going downhill fast. The groomer here is very rude and feels that she knows thats best for your dog. The staff don’t seem to like their jobs very much and everything is a burden. They don’t understand customer service here, and that is big turn off for me. The services are VERY overpriced. Don’t be fooled by the «estimates» on their website as they like to add on multiple a la carte items that your pet didn’t need. It would be different if they did a good job and made me feel like I actually want to come back. Poorly managed, falling apart, save your dog from some awful disease and move on to the next.

picked up my dog yesterday and she is still sleeping from all the fun she had at wuf. love the cameras and i feel like big brother but i watch every chance i get. this time olive got a bath and a cute little bandana. plenty of parking, easy to get there on the way to the airport and friendly staff. will be back.

My friend recommended this place and it must have gone downhill fast. She told me how it was really clean and attentive. NO. The daycare was filthy and there was one guy in there sitting slumped in the corner. The yard outside reeked. I don’t know how it is possible for the open space outside to smell more than inside. The staff looks totally unprofessional with tattoos, piercings and cleavage. I saw the manager who my friend told me is new and he looked strung out. There was one blonde girl that seemed to have some gumption of business aptitude and actually acknowledged and looked like she liked the dogs. I think she was the only one without ink and holes all over.

I got referred to Wuf by my cousin who takes his dog there for doggie daycare and for boarding. I was tentative, but took my puppy Addy there to board when I had to go out of town. She was only 16 weeks so I was nervous to say the least, but she absolutely loves it! They take amazing care of her and she is always so excited to go and see her friends! (The staff and the other dogs!) They have a doggie daycare camera that allows me to check on her throughout the day to see all the fun that she is having! It also allows me to see the staff giving her attention and love which makes me happy.
They give me a report card when I pick her up that lets me know her activity level, feeding habits, and who she loved playing with. They have a wonderful photographer on staff named Elissa that takes photos and posts them on their facebook page and tags me so I know when they are posted. I have saved several photos of Addy They are affordable, flexible, and most of all love my dog. I take Addy there once a week to let her romp and play which keeps us both sane :)
I highly recommend Wuf Pet Resort and Spa! They will take great care of your furry family members.

We’ve taken our male dog to Wuf for over a year now and our female dog for about 5 months (boarding, grooming and daycare), and we couldn’t be happier. The staff are extremely friendly, helpful and professional, and the facilities are top-​notch. I love the different pricing options for boarding, too! For example, although we love the idea of the suites — equipped with doggy beds and even web cams — we know our dogs would prefer the coziness of a niche kennel, plus they’re more in line with our budget. Daycare is very reasonable, and the fact that they’re open 7 days a week, including many holidays, is a bonus. We had to attend a funeral out of town a few months ago, and it was such a relief to know that we could leave the dogs at Wuf all day and not have to worry about their welfare.
In fact, our female dog is a bit of an escape artist, and we really appreciate that Wuf staff go out of their way to try and find different options to keep her safe and secure in the daycare. Our dogs consider them an extension of the «pack» and are happy to spend their days playing with their friends while their parents are at work!
Oh, and even better is the fact that I can drop my dogs off for grooming, and we don’t have to worry about them stuck in a crate all day (as they often are at grooming salons) while they wait their turn for a bath or groom. They can play until they’re ready for their appointment, which is so much more preferable.
All in all, I strongly recommend Wuf to anyone in the Dallas area looking for a safe, nurturing and active environment for their dogs.

yeah so Jennifer (former owner) was awesome and unfortunately no longer there. The current staff is equally great and so accommodating. I take my «Puff» there at least once a week to play and frolic with all his buddies (sometimes the little stinker hits it and runs there without me knowing). They then call and say «Hey Puff is here — Guess hes in for daycare». That being said, I totally trust and appreciate them for all they do. The staff seem very knowledgeable and genuine and grooming is always so spot on. If you have any doubts, there is a doggy cam online that you can use to see your little stinker acting the fool. Love WUF and so glad I work right across the street!

I highly recommend WUF. We’ve been very satisfied customers for over a year. With three dogs, I have tried several different boarding and day care facilities in D/​FW over the past few years. WUF is the first place that has won me over as a loyal client. I know our dogs are very well taken care of while boarding; the dogs are happy when I drop them off — they get to run and play all day. WUF has been very flexible when I need to adjust pick up or drop off times last minute. They have accommodated every request I’ve made such as not separating two of our dogs overnight due to their separation anxiety, etc. I appreciate Jennifer’s attention to detail and have always found her to be professional, sincere and very focused on the care of Chick, Chuck Norris and Miss Cleo. What more can I saw than — there is almost nothing we love as much as our dogs — and with lots of other places we’ve tried, WUF is the first and only place I truly feel good about boarding them and am happy to trust them with our ‘kids’.

Absolutely Horrible… The owner is like Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. Completely crazy. When i tried to express some concerns about the service I was receiving the Owner, Jennifer, screamed at me, insulted me and in general made me regret ever letting my dog stay at her unsatisfactory facility. Do not let the name or the elaborate website fool you, this place is run by people who do not care about your money or giving you honest customer service. She literally insulted my intelligence because I was not aware of some of their unusual hours and fees even though I explained to her well before, that I had never taken my dog to the kennel and needed to be informed of all pertinent information. She followed me out of the door yelling and me and said «Im sorry Prada (my dogs name), that your mother is so difficult» in front of me and my husband. The most unprofessional place I have ever been and let me remind you… this was from the OWNER!!! Unacceptable in my eyes.
