Wendy’s

I didn’t get what all the buzz was about. The service was fine, the food was just like any other regular Wendy’s.

One of the best Wendy’s I’ve been to. I came in for lunch at 1 pm on a weekday. It was completely packed, drive thru and inside, but they handled it well. Orders were taken quickly and came out as fast as they could manage.
I was VERY pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness especially at such an hour. It was reassuring to see someone cleaning the tables even though they were clearly very busy. Great job!

This is a nice Wendy’s. It’s clean and organized. The staff is friendly and helpful. Even The manager was helping the staff out.
That’s what I call good leadership.
I ordered the bacon cheese pretzel burger. I just had to try it. It was very delicious.
Will definitely be coming back :)

I love the pretzel bun, had to try it. Driving home from the dentist, I decided I needed Wendy’s. This location was the closest so I chose the drive thru. There were a few cars in front of me and as I got up to the menu, I was looking for the pretzel sandwich, I could not find it. The car in front of me kept moving and… so did I. Little did not realize I had just passed the speaker to give them my order… oops. So, I get up to the window to pay, laughing, apologize that I did not stop at the spearker, no problem, he takes my order. Oh I said, do you still have the pretzel bun? Yes, but it has items on it I did not want so he was able to ‘sub’ the regular bun for my order — Ya! I am really holding up the line at this point. Not only was he nice and friendly, he double checked my order to be sure he got it right. Awesome. He then tells his supervisor that I am out of order as he had taken the person’s order behind me before I got to his window! Worst customer? They were happy to help, not grumpy and … they got my order correct. THANK YOU!

Great customer service at this location

This Wendy’s right down the street from where I live is by far one of the best in DFW (if not the best in the world). Their foods on the menu are affordable and cooked just right, and even the Coca-​Cola Freestyle Machine adds a nice touch.
