Established in 2003.

We are locally owned and operated by the Cavalle family. Our first service center opened in 2003 and we currently own 12 service centers. We have been in the automotive service industry for over 20 years. During that time, we have received numerous awards for customer service, including national recognition from the Wall Street Journal.

very quickly attended me, got my state inspection done with oil change. over all good experience, they email me coupon here and there so it’s nice and I prefer to go to them instead of car dealer, make sure you signed up for coupon that will save some money.

I have been coming to this place for years… even after I have moved 20 min away. They have always been so great at taking care of me. Bryan is always so quick, accurate and friendly. He’s always gone above and beyond and even remembers me when I come. Amazing customer service!!!

Went to go get my oil changed today. All the bay’s were busy so we waited behind a car in the bay. We waited for a good 10−15min and not one person acknowledged that we were even there. This is the second time this happened today, we tried early and same lack of customer service. I’ll never go back there again.

Got the state inspection done quickly, but they handed me the wrong certificate and then they redo the full procedure again, but that is probably a bad attendant I would say.
I would suggest just check the certificate before you drive off thoroughly.
In short, I will give it a second chance.

Standard oil change is $ 41.99. I used the $ 7 off coupon on Unilocal so it brought my total down a little bit. This place is open on Sundays until 5 p.m. There were a couple cars here when I pulled up and the employee told me it would take them about 20 minutes to do the oil change. I told them I was gonna grab lunch and come back. They took down my information and let me know they’ll take care of the oil change. Great service and very quick turnaround. I docked a star because my gear stick and steering wheel had oil residue from whoever drove my car to park it in the lot. Good thing my car interior is pretty much all black.

This place must thrive on great customer service because they really have it going on. Very friendly young men. I was personally Escorted inside The waiting area. I was there for a total of about 10 minutes until I was approached and told that my vehicle was ready. Greg was the one that completed my transaction and even allowed me to use my coupon code so the total of my state inspection was $ 20! He was very courteous and professional, kept thanking me and calling me ma’am. He gave me my receipt and inspection report and then guided my car as I drove out of the bay with a smile. I am truly impressed And can definitely anticipate coming here again for other services for my car. Pep Boys has absolutely nothing on these guys. Getting my car serviced is something I usually dread and procrastinate due to the long impending wait, but this Valvoline location made it a breeze and barely noticeable.

Quick service. 10 minute oil change. Tech showed me what he thinks needs to be fixed, but didn’t force a charge. Gave me an estimate on my receipt instead. Extremely friendly staff. Ended up being $ 42 total for standard oil change.

Was in the area spending time with some friends and decided to stop by and see what they would charge for an oil change on my 2015 Fiat 500 turbo. I only use full synthetic oil in it since it’s a forced-​induction motor so it can end up expensive at some places but they ended up being cheaper than most places AND were able to get started on it immediately. Bryan, the store manager, was extremely friendly and made sure I was update on the status of my vehicle. It’s a bit of a drive from where I live but fast, friendly service with a smile is getting harder to find these days, especially with a fair price! If you’re in the area stop by and get your oil changed or your inspection done!

Alway have a great experience here. This is a drive from my house but I trust these guys with my truck. Always get me in and out super quick and never tell me I need stuff I don’t need. However they always give me the reccomened maintenance items per dodge. High five!

The service was speedy. Staff was very professional and prompt. They didn’t do any hard sales on things I didn’t need. They did, however, let me inform me of some things I should look out for in the future to ensure my car stays optimum. My tire pressure had changed due to the weather change, and they were nice enough to air up all of my tires as well. I like that they also show you after the oil change clean oil on the dipstick. I highly recommend this location, and I’ll be back for my regular oil change maintenance.

I stopped in here this afternoon for a state inspection. There were 3 vehicles ahead of me so was told it would be about 15 – 20 minutes. No problem. I went inside the waiting room and hung out until they were done.
I had found a $ 5 coupon that turned out to be bogus, but they had an extra coupon somewhere and still gave me the discount. That was really nice!

Rapid service, premium quality oil, filters, and honest work. I come here during my lunch break. I’m in and out in 20 minutes. I prefer full synthetic oil for my car, which is $ 69.99, however just for checking in on Unilocal,you’ll get an additional $ 7.00 off.

I pulled up for an oil change in the stall assigned. Then the guy comes out and asks me to repark behind another car because he has to do a tire rotation on the one he’s working on and wait in the lobby, 10 min later he pulls forward & drives to the back while a different tech pulls in another new customer who arrived after me getting service while my vehicle is still parked outside. Its not the end of the world but I am waiting longer due to someone’s disorganization.
They said 15 to 20 min its been over an hour. Still in the lobby.

I brought my friend’s car here as a favor.
This place has amazingly quick service. The staff is very knowledgeable on what they are doing. They are friendly and helpful. They let me know the type of oil to place on my car and didn’t try to oversell me on anything. They checked all the fluids and tire pressure.
I like that they honored the discount I had for Unilocal and they advised me on the state inspection sticker and on how I can get a discount on it.
I will come back here in the future.
