Disappointed. I really have no words. Read all the reviews and was looking forward to eating here. Ridiculous…

It’s not what I would typically go for because of the price(I like to eat cheap like Chipotle or Buffalo Wild Wings) but the service is extraordinary! Mark, Brenda, Cameron, and anyone else who I’ve encountered have been top-notch to say the least. They even gave me and one of the guys I’m down here on business with free dessert($ 7 gelato, WHOOHOO!) and it was delicious! So far I’ve tried some of their flatbreads, mushroom soup(it has a fancy name, of course, but I don’t know it off hand), scallops(another fancy name), and a few other things and everything has blown me away! Give it a go, you won’t regret it!

One word will turn your meal into a fabulous experience: Kurt. Why can’t all waiters be like him? The best customer service we ever received. The food is delicious. The aioli from the calamari is addictive. The steak is everything. The gnocchi is nice and light(helloooo ricotta). HOWEVER apparently it’s customary here for the restaurant to bring you Pisco Sours prior to your meal. This restaurant is unaware that serving pisco sours are how you signal to your guests it’s time to go?! Rude. Regardless if it comes from an uneducated placed or its on purpose. Either reason is rude. Eat here. Get the amaretto cream with fruit for dessert. It’s everything you want and more.

Surprisingly good, best pasta I’ve had in ages. Simple rustic Italian dishes, well prepared. The crusty bread is served with whole roasted garlic, and I could make meal of that alone! The burrata pomodoro is a step above the masses of tomato and mozzarella apps out there. Ambience on the patio is lovely if you are lucky enough to avoid the drunken loud business travelers who frequent on the weekdays.

Nice atmosphere with a great view if you can sit by the window. Started with the buffalo mozzarella appetizer and it was superb!!! For dinner we ordered the family size spaghetti and meatballs which was delicious and plenty for 2 adults and 1 child. They give you warm crusty bread with roasted garlic on the side. Yum! We would definitely eat here again! Good for couples as well as larger groups and families.

This review is for the salad bar lunch only. I love this restaurant for a weekday lunch getaway. The atmosphere is luxurious, serene and classy. I love the furnishings and lighting at Trevi’s with a beautiful view of the grass and Lake Carolyn in the background. It is like a quiet oasis in Las Colinas. I don’t usually rave about soup & salad bars but I found lunch here to be delicious with high quality and healthy ingredients. There are a variety of greens to choose from and a number of vegetables to garnish the salad. Everything is fresh. There is also a very nice cured meats and cheese table, along with some brushetta and flatbreads. The best part is the delicious soup with lots of chunky and perfectly cooked seafood. One suggestion is the soup could be a little less salty and it would still be fine. I didn’t try it but I heard the desserts were really good too. Service was attentive and friendly. Everything was so good that I ate a lot of food but still found the food to be light. I’m really impressed with Trevi’s, it was a great experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Most expensive average meal I’ve had. The two stars are strictly for the ambience and atmosphere.

The food is pretty good but the service is deplorable. My smallish $ 5.00 cup of coffee was refilled once. My server spent most of her time chatting with the hostess. She finally dropped off my bill and then promptly disappeared. After waiting 15 minutes I found someone and asked them to find her. When she finally returned she said«I’m sorry things are just crazy around here». Really ??? I’m the only one in your section and you spent most of your time chatting with the hostess and I am suppose to buy your«things are crazy excuse». I don’t think so.

Been to the lunch buffet at Trevi’s twice and enjoyed it both times even as a vegetarian. Good vegetarian choices — includes salads, bruscheta, minestrone soup(was available 1 of the 2 times and was just fantabulous), pasta made to order, pizza, and desserts to die for. And the ambience is very elegant — all of this for $ 17 on a week day!

Large portions and well priced. We were here at the omni for a 3 day conference and tried out their italian restaurant. Food was good and service was excellent. I had ravioli with sun dried tomatoes and completed it all. Nice place for a quite evening dinner !

I have been here several times staying at the omni. I see most of the negative reviews are locals coming for lunch or big parties. I can say every time i have been here the food has been excellent and the service attentive. Very nice setting. Tonight was partcularly good both the bolognese and the flexibility of my order. Smiling helpful waitstaff and food beautiful and yummy.

Trevi’s in the Omni at Las Colinas’s. Solid Italian fare. The Caesar is meh, but the fennel apple salad was excellent. Beautiful setting with tall windows overlooking the water. The pasta and seafood dishes are worth trying. Excellent service and overall one of the better Italian restaurants in the area.

From start to finish, this experience was superb. There were only two flaws. * It took a few extra minutes for my waitress to get to my table, even though they weren’t super busy * They ran out of my wine, I was only able to have one glass(I’m originally from Northern California, they have a wine from a smaller vineyard named Raymond Vineyard from Napa Valley) Even though my waitress took a few minutes to get to me, my bread and water were delivered promptly and when she arrived she was apologetic. PROBLEMSOLVED. Sometimes I’m a bit of a talker, surprised? Yep, I talk a lot. Thinking about it, my waitress was late getting to my table probably because she was dealing with someone that talks as much as I do. LOL I digress. Let’s talk about the food. I was hungry and the Caesar salad was super yummy. I don’t usually rant about salads and figured it was just blink luck until I had my dinner. I ordered the Chicken Penne and my daughter ordered the Pappardelle Bolognese. The food was the best Italian I’ve experienced since I’ve lived in Texas. I will return with my wife, the food was incredible. The Chicken Penne was super good but I gotta admit, I stole half of my daughters plate and left most of mine. The Pappardelle Bolognese was so good we both agreed we MUST return. The wine list was good and I enjoyed the one glass of Raymond Vineyards Lot 3. If you are in the area and love Italian food, I can guarantee you will LOVE this place!!!

You have to go to Trevi’s! My wife and I had dinner at Trevi’s in October 4, 2013. We had scallops as our appetizer. I had the sea bass and she had the salmon. It was amazing! The scallops were perfect! The portions were just right. I substituted risotto for my side. My wife had asparagus. I have never like asparagus, but I true one of hers and it was out of this world! It was our anniversary and the waiter brought us dessert with a special happy anniversary message!

The best thing about Trevi’s? The food is super nice. The flavors are sublime. In many of my other reviews I complain a lot about salt. Not here. They allow the ingredients to stand on their own so you take a bite and savor the subtleties. I prefer not to be hit over the head with flavor so this place makes me happy. Expensive but always worth it. Wine list is strong too.(A couple of years ago we experienced some very weak service here but they seem to have fixed that for good.) The patio is definitely the way to go if the weather is nice. It’s super pleasant.

I had dinner with a group of 18 people. We literally gave them about 30 minutes noticed and they aced it. Everything worked out very well. The service was excellent. It was not complicated but there were a lot of us and we busy enjoying ourselves so our servers had to work hard to make sure the orders were straight. There were no complaints from anybody about the food or the fun. The server also made a point of making a couple of special guests feel very special. I am a fan of the antipasta at this place however I believe everything is good. I had lunch there 2 days in a row. 1 day I needed to leave and they packaged everything up in a way that made it very easy to carry the meal and enjoy it at a working lunch. The hotel setting is wonderful and the view of the courtyard is excellent. I recommend this restaurant for a relaxing evening for 2. You can’t go wrong here.

Trevi’s is the Omni Las Colinas’s only daytime restaurant option. It closes at 2 and re-opens at 5. I work down the street and we regularly go to Trevi’s for their lunch buffet of delicious bruschettas, antipasti bar, pasta bar, and dessert bar. The food has always been 4-star level and the service 3. Today, however, was the first time that we arrived after 1 and it was spectacularly awful. It took a minute for us to be seated, but after no one came to take our order, I was forced to go in search of a server. I was brusquely told to do whatever I wanted, and when I stood by my table, bewildered, Alvaro rushed out to curtly ask what we wanted to drink. The 3 of us all asked for water; we were provided with a bottle, and I asked for a glass of ice. Alvaro’s server looked confused by my request, and started picking up place settings. I pointed out that he was picking up the place setting of one of my guests, despite the fact that her things were all over her chair. He nodded and rushed off to get my glass of ice… but leaving a place setting packed into a water glass. Alvaro periodically checked on us, but each time seemed annoyed that we were still there. An obvious hint was when he repeatedly asked me for my check and form of payment. I think they were trying to close their registers.) A couple of times when he asked, he couldn’t hear me because of the numerous employees running around, slamming down table settings at other tables.(Please note that at this point, it was 2:10, and there were at least 4 other tables of guests.) I gave up and told him to bring me the table’s check, and twice, he tried to give the check to my guest at the table. Then, before I even had a chance to review the check, he tried to pick it up, and was annoyed that I hadn’t yet signed my receipt. Although the 3 of us had intended to hold a lunch meeting there, by this time, it was so awkward to be surrounded by personnel who clearly wanted us gone, that we just got up and left.

Perfect, Perfect, Perfect!!! The seating is beautiful with tall windoiws to see into the courtyard. There are flowers all through the omni as well which make it an exquisitely beautiful place. The host immediately greets you and takes you to a table. They are so cordial and have excellent etiquette. My group off 4 was seated and immediately greeted by the waitress. We were poured water by another server. THe specials all sounded great, but we all went for the lunch buffet and it had a pasta station. :) The buffet had awesome flatbread choices, lettuce/salad mix choices. Plenty of olives and toppings for all. Then they had 2 different types of chicken, 2 or 3 soups and of coarse the pasta station. I LOVED this concept. It was a build you very own pasta much similar to the omelet stations you see but better. The pasta was full of flavor and freshly prepared just for me. I ate every bite… past the point of fullness. :) I would recommend this place for work meetings, romantic lunches, bridal showers, or rehearsal dinners. I thought it was completely fantastic.

Had myself two meals here, lunch and dinner… and given that I’m staying at this hotel, will probably be having a few breakfasts here as well. It’s always harder to gauge when my work is paying for the meal, but I’ll do my best to account for price. Here’s what I’ve tried thus far: Cream of Porcini — Tasty mushroom flavor with a very large croûton in the middle that seems to have been covered in truffle oil. Tasty soup, worth trying. Mussels — Served in a tomato sauce, these were fairly tender and only slightly rubbery. Overall enjoyable, especially with the crusty bread to dip with the tomato/wine suace. Wrapped Sea Bass — Perfectly tender, and the top of the prosciutto was crisp and delicious. A clear winner for dinner selection. Amaretto crème with fresh fruit — A perfect way to end the meal… nice bowl of crème spiked with just a little amaretto mixed with a marscapone to give it a richness. Fresh berries/strawberries provided a nice contrast as well. Service — Both lunch and dinner service were phenomenal. The staff are friendly, efficient, and excellent. Verdict: Great hotel restaurant, albeit slightly overpriced IMHO. Looking forward to having breakfast and enjoying a few more meals. If you’re in the hotel, worth checking out for a meal. My dinner mate’s ribeye looked and smelled delicious, so perhaps something to consider in the future?

I had the pleasure of dining here as part of a business meeting. While the servers did not know the difference between Guiness and a Bud Light, their beer selection was pretty good — in their defense the food and restaurant are more focused on wine. I had the bacon tomato salad(OK) and wrapped sea bass(excellent). The table ordered a handful of appetizers as well including calamari(good but nothing special), flat bread pizzas and scallops(both great). A bit pricey but a great meal.
