I wish there should be a option for 0 Stars, or shall i say NEGATIVE stars. We got our videos long after contacted date, always an excuse. Video quality was poor! Stay away!

Munaza did my wedding! The most professional, down to earth, helpful, kind hearted, sweetest person I have ever met and work with. I received my pics and they are so amazing. Get ready shots and on location reception shoot and my Sangeet pics were my fave. We all try preparing for our big day so much but when it comes so many things happen that you may not have any control over. She made sure I was smiling at all times, and came up with all types of ideas for everything for pics. If you want someone quick, responsive, professional, and want your pics quick… then hire Textpertz! You won’t be disappointed :)

We decided to go with Texpertz/​Munaza for our Garba/​Pithi/​Wedding/​Reception photography/​videography. We are kicking ourselves right now for not reading Unilocal reviewed prior to singing the contract with her company.
We got married on July 27^th, 2012 and we still do not have our final video. Her contract specifically stated you’ll get all of the deliverable 12 weeks after the event and we are running on 12 months now. It’s hard to reach her on her phone and she it takes weeks to get a reply back from her via email. Once you pay her in full, her priorities completely realign to the next project and you become secondary.
All in all, her photography is good but her video editor definitely needs to go back to school. The worst part is, she won’t let her clients work directly with her editor and any suggestions you expect her to relay to her editor never gets incorporated into the product. At this point, we have given up and will edit the video ourselves and will be filing a complaint with BBB.
Some of the excuses we got from her in the past 12 months:
— My friend is ill so i was taking care of her
— My editor ran away
— I went back home
— I have emergency and have to go out of town
— I am out of town on another project so I won’t be able to mail you your edits until next week.
— You are too demanding so my editor won’t be able to accommodate this (before the wedding, she indicated this particular edit was possible).

I wish I could give negative stars.
We were lucky enough to have our photography and video done by another photographer, who provided us with a great album… unfortunately, she decided to shut down her business, so we were left with raw footage, but no video. We met with Munaza to edit our footage, and while we knew this could be tricky, as most of these small businesses don’t like to edit other videographers’ work, we had no choice in the matter. It took about 6 – 8 months to get a video back to us, and that was after e-​mailing and calling multiple times. I was unable to watch it for the first month or so, but my wife watched it and informed me that it was a disaster. When I watched it, I understood why.
It looked like it had been thrown together in a day or two (and after having it for multiple months, there really is no excuse for that). I’m betting that after we bugged them enough, they just slapped it together in a hurry so they could get us off their backs. Having done some video editing before, I know the difference between an issue with footage and an issue with editing (and I would think you wouldn’t need experience to know that). There were many cases of «lazy editing,» where a scene would just go on too long because they decided not to take the time to remove the meaningless parts, or even put the same footage in there twice! You can tell that no one even reviewed the video, because there was a 10-​MINUTE segment where the video did not match up with the sound. This was not one of those cases where the sound is just a second off… the sound was actually about 15 MINUTES off!
The worst part was that all of these complaints fell on deaf ears. Everything I said was either blamed on the original videographer or me (for not getting back to her soon enough… even though she never told us we had only 2 weeks to review it). After almost a year of hounding, she finally took the tapes back and said she would fix the part where the sound did not match up, and was trying to get out of doing anything else. After more months of trying to get an update or even begging for a response, we had someone else call her (as I think she was purposely not answering our calls or returning our messages), and she finally returned the raw footage (of course, she did not fix the issue with the sound).
This was the one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. I am glad that she did not do our original photography or videography. This whole saga with Munaza started in August of 2010, and we just got our tapes back from her 2 or 3 months ago… and our 5^th anniversary is later this year.

I think Munaza really gives you your bang for your buck. All her staff was really attentive and detail oriented at our engagement party. Our engagement video and pictures turned out really well and were promptly given– I got so many compliments. The quality of work exceeded my expectations.
I took off one star because the photographers and videographers were blocking the view of the ceremony. They definitely captured the moment, but it was partially at the expense of my guests

I am thoroughly displeased with my Texpertz experience and apologize in advance for the length of my rant. If it makes it easier, I summed it all up at the very end. However, if you want details please read on…
In my experience, Texpertz was good at the photography portion of the engagement, but everything else was a train wreck. After taking pictures, it was very difficult to get a hold of Texpertz to get our album/DVD’s. They had agreed to contact us and set up a meeting time to pick up the materials. My mom drove from Oklahoma City to Dallas and was stood up by Texpertz. After that, Texpertz set up another meeting and we asked a relative to pick up the materials only to be stood up (this happened twice). So far, we had been stood up 3 times by Texpertz. At this point, Munaza offered to deliver the materials to our relative. This also never happened… that’s 4 if your counting at home.
Note that this occurred over a period of 2.5 months mostly due to the fact that Texpertz was grossly negligent on answering phone calls or returning messages. I would estimate we had an 8:1 ration of calls made to received with Texpertz.
There was also an instance where my parents ran into Munaza at another wedding in Oklahoma which was at the same venue of my Sangeet. She had no response to the failed attempts at contact. Furthermore, she didn’t have the forethought to bring the album with her when she knew she would not only be in the same city but also at the same venue, which is less than 5 miles from our home. Just to clarify, Munaza would have known the proximity of the venue to our house because she came to both locations during our event. She even ate at our house.
When we finally got the material we paid for it was not just poorly prepared, it was missing components. We had PAID for:
* 2 Albums
* 4 DVD’s with custom artwork on the cases

We received:
* 1 album
* 4 DVD’s in blank packaging
Bride’s name misspelled (spelled correctly at the beginning of video and incorrectly at the end)

Aside from neglecting to provide what was rightly paid for, there were significant composition failures.
Texpertz was provided with images of close family to highlight in the album and then fill in the remainder at their artistic discretion.
* The groom’s sister was presented in a wallet sized picture in the corner of a busy page.
* A random guest’s daughter was given a full half page. (NOTE: This was not a guest that had been designated as a primary member of the wedding party whereas the groom’s sister had been categorized as such).
* Album had the exact same pictures duplicated on different pages. …literally the same picture on 2 pages
* The bride’s name was misspelled. It was spelled correctly at the beginning of video (so they knew how to spell it) and incorrectly at the end.

So after working hard for 2.5 months to get poorly produced materials, I spent another 1.5 months trying to get the additional album and the corrections to the material. This again involved a lot of work in trying to get a hold of Munaza and explaining why it was unacceptable to not deliver what had been paid for.
TO WRAP UP…
Let’s ignore the gross negligence in customer service, severely abused liberties with the timeline, and lack of attention to detail… we still had to fight to get the second album and the DVD covers. These were all things we had paid for and I have email trails spanning 1.5 months trying to get Munaza to give us what we had paid for.
Please note that three of the 5 star reviews for Texpertz were placed on the same day from 3 different locations. Seems like a well coordinated coincidence.

What a waste of money.
Sooo unprofessional… The quality of pictures is «eh» to «okay,»
We had a few decent pictures. BUT, we got married months and months ago in the early summer of last year and it took FOREVER to get our albums and our videos. We just got them.
The «company» is run by just one lady, and really no permanent staff. She has assistants, who obviously have other jobs and priorities, because they show no desire to work. This main lady is so unprofessional. I think she just does this as a side job or a hobby. She doesn’t take it seriously. She has very poor customer service. Doesn’t return phone calls, texts, or emails.
Before your wedding, she’ll respond plenty, then once you sign a contract and are required to pay in full before the wedding date, she doesn’t care about you.
She took a lot of pictures, and gave all of them to us through a disk which was better than other photographers deals. Most of the pictures are artsy pictures of our feet and hands and not ones of our faces looking at the camera. She doesn’t like to take pictures where people are looking at the camera and smiling, so if you like those kind of pics don’t go with her. if you like pics where your lookin at the distance in some Hindi movie pose then maybe this is the right company for you.
Actually, its probably better to just avoid this group entirely. I do no reccommend.

Stay away! We just received our wedding pictures 9 months after our wedding. We have been asking her about our pictures and video since a month after our wedding. Munaza was really nice to us before the wedding but as soon as the wedding was done, she started ignoring our emails and phone calls. When she did reply to us, she made it feel like we were asking for too much! We paid good money for our pictures and video and the service we received was horrible. The quality of the video is horrible and she did not get a single good picture of my husband and I. DO NOT BOOK MUNAZA AND TEXTPERTZ PHOTOGRAPHY IN DALLAS TEXAS FOR YOUR WEDDING.

It took over a year to get all the pictures and videos that we paid for. Enough said.

I wish I could give less than 1 star. I am extremely disappointed with the services Texpertz has provided. It has now been over a year since my wedding, and my parents just received our picture albums, with the WRONG DATE printed on the cover! It took 8 months for us to get the video DVDs, and we have yet to receive the enlargement that was part of our package.
The products are OK for the most part, but the amount of time and number of emails, phone calls, etc it has taken to get what we paid a lot of money for is completely unacceptable. This business is unprofessional and cannot meet deadlines or meet their end of a contract in any reasonable manner.
I DO NOT recommend using their services if you want to see video or pictures from your wedding before your 50^th anniversary!
