This would be my 2nd time visiting this particular location, food is great ! However, the attitudes of the people who work here couldn’t be any worse. You’re not greeted with smiles and welcoming personalities, you’ll be lucky to get a «you’re welcome». Not to mention, when I went in today the soda machine was not working which means they had to pull out a limited selection of canned sodas. When I asked if they had Dr. Pepper I was told that they only had diet Dr. Pepper and that I could wait for the machine to start working again. I then asked how long it would take for the machine to work, I was told«5 minutes» about 10 times. Let’s just say I walked away extremely disappointed and thirsty. Order to go if you can!

We have been to this location a couple of times before, and they are pretty consistent. The location is very popular for lunch, so make sure you arrive early if you don’t want a long wait. We love the waffle fries and the queso! They have recently launched an app, so make sure you download it to get free food and special offers! We got free queso on our first visit. But we didn’t get the correct receipt to upload to the app to get points for the visit… so make sure you get the right receipt!

This is not the cleanest location I’ve been too. Food stains on wall, legs of chairs have dust on rails. Bathroom smells bad. The food: how can you not love a cheese steak sandwich. Well mine wasn’t hot enough to melt the cheese. The chips were cold. The tea had that rancid old taste to it like they just keep pouring new stuff in with the old never cleaning the pot. I do love this franchise, but just not this location ever again.

Queso on a cheesesteak… what could go wrong? I’ve been here several times and feel guilty that I’ve never left a review. While the cheesesteaks aren’t as authentic as Fred’s, they’re a bit larger and have good quality meat on them. I rotate between here and Fred’s depending on what sounds good and my location at the time. The restaurant is decorated for Texas lovers and the service is great!

I’ve been to other texadelphia locations and this one was slightly disappointing. I ordered a hickory and it was missing both the peppers and the hickory sauce… They got it fixed for me no hassle. I also heard several other issues with orders for other patrons. I just expected a higher level than I got in the end. Still delicious, but not as good as I’ve had from other locations in the past. The queso fries are insane, yum!

I had my first philly from this place on last Friday. I knew better to call in my order because of lunch rush. My food was ready when I got there. The place was packed with other hungry people. The menu itself had me drooling. probably because I was starving. I ordered the build your own. It was the regular philly, add bacon, extra cheese, tomato and lettuce. Sounds like heartburn right? Lol well the philly was good. I think the bacon made it a little too salty and it was kinda sloppy lol But I didn’t let anything go to waste. I had the waffle fries instead of chips n salsa which was good as well. I’m sure I will come back.

I really enjoyed the Cheesteak. It’s been many years since having one like this. I was in Ocean City Maryland the first time I had the real thing. I’ve been all over the Country in the last 20 years until finding a place that had great Cheesteaks!

Yeah, this is just 3 stars. Nothing too spectacular. I probably won’t be going back. I can get better quality food at the cafeteria at work without having to drive, at the exact same price, too. This place needs to either lower the prices or up the quality. I was expecting something to really ‘wow’ me with a name like Texadelphia and not Completely underwhelm. Here is how I would summarize my experience: think Subway making Philly cheesesteak sandwiches. I hate to say that about a place, Subway is pretty awful … But it was a very ‘Subwayish’ experience for me. Won’t be going back. Sorry Texadelph :(

Haven’t been here in awhile. Won’t be going back anytime soon. They’ve rid themselves of the bathroom smell when you walk in the door… they completely messed up my order and as they were trying to fix it, the gal behind the counter was more worried about her phone than my order. So, got a refund and left with no dinner. Too many choices in this area than to mess around with this place.

Was craving a Philly cheesesteak with Whiz so we tried to South Philly. It was so good! I personally don’t like bell peppers so I had them take it off and added extra Whiz and jalapeños on the side. My husband got the same but exactly how it comes and he liked mine better lol. We also got some queso fries on the side. **TIP**They give you free chips and queso if you sign up for their«Texadelphia Nation Citizenship Card»… Oh, and also, their Soda machine is craaazy cool. They have a huge selection of sodas and you can also choose different flavors(i.e., vanilla, cherry) with them.

Mediocre Philly cheesesteak. Tried one chicken and one beef between four people and added extra mushroom and cherry peppers. The nachos they give you on the side is just sad. They throw a few pieces on your plate and give you a side of something that looks very similar to what you’d get at the grocery store. I’d rather ask for fries or expect fries with my sandwich rather than the«nachos». Would I come here again? Maybe in a couple of years if I’m really desperately craving some Philly cheesesteak and don’t have time to go somewhere else.

I ordered the Texican to go(large for $ 9) and really the only difference between this and the other sandwiches it seemed like was this one comes with jalapeños and one of those small salad dressing containers of queso. The sandwich itself was satisfying but I really expected more from a place that specializes in sandwiches. Everything was pretty plain. The queso tasted like velveeta, the jalapeños tasted like the standard pickled kind that nachos are usually topped with and the chips were very bland. I was thinking it was going to be fresh or grilled jalapeños which I think would have really made it better. Mine was missing the grilled onions and I didn’t realize it until I got back to my office. Overall, okay place, but not one worth returning for me.

Went with coworkers for lunch. Expected a good Philly, didn’t happen. The line moved at a decent pace even though it was busy. Seating was cramped and tight. We all agreed that our sandwiches were way too dry. It was just bland. Fries were okay. Not sure that I’d go back.

I came here with the Groupon and I ordered myself a Southwest grilled chicken wrap with jalapenos. I was surprised to see that it was big enough for two people and it came with a side of tortilla chips which I was not expecting. So the big thing at this place is the queso. It was nice and creamy and didn’t harden quickly and it went well with my wrap and tortilla chips. The large size Philadelphia subs are also big enough for two people to share. The waffle fries are also just as good but maybe I would prefer just a little bit more seasoning.

In my opinion a Philly cheesesteak is beef smothered in melted cheese and grilled onions and bell peppers with mushrooms on a hoagie. The ingredients ratio would be ½ beef, ¼ grilled onions and bell pepper, long pieces mixed in with the beef, and mushrooms if that’s your thing, and ¼ cheese on top and throughout the sandwich. Each bite should leave a trail of cheese from the sandwich to your mouth that you have to break. Man, cheesesteaks done right are EPIC! I mistakenly expected this place to just have a basic cheesesteak and then to have variants.(Add sauces, different cheeses ect.) What they actually had was a huge hoagie, a slice of room temp cheese on the bread(???), mounds of dry sautéed beef with a sprinkling of tiny diced bell peppers and grilled onions. And any additions they just pile on top in the middle. It was dry, tasteless and a travesty to cheesesteaks everywhere. I actually looked at it and told them there must be some mistake. They told me it was supposed to be like that. It was horrifying. If you just need food in your stomach for a semi decent price, whatever, but don’t expect it taste good, resemble a cheesesteak, or in any way rock your world. Sorry =/go next door to firehouse and get a much better beef sandwich, still not a cheesesteak, but at least they are pawning it off as one like this travesty. Good thing I had a groupon.

Food was ok they have burgers but have to look at the menus when you order. Prices are good and the staff is friendly but could use some work . Sauces are available but. It labeled well and not very sanitary presented just thrown into a refrigerator next to the drinks. Bottles were dirty

I came here the first time after seeing a Groupon and realizing I’d driven by hundreds of times before without stopping. My recent trips out to the East Coast have had me craving cheesesteaks more lately, so figured I’d attempt to tame the beast. My first impression was it has a dark sports bar feeling, with a grandmother’s touch… An antique buffet cabinet covered with clutter and a shelf full of children’s books by the front door, brass fixtures and Dallas Cowboys themed posters and knicknacks displayed on the dark wood paneled walls and shelves… A long narrow partition directs you to the counter to make your order and the menu is posted above the cashier window. Employees seemed friendly, if apathetic(I’m becoming accustomed to this, living in Irving…). We gave our orders and had no problems applying our Groupon. We filled our drinks and proceeded to look for a clean table… we finally just settled on a less-dirty one and wiped it off with a napkin. The floor was covered with crumbs and smashed tortilla chips. It was pretty gross to have to step through other people’s leftovers. The food came quickly and we both really enjoyed it. The portions were also quite generous. We each got our own sandwich(which comes with tortilla chips) and a basket of fries to share. The fries were the seasoned waffle-cut kind, which aren’t my favorite, but they tasted pretty good dipped in the queso that came with my «Texican» cheesesteak. The meat was tender and flavorful, cheese melty and plenty of grilled onions and jalapenos. I’d probably get an extra side of queso the next time I visit. Overall, I’d come back, but I’ll probably get it to go so I don’t have to look at or think about the cleanliness(or lack thereof). It obviously wasn’t as good as the one I ate in downtown Philly, but it will certainly tide me over the next time I have a craving.

The best cheesesteaks around. Great customer service and convenient location. Daily specials. Love the Texas twist they add to a Philly concept
