Had a very unpleasant and unprofessional experience with the Owner Mark .
I purchased a complete stereo/​speaker system from tcc and they also installed it .
I wasn’t pleased with the performance of the system and voiced my opinion to the owner mark, we apparently had different expectations
On how the system should perform, so we agreed to disagree ‚
however the owner of tcc
Mark went way beyond customer etiquette and customer service by Cursing at me and telling me to get «my piece of shit» vehicle out of his shop, and used multiple other curse words towards me and also did that in front of his only employee and also cursed at me again in front of another customer in front of his store .

Contacted them from the contact us/​quote link on their page. Wanted to find out if they could tint my ’15 Suburban’s driver and passenger windows and asked the cost. Very prompt reply, gave me the cost, and very professional.
Drove to their shop and was shown options. I chose the one in the quote. They installed the tint in about thirty minutes and it looks perfect.
Kudos to a very professional business.
