James is a passionate chef and entrepreneur. James zeal for great food was cultivated as a child in Houston, TX and blossomed to a career when he graduated from an esteemed culinary arts program in Dallas, TX. James has served as chef at various restaurants and hotels, both large and small. These experiences allowed him the opportunity to develop his talent and to focus on his expertise on small, intimate dining with style and sophistication. James launched Taylored Cuisine with aspirations of being the most sought after personal chef company in the Dallas/​Ft. Worth Metroplex.
