Thought I would take a chance and save some money on parking my car while on vacation. Everything was fine when we arrived. We only waited about 10 min when the lady told me to expect 20 – 25. When we came back I open my passenger door to see someone had backed into my door. I told the lady and asked her for the red trucks info that was parked next to mine and she said they keep no record of the cars. She basically said they have no way of knowing who parked next to me or who was even in the lot during the time I was gone. That definilty makes me feel like my car was safe. So if my car had been vandalized or more serious damage had been done they would have no way to hold someone accountable.

Can’t leave a no star review or I would. They are no longer in business at the DFW with airport. Arrived there at 5:00 AM for a reservation on Fri Jan 15,2016 and were told they were gone! No warning or email so we had to scramble and pay more for parking than planned. Can’t say we will miss them… But it was cheap parking!

Every shuttle went by at least four times before they came. Also very rude. Not worth saving five dollars.

The reason I give them one star is because the staff (read the people who drive and are hard working) is unfailingly courteous and as helpful as they can be under the circumstances.
My past three trips I have seen a steady decline in timeliness.
A year ago I would have given this business at least three stars.
Now this past trip they had one person driving the shuttle van and also having to work at the payment counter. One person. What were the delays to pick up travelers? How frustrating for all concerned.
I’d say if the owner is trying to run a happy business they are failing miserably. If they are trying to run this business into the ground they are succeeding very well.

I wish I could give it negative stars. The worst service I have ever received. They left me waiting in 35 degree POURING DOWN RAIN weather both picking me up from my car and the airport. I waited over an hour both times. Driver was extremely reckless and squeezed more people in the bus than there were seats. Workers were extremely rude. Not worth the savings at all.

I wish there was an option to leave a blank star; everyone from the people at the parking to the drivers were very rude.
Apparently they only have 1 shuttle, so expect a wait time of at least 30 minutes.
The driver had to pick up everyone at all of the terminals and he didn’t make an effort to hide his bad attitude. Plus, he was driving recklessly hitting curbs, driving on the sidewalks and speeding (including while making turns).
The heater was not working and it was just blowing cold air, so we were all freezing. Everyone asked at least 3 times to adjust it, until we just gave up.
All of us passangers had to listen to him arguing with the woman on the phone because they could not get their pick ups right.
This was a very uncomfortable experience for all the passengers, I will never use them again and I’ll tell everyone what a horrible service they are.

Never again!!! Parked my car no problem but I waited 30 minutes to get picked up at my car than the lady stopped at the office and argued with one of their exclusive customers saying it wasn’t morning and it was 930am. Than she passed up my terminal saying the other passengers are going too be late not knowing what time my flight was leaving. Never again

Generously giving them 2 stars only because my car wasn’t stolen from the lot and the shuttle drivers didn’t run us off the road.
We had to stand out in the cold and wait almost 30 mins for a shuttle to take us to the airport at 5am (not a busy flight time) when we left– then when we called for pick up, (once again at 5am– not that busy of a flight time) we were told to go downstairs, outside and stand by the gray courtesy van signage– by the time we made it to the place for pickup (less than 15 mins had passed) and I received a phone call asking if we had been picked up– when I said no, I was told the shuttle left the airport and we would have to wait another 15 – 20 mins for the next shuttle.
Once again, left standing outside in the freezing cold, 30 minutes later the shuttle arrives telling us that she waited and waited for us before finally leaving.
What a load of crap! They had my cell phone and could have called us before just leaving us– this «swift park» needs to change their name to «slow park»!

Bad service and they lie about the timing. I call and they said they will send a driver and be there in 15 mins… Turns out to be 1 hour plus waiting at the airport terminal.

Everything went fine when i was dropped off at the airport the issue happened when I came back from my trip and I was charged for an extra day because I was suppose to pick up my car by 6 am. I told them my flight came in at 6am. How the hell would I get there right at that time to pick up my car. The shuttle alone took 30 min plus another 20 to pick up other passengers. I will not use this service again.

I Purchased a deal on Groupon for $ 19, staff was friendly and helpful. Shuttles move back and forth about every 10 minutes. I felt good about leaving my truck, it felt safe. Will do business with swiftpark again in future.

I had a great experience with SwiftPark in Dallas Love field. Very prompt service, very nice, and fair. I pulled into their lot, was picked up and dropped off without any issue. I honestly expected to show up and be charged more than it was advertised, but when I was picked up at Love, the lady took my card and quoted me a few bucks less than i expected. Great service, she was a safe driver and pleasant. Will use again.

I recommend that you not use the Groupon for this parking service you will be late and the lady driving will have an attitude her name is Latonya she was pretty awful. I waited two hours to be picked up and then she had an attitude with me as she came to get me. poor poor customer service. Very unorganized. But as they say you get what you pay for. I will be using park and fly from now on.

Found this place on Groupon… very easy drop off… pulled right into parking lot and a shuttle was waiting. Dropped off at gate in no more than 10 minutes.
Upon landing, called Swiftparking and was asked to call back when we were waiting outside. Once we had our baggage we called again and upon walking outside a shuttle was waiting for us. Although pretty full, they fit is all in (and our luggage in the back). Paid for our stay and we were on our way. I would recommend this service and will be using it again (with a Groupon of course)!

Waited over 2 hours to be picked up. The lady answering the phone is a liar. The drivers are liars. I would never recommend such a place. They stopped answering my phone calls. And once I did get a driver on the phone I demanded he stay on the phone with me until he arrived at my gate (they kept saying they tried to pick us up… which is a lie) and then he proceeded to hang up on me. I will never park here again. And I travel a lot and they have lost a good customer. And I will be calling everyone possible to let them know of my complaint.

This will be easy. Unprofessional. Untimely. Disorganized. I don’t understand how they are still in business. Used them because of a groupon. This is my first bad Groupon experience
If u want a smooth transition and drama free travels do NOT use this option! Park N Fly looks great to me now !

We went twice now and the first was amazing. Cheap and easy, (13 min from car to airport check in) They gave us a cell number and we called on the plane and they were there right as we walked out. The second experience was the opposite. 45 min total to go from car to airport (6min drive) they just took 40 min to get someone to take us so we sat there.
Worth the gamble again, but be cautious of time. Tell them your flight time too they might drop you first of you’re running late!

I bought the Groupon for a holiday trip which was perfect timing. I read the reviews afterwards. my experience was decent. I am not saying it was the best but it was not the worst either. Middle of the road. No big issues that would deter me from going with them again. On the departure, the lady was nice and drove us in fairly promptly. The arrival trip was a bit of a wait so that was off putting although I know they had other runs. It is a smaller company so I don’t think they run periodically and run on reservations and probably don’t too often run multiple buses concurrently.
Other than that, they were nice and the lady was pretty professional. Our rides were smooth and safe. We got there quickly and got dropped off at our car.
It was fine.

Unlike most of the other reviews we had no troubles with this company. This is after using their services twice about a year & ½ apart. My review will be about our most recent trip but again we had no issues for either trip. I purchased a 4 day groupon (I do love a deal) made a reservation online, it was super easy. We arrived at the parking location about 2.5 hours before our flight as they suggested. We were quickly attended to and offered an upgrade to «covered» parking for an additional daily cost to which I declined. We were then directed to the row we needed to park in and advised the shuttle would come around to pick us up within 5 minutes. (It was a Mercedes Benz large shuttle/​van type). They were true to their word within 5 minutes they were at my car ready to load my luggage. Zero waiting to get on the road to the airport.
On the drive she went over what we needed to know when returning home, what to do, who to call and when. After that she was a little chatty with the front seat passenger but not too much that it was creepy or annoying. She made sure to ask what terminal we all needed as there were two other parties on the shuttle. It took about 7 minutes to drive to the airport. We were dropped off right at the terminal and again she assisted with our bags. That was an early Saturday morning (7am).
We landed back at DFW Tuesday evening (9pm) and with no bags checked, I immediately called as we exited the secure area. The voicemail came on and I thought what the heck… but while their outgoing VM message was still talking, my other line was ringing and it was them calling me right back. The friendly woman advised us where to go and said the driver was in terminal D and was headed to get us in terminal A. By the time we walked to the courtesy van sign, waited about 4 minutes the shuttle was there. The driver was very friendly and helpful, he loaded the bags and asked for our ticket (the one given to us when we parked on Saturday). After that we were on our way. You do need to keep track of your ticket. Not sure what happens if you don’t have that. Another 7 – 10 minutes to get out of the airport and back to the parking lot. The driver took each of the groups right up to their cars. Heading out we stopped at the window, the friendly lady asked for my last name and said we were all good to go, nothing else needed. Super easy, fast, affordable and convenient. We will definitely use again.

I have used Swiftpark a few times. It serves it’s purpose, which Is having a place to park your car near DFW. Yeah, they could be a little faster, but my suggestion is to call ahead and give them a heads up that you are coming. I’ll take the risk and show up early to only have to pay $ ²⁰⁄₄ days through Groupon.
The driver is nice. A little talkative, and strange, but he’ll get you to your gate.
