Do not stay here! The rooms smell aweful, the furnishings are gross and dirty. They left unclean old towels in our room. I have traveled to third world countries and stayed in some less than desirable places but this is the worst I have ever stayed at in a US hotel. We left!

3⁄2016 Room 237 — Second Floor — Queen Bed with seat. Hotel Booked through with AmericanAirlines Flight. [5] Customer Service — The gentleman at the front counter was helpful and nice. Got there earlier than 2 pm and he had me a room ready for me to go to. Room Service lady was nice. [4] Cleanness — Other than one of the lamp shade having blood stains, everything was clean. [2] Room –No fridge, microwave in the room. Ac worked great! Nice view from second floor back of main entrance, Older furniture, very squeaky floors as you walk inside the room hall way, Some electrical outlets did not work, two of them in the main table area. Tried to shower around mid day one day and did not have hot water. maybe because house cleaning was using the hot water during that time? had to wait about 25 mins until warm water started to come out. I could not shower with cold… big turn off for me. Blankets do have holes in them and are pretty worn out and older. Plenty of parking, close to most places here: Irving Mall, several restaurants, theaters, right off the freeway. Couple of minutes from airport. Just as a note to everyone, I did a lot of extensive research on selecting a hotel in my budget. I came to this one because the other hotels just had horrible reviews, I mean so did this one, but I did have to make up my mind. This place is not as bad as how many people make it seem. You do pay for what you get. I just wanted a clean place to come and sleep, change and shower and use my laptop. I did not have any issues in that aspect, other than unable to sleep in the morning because house keeping is cleaning and you can hear them on the 3rd floor, you can hear people talking in the hallway, and could hear music from other rooms. Though I tried to sleep through it. another thing, if you are a light sleeper, keep all that in mind and also the fact that the airplanes are passing by every 30 to 1 hour and it could be kind of loud for some, for me it was not a bother. for the price I would prob come and stay here again. If i have more cash or find a better deal elsewhere then I would check it out.

I have 2 words for this hotel… NEVERAGAIN. I would rather take my chances and sleep in my car or the airport rather than risking a night at this horrible hotel. We had been traveling for about 5 hours and and only needed a room for about 4 – 5 hours to get a little sleep before a very early flight out of Dallas. I didn’t want to spend a ton of money and have stayed in Super 8 motels before and never had an issue. Well the minute I walked into the lobby I knew I was in trouble. The place was dirty, smelly, and run down. The staff was so rude and unfriendly. I just thought to myself«it’s only a few hours, just get to the room and get a little sleep.» Well the elevator seemed to barely make it up to the 3rd floor. Super sketchy. And the room was atrocious. The mattress was broken so the bed was about an inch from the floor. The room stank so bad. It was so scary. So I just took about an hour or so nap and headed right back out the door. Sorry Super 8.: but you lost a customer with me. You should shut this motel down.

American Airlines booked us a room here because it was the cheapest hotel available in the area($ 51). We didn’t stay.

Wow — this place is pretty terrible. Rude front desk, rude drivers, didn’t feel very clean, lumpy pillows, scalding hot shower, no breakfast… get us outta here!

The front desk was very rude upon calling for shuttle and upon check in. The shuttle took nearly 45 minutes to pick us up, then proceeded to circle the airport seemingly aimlessly for another 25 minutes despite the fact the shuttle was completely jammed full of people. They then picked up 2 more people despite having no seats for them. Other hotel shuttles came and went 3 – 4 times by the time this one showed up. The hotel and shuttle driver were completely unapologetic. The hallways and scary elevator were filthy, as was the«breakfast area»(I don’t know who would actually eat the food here). The beds were uncomfortable and towels very scratchy. Don’t stay here if you can avoid it. We were also told a rate that was inclusive of taxes when we booked last minute over the phone, and then were charged additional taxes when we checked in. Terrible experience.

This place has crappy beds, they have stains and holes in the one we staid in. The guy at the front desk is an a‼ hole! Stay here at your own risk! This place should probably be condemned. Save your money and try another one!

Disgusting. American Airlines put us up here for a cancelled flight. Upon walking in the room, we walked out and walked across the street, happily forked over $ 140 to Holiday Inn.

I couldn’t even sit down we felt so out of place worst hotel I ever seen omg… Don’t waste ur money or time

Seriously, the worst place ever. The smell, the people, the rooms, the filth on everything. I was sent here in the middle of the night by American Airlines due to my flight delay. If it wasn’t 2am I would have left. My room was super gross. Oh, and just to add a little David Lynch flair to my stay, there was an old guy with a glass eye roaming the filthy corridors eating out of a box of movie theater popcorn. I ended up sitting in the lobby waiting patiently for the angry shuttle driver to return me to the airport. The place was horrifying.

For the low-budget price, it can’t be beat. There’s a reason it’s top-ranked at low budget«$» list. Free breakfast every morning was adequate but minimal consisting of the standard waffle cooker, pastries, oatmeal, cereal, and juices. They used to have bagels but I was disappointed to not see them on my latest visit. Rooms were clean and comfortable, no complaints. Since I had a longer stay, the gentleman at the desk offered to upgrade my room for free, and overall I found the customer service to be very good, especially the evening shifts.
