Stopped in for a quick lunch. The lunch chicken fried rice was a large portion and tasty. It wasnt the best fried rice ever, but it was good. Free chicken noodle soup… bonus. What added the extra star was the cleanliness. The place was extremely clean! The person at the counter was helpful and nice.

Stopped by to grab a sandwich before a flight out of dfw because who wants to pay $ 15 for a bad sandwich at the airport when you can get an 8″ from Sub A for $ 6 that tastes 300% better! Sub A is in the middle of nowhere, you will not stumble upon it unless it IS your destination! It was on the way from a client office to the airport so I popped on in to check it out. Upon entering I knew I would like it. No frills, the menu is a cross between you neighborhood Chinese spot and an Italian deli. Made me do a double take but after I had a brief conversation with the cashier I felt much better. I asked the young man what he recommended for a flight and he quickly asked if I liked a lot of meat on my sandwich. Yes please, who doesn’t! I opted for the biggest one(first item on the menu which is called the Pro Sub). It came with a lot of meat and he even let me swap out the Swiss for pepper jack since I prefer my cheese without holes. He also gave me a cup to self serve myself some chicken noodle soup. The soup was good but I couldn’t each much because it was 100+ outside. Maybe in the summer they should replace that with some soda or bottle water. The sandwich itself was huge! Plenty enough for two meals. But of course I ate till I was full and devoured the second half about 1.5 hours later. Delicious. The meat we piled high and the extra free toppings are a great touch. I got some lettuce, cucumbers, mushrooms, and oil/vinegar. Delicious. The bread was nice and soft(inside and out which was fine). All in all a good spot for a sandwich. May even surprise you and replace your favorite Italian deli.

My love and a friend of ours wanted me to try this little gem of a place. They have a wide variety of meals to choose from anywhere from egg rolls and fried rice to sub sandwiches. They offer a complimentary chicken noodle soup u can snack on while waiting for your food or eat it with what u have ordered. I was a bit sceptical at first bcs normally a restaurant sticks to one type of food. My love had the fried rice I had the turkey bacon sub. They both were very good!!! I will be going back for sure!, they were very kind and welcoming. Definitely a recommendation from me!!!

Great relaxing spot to grab lunch during the work day. The employees(the owner and their children) are all very nice and really appreciate your business. The cold cut sandwiches are okay. Thick sliced meat with awkward topping choices. What they call oil and vinegar is not that at all, its more or less an Italian dressing, i would much prefer just oil and vinegar. I enjoy the Cheese Steak they have. It’s nothing like a Philly cheese steak(which is what i’m used to being from the NE) but it’s still a wonderful sandwich. If you work within 10 minutes of here I would strongly recommend it. I’ve never had the chinese, but my coworkers rave about it.

Sub A, is a amalgamation of two different cuisines You have your classic hoagie shop mixed in a with a chinese restaurant. What is interesting is that they do both well. I had a cheesesteak the other day with which was really good. Yesterday I had their Shrimp Lo Mein which was great. I will say the lo mein was a little bit greasy, but hey its lo mein. On top of that, if your order more than $ 6, for any meal you get free homemade chicken noodle soup made three times a day which equates to being super good soup. You could make a meal of the soup by itself, that is how good it is. The people who work here are very friendly, and the restaurant is very clean. The menu is posted right on the wall for easy to read and ordering. If your in the area and want to try something new, I suggest you check this place out.
