Didn’t get to spend too much time here, but the place is nicely decorated, the rooms are spacious and the furniture is sturdy. The only thing that stood out is the walls are very very thin here. I could hear conversations in the next room, very clearly and the people were not speaking loudly. I could also hear people coming up and down the hall while I was attempting to sleep, so this may not be the mostly highly constructed building. However the bed was extremely comfortable so I was able to rest. The free breakfast was nice & had a pretty good selection. The Breakfast room is bright & comfortable and always appreciate the complimentary paper. I did not get to experience the free dinner or the Theatre, but would definitely come back to this place again.

My work truck is attempted to be broken into by India or Pakistan person. When I confront the man he pretends to not understand English. Found out he’s also a guest at the hotel. He was not asked to leave. When I came back to check back in the next week I was black balled from this hotel. So much for Americans god bless Texas

My husband and I stayed overnight for a marriage conference. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the accommodations. The staff was very helpful and kind. The rooms are modern and comfortable, and the amenities were much more than we expected. There is even a theater downstairs. Hot breakfast was included, and it was all quality. We are Hilton Rewards members but will seriously consider this chain for future trips or weekend get always.

We stayed here 3 nights last weekend. This is not in Las Colinas, FYI. I was told we had the nicest suite in the building. Overall, pretty good, mostly quiet with one exception (which I’ll get to). The continental breakfast was pretty average, but too small for the number of people there; nothing organic (just say no to genetically modified «food»). The internet connection did not work in our room and it was not repaired while we were there. We avoid wifi for health reasons. When I explained this to AJ, he seemed to want to try to talk me out of this informed choice that me and my fiancé have made. Let’s juet say I was disappointed with the slow connection from the computers downstairs. Now for the things that really bothered me… woefully inadequate water pressure — needs attention. When they slid the invoice under our door, they had to enter the conference room and slide it under that door, waking me up at 3:17 a.m. This is the biggest failure, in this customer’s opinion. Perhaps if the staff had an interest enough in constructive feedback from customers, they’d be interested in sharing a word upon checkout. Maybe they’re just so understaffed. There was a sign blocking a major fire exit saying wet concrete although the wet concrete was very dry. Several calls to the front desk during our stay went unanswered (15 rings each). I saw a (we’re unavailable right now) sign on the front desk for an extended period the night we arrived. Do they need to hire somebody? Also, several staff members were not very conversational in the English language. Try a Springhill Suites or something else instead.

I visit my boyfriend who has been staying here on business for the passes 2 ½ months. I actually like the hotel. It’s located in the Las Colinas area here in Irving. The hotel clearly have not been built for very long. Its really modern.
I go to the gym a lot and the on site gym is actually equipped with enough to actually get a very good work out. If you’re a member at 24 hour fitness, there is one in the parking lot of the hotel. So that is VERY convenient for me. And I find myself going to the gym when bored. Which is a good thing!
I hear one or two nights a week they have free food downstairs for dinner. I hear its burgers, tacos, and things like that. My boyfriend don’t really like the breakfast he says he’s seen better breakfasts at Hyatt Place. I wouldn’t know. I drink spinach smoothies for breakfast. So any breakfast bar looks good to me.
The staff here is really nice as well. Last night I talked to the guy at the front desk. And he was very sweet and funny. He might have been bored. I know if I had that job I would be talking to anybody who would listen to me. The maids are really nice too. They only clean the rooms on the weekend if you request it. Monday — Friday they automatically clean.
Everything here is good EXCEPT for the slow internet connection. I can’t even watch youtube well all the time. Other than that I’m happy with the hotel!

Five stars for this extended stay style hotel. I have stayed at many hotels in the area, and I choose to come back and stay here over and over. By far best hotel in the area.
I do not have housekeeping service on a daily basis, so the lite-​keeping style is great for me.
This hotel is very new– only built a few years ago. So everything still looks sparkling new. The staff is awesome, and the manager is incredibly personal and not afraid to mingle with the staff and stayers alike. When I check in, the hosts know me and treat me with personal style. I feel very welcome here.
I love the pool– it is functional and attractive. The bbq deck is great for social time. The fitness room is decent, too.
The rooms are well stocked with what you need. The equipment all works. The layout is comfortable and the décor is pleasing. I just really appreciate this place so much.
What to be aware of: like most hotels, the included meals are poor quality and not very healthy, although they do try to include salads with the evening fare. Also, while they have high speed, it isn’t strong enough for FaceTime or streaming in HD.
But those are pretty minor– everything else about this hotel rocks.

My wife and I stayed here for a «staycation» while our travel took us through Dallas. The hotel is a great deal for the price. The room was very nice and the complimentary breakfast was good, aside from the eggs always being runny. There is a theater room that had the big football game on and also there is free laundry machines available at this location which was very handy.
The only negative was that there is very little insulation in the walls and ceiling so we frequently heard lots of noises and plumbing from other guests.
Overall, we would definitely stay there again and recommend the hotel!

This hotel gets 5 star for the level of service, cute little apartment style rooms and amenities. It’s not a 5 star hotel, it’s a budget, extended stay hotel. The best budget, extended stay hotel I’ve ever stayed at.
Everything is really new, the grounds are well kept, rooms are adorable and very clean and NEW looking. The management was fantastic, they have a free shuttle (ask in advance if possible) to pick you up and drop you off to the airport, local restaurants, the nearby Wal-​mart. Free Internet and Social hour in the lobby (Wine and food — we’re talking DINNER) was a great touch.
Highly recommend.
