Drove all the way to lake grapevine to paddle board with SUP NTX — was asked to wait 15 minutes for a family to come back with their boards (Company will not take reservations for parties of 3 or under) when a group of 3 came over and wanted to go out in the water. They started complaining — the attendant called Kevin the owner and Kevin told her to rent out to the party of 3 instead of us. So no paddle boarding today-​wasted time and money — SUP NTX provided a hugely disappointing experience — I do not recommend!
