Serrano Painting

I called on a gut feeling (because they were not yet rated). I am so glad I did.
After failed attempts at contacting other painting companies.
Unsuccessfully tried to contact, message & get quotes from numerous other painters via Unilocal.One company even went as far as to schedule my date, after phone quoting me a price for my garage — I gave him the exact dimensions and what paint I wanted. On the day before painting day, I called to confirm & he didn’t recall having an appointment scheduled with me, I still let him stop by that evening to give me a price & it was triple the original quote. So needless to say I have not had good luck finding a painter in Dallas.
Fast forward to a couple days ago, I called a few companies again with high Unilocal reviews, didn’t get ahold of anyone or one call back. I called Serrano hoping that maybe they were good & just not reviewed, such good luck I had! Not only did she answer the phone right away, Liliana told me her guys were on a job and wouldn’t be available to paint for me until next week. I was fine with that. I received a call the next day saying they could be there the next morning if I wanted. Super! Not only did they actually show up, they were early & waited outside (I noticed they were here & let them in early). They finished in ½ the time I assumed it would take them, made sure they covered everything & did a great job cleaning up. The guys were polite, respectful of my property & fast — all for a really great price. You can’t ask for anything more. In the future I will only call Serrano Painting from now on.
