Pintapaint

I’ve taken two classes with both teachers and both times have been so much fun! The paintings always come out good, the instruction is perfect, the instructors are fun, and the clientele are good sports. I love this place! Take a class, you’ll surprise yourself!

My friend wanted to have a paint party for her birthday and this was the paint spot she chose. After several reminders to show up early, I showed up about half an hour prior to the class beginning. Little did I know that there was an issue with the electricity and the party was almost cancelled. Considering I drove about 20 minutes to get there, I was relieved to find out that everything worked out. Well, that caused my friend to arrive late. That and the fact that she’s always late. Haha.
We started about 10 minutes after our scheduled start time. Now I’ve only been to one other paint party but I don’t feel like that should accelerate the remainder of our class. The instructor was going so fast that I was completely behind and lost. I’m a teacher myself so I am pretty good about listening, following directions, and keeping up. So if I’m lost, that’s a big red flag. Not only did the class go really quickly, I did not even have a chance to fix the painting to my liking.
Overall, the ladies at this establishment are nice but my experience was rushed and I walked away unhappy with a painting that I paid $ 22 for. Not cool. My time to paint was expedited unnecessarily and the sketch marks (that I didn’t mind) are still visible on the final product of my painting.
Tip: If you’re coming here, don’t be late because you will feel like your class is going at breakneck speed and you’ll be lost like a kid who’s wandered away from their mother at Six Flags.

I love to paint if you are having a paint party and you invite me, rest assured I’ll be there. This location is quite spacious but it’s not my favorite. I’m a huge fan of being taught how to paint but I think when it’s sketched out on the canvas when you sit down, some of the elements of learning are diminished. This is my first time visiting a place where the artwork is sketched out. I have been numerous times to their competitor and you actually learn how to paint.
If you aren’t very artistic then you probably would love this. It is a guided just like the other place but you loose some ability to have creative licence, Some people (not me) can look at the subject and create something similar using the same colors and theme but with pencil lines your are somewhat limited because you have to cover them or they are in your painting forever. You are also not encouraged to make it your own.
I probably wouldn’t come back on my own but if invited for a party I would go they are less expensive than PWAT but no more fun.

Heard about this place because of their groupon deal and figured it was something new and fun to try. This is my second time here and I really enjoyed it once again. The first time I came with 3 gfs and some wine. Great experience! I used a groupon both times. My experience this time was super fun as well. Came with the bf and we really enjoyed ourselves. I love that everyone there always seems like they are having a great time. There’s a lot of laughs and chatter going on which makes the environment more enjoyable. Pretty sure it was the alcohol lol. And it’s a fun date night activity as well.
The instructor was the younger girl and she was good. Its really convenient that you go online to pick which date you want to visit and see which painting they are doing for each date. The groupon ones lasted 2 hours (7−9pm) and time goes by a lot faster than expected. One thing I liked was the fact that if you mess up, its pretty easy to fix your painting.
Side note: according to the instructor, they are parting ways with groupon (boo!) but still have their deal on their website for July and August. Well worth it!

Went here on a Groupon with a coworker and her friend. Despite me arriving about 10 minutes late, the artists caught me up quickly and were very friendly. Had a great time, the ladies in our row were a lot of fun. The experience is on par with what I expect with any «paint and drink night». Informative artist tips and friendly people.

I found this place on Groupon and begged my boyfriend to go with me and he was worried he would be the only guy there but there were plenty of other guys so he didn’t feel too out of place. We brought some wine and beer and had a great time! We met some awesome people as well, definitely recommend if you’re looking for something new to try!

Really small BYOB paint studio. Staff is polite and the business is clean, from my observation.
When it comes to bringing your liquor, I feel the staff should ask if anyones needs their beverage chilled before the class starts and make sure everyone is taken care of.
The instructor and her assistant guide you as you go along w/​the painting. Music was playing in the background, the instructor could maybe make the classroom more interactive by dividing the room in 2 and guessing the name of the songs, like a friendly competition.
All in all, its worth the experience.

It is BYOB so bring your own drink ! They have plastic cups and bottle and wine openers there for you so you don’t have to worry about it.
Sign up for their VIP Club (it’s free) and they send you a certificate for a free paint class of your choice during your birthday month. Bring someone else along for that birthday class and they only pay half off.
Sometimes the painting takes longer to finish, but they are very nice about giving you extra time to finish. They don’t try and rush you out the door.
Pictures are highly encouraged.
Even if it doesn’t look like your painting is going anywhere, at the end it all comes together.
First time painters, come on over! They don’t bite :)

This is so much fun. Pintapaint has groupon deals. We’re here with a party of five, but you can come alone, do this as a date night, or they will do partys for your group. Every night has a different picture for you to paint, and no experience is required. If you come at night, you can bring your own wine and snacks, but they also do morning classes for you and your kids.
They supply the apron, canvas, paints, brushes, and instructions. The walls are covered with art that you can do throughout the year. You sign up for the picture you want (up to 30 a month).
Best part? No clean up for you!
I am going to do this again, regardless of groupon!

My friends and I bought a groupon for a birthday party and had a blast! The women who run it are super nice and fun. I called in advance and asked if we could switch the painting and they said yes! They were more than accommodating to our group, even allowed us to swap out different paint colors. They had our places set up for our group when we got there, so we could all sit together. I am not an artist at all, but even I could follow along their easy steps and was surprised by my own masterpiece! We even had a few guys in our group and they loved it as well. At the end we all took a group picture. I would definitely go back!

Checked out the groupon and grabbed some of my closest girlfriends for a little paint party fun. It’s byob so you bring your favorite bottle of vino, some snacks and you’re good to go! For a 2 hour session the artist takes you step by step to create a masterpiece on canvas! It was fun especially with a little bit of liquid encouragement. The ladies that own the place are super sweet and accommodating! I definitely recommend for a girls nite or even date nite. It’s nice to add a little culture to your life every now and again.
