Laurie is a partner at Schachter Harris LLP. Her practice is diverse, emphasizing business and investment litigation, product liability and toxic tort trials, and family law. She has been part of the trial team in product liability trials in California, New York, Pennsylvania, and throughout Texas. She is a co-​author of an article entitled «Winning with Epidemiology» published in For The Defense, the monthly magazine for the Defense Research Institute (April 2007).

History

Established in 2003.

Laurie received her Juris Doctor degree from Baylor University in 1999, where she received the Dean’s Academic Merit Award. She received her Bachelor of Arts (English) degree from The University of Texas in 1996. Laurie is also experienced in securities arbitration. She has been recognized as a Rising Star in securities litigation by Super Lawyers magazine.
