Extremely expensive for what you get. Smells weird. Yes, the sugar cane juice is great. But if I’m going to an ice cream shop, my main concern is the ice cream. And for what you get, it’s pretty freakin expensive. You can get a proper cheap meal for the price of a specialty milkshake or smoothie that doesn’t even taste amazing.

I really liked the Ferrero Rocher Flavor, but I am really concerned about the cleanliness of the shop. The worker had scooped some icecream, however some fell on the ledge, but I see with my own eyes that he picked it up with his bare fingers and tossed it back into the carton of ice cream. He looked so unamused when we walked into the place. Customer Service and cleanliness definitely needs to be improved. Would I come back? Most likely never will, it’s not worth it in my opinion.

1scoop is real biggg n costly here. They cud instead reduce the price n quantity. But money making tactics rules. Cleanliness is extremely ignored. Chairs n tables there are never cleaned. U cant hangout with family or friends inside. Service is ridiculous. Younger lot probably teens freak out inside the staff room. U may have to wait longer times for someone to respond to u.

Apologies for the brief review, but I just had a quick taste. I understand that this place is probably more well known for the sugarcane juice drinks, and my dining partner partook of that, but I was after ice cream. Although I wanted to try some of the Indian flavors, I was drawn to butter pecan(a long time favorite) and Ferrero Rocher, having been a fan of the candy for a long time. Both were very creamy and nicely sweet, but not totally off the hook on the sweet, which is a very welcome attribute in my opinion. The texture was pretty firm, as they keep it pretty cold, so I let it melt a little before consuming. I know some complain about the price, but the store was clean, the product was good and there was a lot of variety, so I’m OK with the prices.

Tried the mango falooda. Pretty good! Would have given 5 stars had it not been for the incandescent sticks smell. Doesn’t suit well in an ice cream parlor. Decent ambience though. Highly recommended.

The only good thing about this place is the staff, and they’re not even that great. They stare at you like an eagle until you approach them to order! Aside from the awkward stares, their desserts aren’t all that compared to an average dessert shop. And on top of the under average taste, it’s completely overpriced. The surroundings are ok, it’s a very decorated place.

One of our friends recommended this place for authentic Indian icecream and this place lived upto our expectations We tried the exotic«paan» icecream and butterscotch and both of them were awesome!!! Butterscotch icecream reminded me of the ice creams back home Try out the paan icecream if you haven’t had it before.

This is an absolute MUST try if you love Indian ice cream(kulfi, falooda’s, and desi flavors). My mother-in-law to be brought me here for some desert and I wish I had found this spot sooner! I ordered a scoop of malai, it was so flavorful I loved it. She had a mango kulfi which looked yum! My only regret was not being able to enjoy a falooda cup because we were so full from lunch! This is such a unique place, I’ve never been to a desi ice cream shop before!

This was about as bad of an experience at an ice cream shop as I could have imagined. Two of us each ordered a single scoop of ice cream in a waffle cone and walked out with about as small of a scoop as could have been deposited in the cone without it falling out of sight into the cone cavity — and we were out eight bucks, to boot! Way overpriced even if the scoops had been properly sized, but this was nothing short of a ripoff. One and done here.

What a little prize located right next to the mighty royal sweets. Every time I come here there’s a line, but it’s worth the wait! I only come here for the falooda. I haven’t tried the ice cream yet because I always get distracted by the many falooda options. The mango and original faloodas are great. Judging from how the little kids around me were rubbing ice cream all over their faces and shirts, I’d venture to say the ice cream isn’t bad either.

Worst experience ever. Unclean and took forever for someone to come from the back and serve us. Totally overpriced for ice cream. Two single scoops for my 5 year old and his friend were $ 6+ with no toppings or extras. Never again.

If you are an ice-cream person, you would know what I am talking about! Variety of flavors — malai(cream), pistachios, mango, tuti-fruity, casata, rajabhog and many more! My personal fav is malai and mango. And the reason is other flavors that I tried — cashew and pista oozed of artificial ingredients! The décor reminds you of ice cream parlor in India from 1990s, albeit a little modern and more clean. I have never sat down and eaten here — always a to-go. And, nothing here really appeals me to have a seat! The one thing that does appeal me is the fresh sugarcane juice. It is worth the wait! I ordered 3 large($ 4.99 each) and waited almost 20 mins. Although I do not wish to spend that much of time and money frequently. Once-in-a-while splurge is okay. The elderly lady who works the evening is sweet. I could see that she was pretty overwhelmed with the number of irate customers parading in and out. She was all by herself — which was one reason that all the orders were taking time. One star just for her hard work and ability to smile throughout the time :) Not sure about how clean the facility is — the premises look okay to me. And one thing cool about it is — you can club your grocery shopping and eating out activities with India Bazaar, Royal Sweets and Bawarchi Biryani in the same complex! The ice cream definitely wins over the one from the frozen section in IBazaar! Do give it a try once!

I was excited when this Indian ice cream shop opened. They have decent quality and some of the flavors reminds you of India! But I was disappointed after going there few times, they don’t keep the place clean, the décor has went down due to which it does not feel like a family ice cream place. So much potential if the owners would not talk its customers for granted.

This place has large quantity of south asian ice cream flavors, and the workers are even open to let you try samples of them! The place itself isn’t all that clean and has a very distinct, unpleasant smell! After trying several samples, I got the tutti frutti flavor. It was decent, nothing special.

Love all the flavors here! They have everything you could possibly imagine. All Indian popular flavors(including fig and walnut) to reinventions of more Indian flavors(Mango-Pomegranate). In addition, they have more traditional American flavors(Cookies n’ Cream) as well as reinventions(Ferrero Rocher). Only thing, I think the staff should be more overly friendly. You’re in the service industry — no matter how late it is, you have to do everything you can to please the customer, especially when they just spent $ 40 in your store! I will note, they let me try just about every flavor I wanted to, without griping! My favorite flavors are the Apple Custard, Fig and Walnut, and Mango Pomegranate. Though I usually love Cassata, and while Kwality’s is good, I don’t like Tutti Fruti, which they use in their Cassata, so I work around that flavor. All in all, great place. Would come back often.

Very friendly staff, let me try as many flavors as I wanted and they explained all the unique flavors to me and had me try them with my mother. I have been twice now and look forward to coming back.

This is the best place for kulfi. Don’t bother looking elsewhere. I do wish they sold gallon sizes though. Hey the pista kulfi. They have other good flavors too.

I am normally not an Indian sweets, cakes, kulfi, ice cream etc fan. This place was sooo good though. They let me try a few samples before I picked butterscotch. It was so creamy and fresh tasting. Prices were really great too. I can see myself coming here again for another ice cream fix!
