They Scam you for reserved parking, which is not even covered, several nights where there is absolutely no parking at all and best they could tell me «we cant guarantee parking», lady I LIVE here. Worst parking experience Ive ever had in my 8+ years in Las Colinas/​Valley Ranch even had to park in another complex across the street or in the shopping complex a few times. They got new management and started to pull this reserved parking/​towing stunt. Apartment layouts are nice but maintenance can take days. Ive been here a few years now, was cool at first but has gone downhill recently.

I regularly do not write reviews but I was very disappointed. I was inquiring about about lease and availability but the girl that answered the phone just kept saying we’re 98% lease when are you coming in. I felt as if she wasn’t listening to me. I informed her I wanted to make sure the trip during rush hour was worth it and wanted to know the price, sqft, availability, and additional fees before arriving to the property. As a customer I felt like she was not paying attention to my questions instead worried about meeting a qouta. I just hang up because she had an attitude and rub me the worry way.
I’ll keep searching for a place and this one off of my list.

I have been living here for about 2 weeks now and I think they are ok. I live in a 2 bed 2 bath and I like the floor plan. I have stainless steel appliances with a washer/​dryer. The only thing I didn’t notice until move in was that they dont have a panty in kitchen. You will have to put your can goods etc in a cabinet. I love the dim lights in kitchen and I have a sunroon instead of a patio. Overall I love the apartment but the outside yellow paint is horrible.
The only problem I have had are my neighbors who smoke 247 outside the door which is getting on my nerves. I have never had to deal with smoking anywhere I have lived. I also had 2 cases with someone parking behind my garage as if they are paying for it but I placed a sign up and things are better.
The website show a picture of a hot tub but thats false because its covered up with cement, the pool is boring and located across the street. The pool is actually closed for some reason. The fitness center is small and they dont have any mirrors to check progress. If you don’t mind the Indian culture then this place is cool, majority of them are unfriendly but they mind they own business so whatever.
The parking can be a pain but I have a detached garage so it doesn’t matter. The ammenites suck so I will spend majority of my time inside and might have to get a gym membership somewhere. If they updated to outside paint on these apartments they would look awesome actually.
Overall they not that bad and they are quiet.

Worst place to live. Please dont rent in this place. They dont fix any issues and their swimming pool is the worst one i have ever seen :(with dead flies and insects.

What a horrible place to live. The management is even horrible. I lived there for almost close to 2 years and believe me you would not want to go through same pain which I want through. Hoping to get something better answer after leaving the apartment however they ripped me after leaving the apartment too.
Here is the story worth reading.
They ripped my deposit saying my carpet was in terrible condition. When asked about proof they told me their computer is formated and they don’t have any picture. I hired people to clean entire apartment and shampoo carpet still ended up paying $ 400. They are big scam.
Tried to talk to them, left voicemail to customer care however nobody responded.

I would never recommend this complex to anyone. Everyone’s so sweet when you sign your lease but right afterwards everything changes. They take weeks to fix maintenance issues. And everyone of the leading agents are rude. They make u seem like you’re bothering them anytime you call or go into the office. The parking is horrible many nights I’ve had to park at the hotel across the street. They have more paid parking spots than free ones which is a trap to try and get u to pay for a spot. I can’t wait for my lease to be up here.

I have been living here for some time now and I can tell you this, i have never had such a bad experience with any other entity in US like this one. Staff horrible, no sense of urgency, no sense of customer service, they lie about everything.
The utility bill is almost $ 100 and they will never tell u at the time of signing up.
There have been incidents of theft and people trying to breakin through patio and cops came in etc. The apartment people never inform the residents trying to save their reputation and we are one of the victims, we lost few jewellery and cash from our apartment.
My recommendation is that you will be better off living into few near by newer apartment and pay more and have peace of mind and have better value for your $$.

Omgeeeeee!!! Worst experience ever with a leasing office. Miss Thang at the front desk had a terrible attitude and was absolutely rude through the initial conversation. I would never want to live here and have to deal with her monthly!!!

I lived here from 2009 — 2011. I loved it at first, but the Connor Group took over (used to be a Lincoln Property) and they are AWFUL. Several reasons why you should not rent at Knightsbridge:
* Allocated water billing: this is VERY expensive. Instead of being charged for only the water you use, they take the whole apartment bill and divide it up depending on head count and apartment size. My water/​sewer water/​trash bill instantly went up from about $ 15 – 20 ($ 7 trash, $ 8 – 14 water/​sewer water) to OVER $ 42. And, I wasn’t even on THEIR company lease yet, so that wouldn’t include the new $ 18/​month trash fee and $ 15/​month pest fee. So, as a single woman in a 700 sq ft apartment, I’d be looking at around a $ 70 water bill if I renewed my lease. NOPE.
* My rent was going to go up by $ 229 if I renewed my lease. Again, I am in a 700 sq ft apartment and they wanted to charge me $ 949 (or ONLY $ 849 if I signed the early bird special!) for my layout. Plus $ 15/​month pet rent. The last time I renewed my lease with Lincoln Property Co., my rent went up $ 17 to $ 720/​month. Ha.
* The horrible hail storm in May ripped holes in almost all of my window screens. They didn’t fix them until the end of SEPTEMBER. I couldn’t open my windows that entire time (because of bugs — lol @ the pest fee — and I have a cat).
* My dishwasher broke, and they didn’t fix it for almost FOUR MONTHS.
Maintenance in general takes several days, if at all. Under Lincoln Properties, they would fix your problem THAT DAY or at the latest, the next day. With the Connor Group, it’s very hit-​or-​miss.
* Parking sucks. A couple times, I had to park across the street within a completely different gate or park OUTSIDE the gate where they deliver mail (also a different street). Not safe.
* The grounds seriously deteriorated. I don’t understand how my water bill could have gone up so much when 1) I didn’t have a dishwasher and 2) they didn’t seem to be watering the grass or bushes. There are huge chunks of dead brown bushes, trees, and grass all over the complex. It looks awful. Of course the leasing office is green and full of flowers… Is that where my money went?
* I told several people in the apartment office (including the manager) and also contacted The Connor Group to tell them that their water bill practices where illegal* and never heard a WORD from them. They do not care. By the time I moved out of my apartment, I paid about $ 200 extra in ILLEGAL billing. I would like that money back.
When I turned in my move-​out notice, one of the girls in the office (not the manager) exclaimed something like, «Oh, why are you moving out? Even after we worked so hard to get your dishwasher fixed!?» HAHAHA, no. It was broken for FOUR MONTHS. I don’t think that is working hard at all. Then she asked me about my new place and ASSURED me that the great deal I was getting would go away as soon as I had to re-​sign m lease… and that Knightsbridge would welcome me back. No thanks! I will pay more to stay at my great new place…
A couple weeks later, in the middle of December, I emailed the office to set up a final walk-​through with the manager before I moved out. (My current complex does this for their residents; my leasing director said it’s the resident’s right to have this!) The girl who answered me assured me she forwarded my request on to the manager. I emailed again later. Again, they said the message was forwarded on. A few days before I was to move out, I actually showed up to the apartment office (after calling) and asked AGAIN about my appointment. The girl said that she forwarded my request and she’d probably respond to me by Monday. (It was Thursday, I believe, and I was moving out Saturday.) Monday came and went, and so did Tuesday and Wednesday. I emailed AGAIN on Thursday. The manager finally emailed me back saying she had already walked through the apartment. (They ended up charging me for a non-​existent «big black pet stain» in the carpet. I took pictures of EVERYTHING; there were no stains. My cat doesn’t pee on the floor, either… and definitely doesn’t have black pee. Couldn’t fight the manager on it.)
Please, do not rent here. I can’t even believe how much the complex has gone downhill.
*The complex was switched from submetered water billing (old company) to allocated water billing (new company). For most, this was in the middle of their Lincoln Property lease, which clearly states that we are to receive itemized submetered water billing with information such as: gallons we used, price per gallon, etc. According to our lease, we also should have been notified 35 days in advance before the switch (we DID receive a letter but it said nothing about the change to allocated), and we all should have been summoned to the office to agree to & sign an allocated water billing addendum. We weren’t.
The Connor Group by law should have abided by our existing [Lincoln] lease until it expired. They didn’t. They illegally breached our leases & banked on it.
