So a colleague recommended this place as it is right by our work and her nails have always looked pretty good.
I went to get a gel french manicure — the guy did a horrible job, the white was super thick and uneven, it took an hour and a half and I only realized how bad once I got outside.
BUT I went back the next day and Tina said she would fix it, after taking a look she redid them ALL even the ones that were ok to ensure they were even. They now look gorgeous!

This was my last time getting my nails done here. I’ve been going here for the past year and a half every other week and just within the past few months they’ve gotten new management and hired new employees and its saddening. Each time I’ve gone the past three times my gels have began coming off the very next day and they look terrible. It’s not fair that I didn’t write a review a year ago when I thought they were phenomenal and my nails were always perfect. If you visit this place, for the money you spend try and get an employee that has been working there a while & you will still be in good hands!

I had hands-​down the best pedicure here! My attendant was very meticulous and really took her time taking care of my feet. She took care of the sensitive in-​between parts of my toenails and scrubbed until my feet were super soft. I really appreciate the relaxing atmosphere, too!

First time customer & received a great basic gel pedicure that includes a scrub, light massage & warm towels & a gel manicure with light massage & warm towels at the same time… never had to get out of my chair. Very pleased with the customer service as well. I will be back.

This place is awesome. I look forward to my business trips here just so I can come to this salon. (I live in Orange Co., CA) Top quality. The Honey /​Milk pedicure I just had was amazing. So soothing, esp after a 10 mile run this morning. I’ve had services by both Stacie and Iluy and highly recommend both.
And the wine as a drink option Bonus!!!

$ 30 for a basic pedicure in a nice massage chair. We walked in and asked if the three of us in my party could be sat together and have our service done at the same time, but there was some confusion and one of us had to wait until the others were started for a chair and staff person to become available.
Lots of color options to choose from, and the salon smell wasn’t quite as bad as others I’ve encountered. Staff were friendly and helpful mostly. They handed us a menu of upgraded pedicure options and weren’t too pushy when we said we wanted bottom-​dollar pedicures. The pedicures were fine, and one of the members of my party got a literal cheese grater taken to her feet, which was hilarious.
They wouldn’t let us sit in the chairs for 10 minutes after we finished though just to let our nails dry some more, despite no one else being in the salon, so that was awkward. We all paid in cash and left promptly after that with slightly better looking feet and toes!

The worst experience my wife and I have ever had in a nail care.
The customer service was really bad. Very rude!!!

Let me start off by saying that I’m new to this area, and have been hesitant to embark upon the search for «my» new pedicure «go-​to» spot. In my home city, I’ve had the most awesome nail tech for over 7 years, so I’m hoping for a close second…
Well, Stacy at Hollywood Nail & Spa might have just earned my business!!! She did a great job. She was very pleasant, listened to what I like (shape of my nails), and did a great job. She took her time, gave a great massage, and does a good polish. I chose the $ 30 Regular Pedicure, but they have many specialty pedicures available.
The atmosphere is awesome! It’s a very relaxing place. I love the way the pedicure area is a bit separated from the nail area. The décor is very nice. There are two TVs in the pedicure area (with the sound muted), some how they were on my favorite channels — HGTV and The Food Network (maybe my lucky day if I wanted to watch). There is music playing, appropriate volume and selections.
You can count on being offered complimentary drinks, wine or water.
The pedicure chairs are very modern and comfortable. They have many selections, so you can get as intense a massage as you desire.
Overall, I was very pleased with my experience and plan to return!

I called ahead before coming in about 30 mins before close and when I arrived there were two others waiting in line. After a few minutes someone finally acknowledged us and came to the front to find out what we wanted done. He asked each of us separately but then promptly decided that he could not take me even for one of the services that I wanted done because according to him it was a slower day and several technicians went home early. Why even ask what I was getting then??? Not good business. I thanked him and told him I would go somewhere else since they are several other salons nearby.

Received great customer service (offered a complimentary coffee) and a great pedicure! The staff was really nice and flexible with my schedule. A little bit on the pricey side, but totally worth it.
It was also a huge plus that the salon did not have the typical aroma of chemicals most salons have…

I got a pedicure here last week with Julia and I am just now getting the time to write my review.
I went by there after work and they were only somewhat busy; I was seated right away so no waiting. The seat was comfortable and the room was a nice temperature. I usually freeze to death in most places in the summer but not here and it wasn’t hot either.
I was offered something to drink, complimentary wine, soda or water, which was nice.
I chose the basic pedicure, which only costs $ 30! It was a really great price so I couldn’t pass it up. They do have other options with add-​ones ranging around $ 50.
Julia did a great job on my feet. She did not hurt my cuticles once and my nails look very nice. I do wish the massage had been a little «stronger» because I stand on my feet all day but that’s pretty minor.
Overall, I had a great experience and think I have found my regular place to get my toes done. And next time, I’ll probably try a manicure. For $ 17 it’s worth a try!

Worst place I have ever been! The lady that did my nails was in a rush to pick up her kid so she did a really sloppy job and they are rude there and most employees that are not working just sit around and watch movies and it’s so loud! I won’t go back and that sucks because I live so close!

This place is great. The pedi was only $ 30 with a fantastic massage and hot towels. I walked right in and everyone was so friendly. I would wait if there was one! Very clean. Nice music and TV to watch. New chairs are super comfy. 5 stars!

Kelly was wonderful! I actually hate having my nails done, especially acrylics, which is what I had done yesterday. I actually started to fall asleep because it was so relaxing. After years of searching, I have finally found my nail salon home. This place is very nice and clean, and the staff seems to all be very friendly! They also serve complimentary wine if you want!

Don’t let these old bad reviews scare you away. There is new management and the manis and pedis are awesome. I recently went somewhere else and was truly disappointed in my service and quality.
When I get my manicures here they last for almost 2 weeks. It’s pretty great.

Like several others who have reviewed Hollywood Nail and Spa, we tried it because we were staying in the hotel next door. On our first attempt, there was about an hour wait, so we simply returned to our room for a while after making an appointment. When we returned, they were ready for us and we had no wait. The pedicures were excellent, including relaxing foot/​leg massages. The ladies who attended to us were friendly and seemed to enjoy their work– making us feel relaxed and pampered.
The prices were reasonable and the service exceeded our expectations. We’ll be back!

I was staying at the hotel in the same lot and was in the need of a good pedicure.
The door says walk ins welcomed. I walked in around noon on a Friday and the couple were the only ones in the shop. They told me the wait would be about 30 mins, so I left to grab a bit to eat in the meantime.
As I was eating I Unilocaled the location and found the poor reviews, so I decided not to go back. But a couple hours later and no other options nearby I decided to go back. And I’m glad I did!
When I walked in the couple had remembered my name and asked what happened earlier. They said my wait would only be 10 mins. In 10 mins another lady took me to my spa chair which was already set up with warm water and vibrating chair.
The pedicure itself was amazing! I went with a basic pedi. The price is well worth the quality. The scrubbing, massage and hot towel all left my feet feeling smooth and refreshed!
I would definitely return for the friendly service and great pedi! Don’t let the bad reviews steer you away.

Husband and wife team are very professional and welcoming. The gentleman does a great gel mani that lasts a good amount of time.
The set the stage right every time I go in… right temperature water, massage, a drink.
Will continue going here.

Staying at hotel next door, that’s why I went. Excellent pedi! Great smelling soak, awesome scrub massage AND lotion massage plus hot towels for only $ 30…a great deal. Chair massage was OK, didn’t recline or move back and I’m 6′ so I felt a little bunched up… but all in all… a great treat.
