Elite Towing

This was a total RIP OFF and they’re a fraud. Over the phone, they were really polite and offered a service fee of 55 $ and then 35 – 60 $ extra for delivery in Irving city limits. When the car was delivered to the garage in Irving 6 miles away, they charged my card 150 $. When I called their office, they said that I needed to speak to the driver for these charges and not the office. The driver called me and explained that it was 30 $ extra for him to put my car i Neutral!!. Mind you, I had put the car in neutral my self and moved it under the covers of the building. I asked the driver why he didn’t call me and ask. He was quiet and didn’t say anything. I did have my suspicions when I had first called this company as they had insisted on a card number and would not disclose their cost until I pushed them for it. Beware and never use them. FRAUD ALERT!!!

Sepreania was friendly. She went over pricing, offered quotes, and made scheduling easy. The guy who did the tow was also a sweetheart. The reason I gave four stars instead of five is because I got charged additional fees for having a Jeep Wrangler. I advised the company of my vehicle, but, when they arrived, they had to charge more for a special hookup on vehicles with a 4-​wheel drive. This increased the price significantly. I advise you go over (in detail) the make, model, and type of vehicle you have prior to arrival. Other than that, the staff was nice and I would probably use their services again.

Dishonest!!! The dispatcher does everything to make you think the price is fair, then the driver shows up, get your car hooked up, then quote you a much higher rate because you’re leaving Irving (I got no credit for the miles that were within Irving either). Beware! Don’t let the dispatcher pressure you and lie to you like they did me. Lesson learned.

Prepare to get ripped off if you don’t have insurance coverage. My car didn’t start and it looked to me like a battery issue. I called them because they were the closest (2.5 miles away). It took them about 1 hour to arrive (30 minutes for reps to setup the schedule according to him).
The tow truck arrived and it turned out I didn’t need towing, just a jumpstart. The service was good, friendly guy. But does $ 105 for a jumpstart sounds right to you? I was in a hurry so I didn’t negotiate.
Just let you know and be prepared for the rip off or if $ 105 for a jumpstart from a tow truck seems right to you. I’m thinking of opening a business like this so I could be filthy rich.

The company and transaction was very professional, quick, and well priced. I was notified beforehand on price, pick up time and every aspect of the tow as well as a call to let me know they were on there way. My car was taken care of and delivered perfectly on time.

Fast, efficient service. Highly recommend. Yotam got us out of our predicament in the cold during rush hour.

The guy didn’t take too long. Came by and unlocked my door quickly without any problems.

My Mom and I took my cousin to the DFW airport earlier today. On the way my moms Cadillac started blowing white smoke out of the back exhaust. We barely made it to a parking spot before it lost all acceleration. Our GPS company called this company Elite Towing, and they got to us relatively quick. The service from Ori Ben Aharon could not have been any better. He was very cordial, professional and handled us quickly. He drove us all the way to Ft Worth where we live to our mechanic, then offered to take us further to our home so my Dad didn’t have to come pick us up. All the while making fantastic and delightful conversation with my Mom an me. We DEFINITELY recommend this company to anyone needing roadside assistance and maybe you’ll be lucky enough to get Ori as your driver although I’m sure the other drivers are great also.
