Dena S.

Business Owner

Native to the DFW area, Dena has been educated in design, marketing and environmental science. She has spent over a decade in construction and is currently co-​owner of a remodeling company that she helped create. Dena has excelled in real estate full time since early 2004. Her experience, creativity, attention to detail and flexible style combine to produce superior service. Utilizing state of the art technology allows her to keep her clients on the cutting edge of the ever changing market.

She is a graduate of Texas Christian University, a current member of the Council of Residential Specialists, The Independent Brokers Network, NAR, TAR and the Collin County & MetroTex Boards of Realtors. Dena is also a Zeta Tau Alpha alumnae and on the Board of Directors for the Nichols Park Neighborhood Association.

Dena has completed several designations including Certified Residential Specialist, Certified Negotiation Expert, Graduate Institute & Texas Affordable Housing Specialist.
