The food is great !! Very fresh !! The cashiers are very rude and unprofessional. On one visit the cashier was over charging me and when questioned he said he had to enter a coupon code, but if you do question the total then it’s charged to your card. On another visit, the other cashier was very rude to everyone that walked in, sounded like he was yelling at them. Made me feel very uncomfortable.

This is a take out only location. When I was in Irving recently, sitting in a fast food line, I thought even cicis is better than fast good. So, I googled cicis, I got out of line, drove 4 miles to enjoy the 20 min I had left in which to eat only to drive up on this take out only location. Gee, I wasn’t hungry anyway!
