I’ve always had a good experience at chili’s, no matter which one I’ve gone to. The food is good and prepared fresh, you also get a good amount for what you’re paying for. I’ve also tried ordering online and picking up and it honestly couldn’t be any easier to do. Nice to just go online and pick up your order(you can pay online) and everything is ready when you get there. also love the fact that they have a bar area with a lot of TV’s if you want to watch a game or something with friends and a full bar.

Third in my informal series«vegan in a texas airport» brings us to Chili’s in DFW terminal B. In looking around for vegan food there are few choices in DFW terminal B. It is a texas airport afterall so lets be realistic. There was a promising mexican joint. But it was pricy! U food is an atrocity. So that left Chili’s and me. They have salads on the menu and the black bean burger. Ok so far. However, when my black bean burger arrived it was… Ground cow. Grey, limp and rather unappealing ground cow too. I have eaten a million burgers before going vegan a couple of years ago and trust me on this, it did not look at all like a tasty burger. Sent it back and got the black bean burger. To be fair the terminal is very noisy and its gotta be hard for the wait staff to hear. I don’t fault my very polite and professional server. The black bean burger itself is not worth eating. It has heavy spices, its got bulk, its somewhat dry and mealey. The two stars in this review are for the waiter’s great service. The food on the other hand… Not so good. If you plan to be in DFW terminal B and you are thinking that Chili’s might be a good idea… Think again and keep walking. Bring your own food. The resturants in terminal C looked promising, we will find out on my next trip through DFW.

This was a great experience. Although the restaurant is small, the staff is amazing at getting customers in and out of the restaurant. We waited in line for about 5 minutes before we were seated. By the time we were seated and ordered our food, we received our food in about 5 minutes. I was blown away how fast and efficient this restaurant is run. The staff is always moving to hurry up and get the customer’s their food and they do it with a smile and a great attitude. I will definitely be back to eat at this restaurant the next time I’m in this airport! Phenomenal customer service and the food was fantastic.

This is for the Chili’s Too near gate B21. It is by far the absolute filthiest restaurant I’ve ever seen. Ketchup splattered walls. Floorboards literally caked with black gunk. Dirty nasty windows. Garbage on the floor like straw wrappers bits of boarding passed, etc. Staff friendly enough. But it’s a rote routine. There’s a moroseness in the air. Menu is uninspired and blah. I think I may have been forced to eat at a chili’s once before at a different airport. Not sure what the draw is for them. I ate anyway, being hungry and a long way from other options. Salmon was ok. Simply prepared if a bit greasy. I hope to never have to repeat.

The server at the B terminal take out register went above and beyond to get orders out to travelers — on Christmas night! Thank you!

Needed some food while traveling through DFW. Atmosphere: it’s a long, thin restaurant that makes you almost feel as if you’re still on an airplane(not comforting after having been on an airplane). There are some random decorations on the walls, but I didn’t take much time to look at them. Staff: the waitress was friendly and attentive. She ensured I had everything I needed and didn’t get my order wrong. Food: it is airport food, so my expectations are pretty low. The food was what I expected, okay, but not great by any means. If you are hungry, then this will meet your needs. If you can wait until you get to your final destination, it’s probably best to just wait.

Service is slow, but they put a lot of alcohol in their drinks. It’s ok, but it is in an airport.

NOTE: This is for service only. I didn’t actually eat food here. I got stuck here on a layover, and I just needed to post a review because the service here really helped my night. I sat at the bar, and everyone was really conversational and sweet. They were having issues with another customer, and they handled it well. Everyone at the bar was friendly, too. Plus, the drinks were strong — which never hurts. I’ll be back my next flight through. Thanks to Andi and Desmi for helping make my night better! Fabulous bartenders!

The food is what you would expect from this chain. Good service. The place was packed and Hot! Turn on the AC already. The whole American Airline terminal kinda sucked.

DISCLAIMER — This is in DFW. Seated straight away. Waiter comes over for drink order, disappears, and drinks arrive ten minutes later. Waiter disappears, comes back for food order, disappears, cold burgers come on scorching hot plates thirty minutes later. Bill comes 15 minutes later and to the tune of $ 50. Save your money and an hour of time and go someplace else!

I came here since I was starving at the airport and didn’t want to eat fast food, Chili’s isn’t that much better though This Chili’s is pretty packed since it is one of the only restaurants in the terminal that I was in. My friend and I were seated right away, I ordered a chicken sandwich with avocado & bacon on a pretzel roll. $ 10 My friend ordered the 3 appetizer plate with the eggrolls, sliders, and crispy chicken bites. The food came out in 15 min., my sandwich was pretty tasty and not that salty !!! The fries were tasteless, so I ended up dousing them in mustard. My friend said she enjoyed her appetizer plate, and I thought that the eggrolls weren’t that bad either. I would come back to Chili’s for the chicken sandwich, just because it wasn’t that salty, and it was big enough for 2 meals.

When Chili’s was in town(Seattle), it was an under-appreciated dining choice. I have to say they kept you confused with the menu. One week they were Tex Mex, the next it was all about burgers, then steak and seafood. Hey, you have heard it before, get it where you fit in. Unfortunately, I don’t think Chili’s fits anymore. You would think with the variety they offer they would be the perfect franchise for airports, but I felt like I was in an Applebee’s and Applebee’s in my opinion is everything wrong with dining out in America. My Chicken was undercooked(raw in spots) and the service was slow. In the end, i walked away from a full plate because the thought of salmonella didn’t sit well with me. R.I.P Chili’s you are dead to me now.

This chili was pretty empty so the service speed was really fast. The front desk person seated me and a second later my waiter came to give me the menu. However, although they were pretty speedy, I would not recommend you dining there unless you have at least an hour or even more to spare. I ended up rushing to my gate and wasn’t able to enjoy my food as much as I would like to. I ordered the crispy chicken crisper, which is the extra crispy version of the original chicken crisper. It was very good. I was very satisfied with the chicken and the honey mustard. However, the portion size was pretty small — it was like a few pieces of chicken with half a plate of fries for $ 13. Then I had the molten chocolate cake, which used to be my favorite. I was not sure if it was cuz I was in a hurry, the cake didn’t taste as good as it was in memory. I finished the entire giant cake in like 5 minutes. It was kinda disgusting. The ice cream was coated with chocolate, which was different from what I had before. It was so hard and I couldn’t break it so I flipped the ice cream over to access the ice cream from the inside, cuz I really wanted to eat it but I also need to run. I think the waiter literally was like wow this girl is eating the dessert like a monster… No shame no shame!

My wife and I stopped in to have a drink before flying to Vegas. It was about 8 in the morning and we were surprised to learn they sold breakfast. We each had the breakfast tacos and my wife, who is very picky even said they were delicious. The service was excellent and the bartender was very nice and didn’t miss a beat. Be prepared to pay about 10% more for everything as you’re in the airport.

Quick service, but pricier than a regular chilis. I guess that’s to be expected when you’re in an airport.

My GF and I came in after an early morning flight from CUN. Hostess was great, as was the waitress. We both ordered standard breakfasts — eggs, sausage/bacon, pancakes. The pancakes and sausage were absolutely standard greasy-spoon fare. The problem was the eggs. The first time they came out they appeared to have been squirted from a ribbon shaped toothpaste tube. They were flavorless and the consistency was like rubber. I can eat pretty much eat anything, but I couldn’t choke it down. It had to be some sort of egg-product gone wrong. We sent the eggs back and asked for some normal eggs, well done. The waitress was very understanding and quickly got us another plate — this time she told us they were«actually eggs this time»(what was it before?!) Same garbage, different shape. Exactly the same foul taste/texture. It appeared that they had removed the ribbon squirting tube and just sprayed white and yellow egg substance onto a skillet. It looked like two-toned, fried fingerpaint. We gave up at that point. The best part — $ 30 for those two breakfasts and two coffees. Never having Chili’s breakfast again.

Should you really expect that much of an airport restaurant? In this case I was bracing myself with no Unilocal reviews for this location. Wife and I were starved and lunch just opened at 10AM and a long day of travel ahead. Greeter, who ended up being waiter seated us quickly, got menus and drink orders immediately so things are going really good. Order put in for house salad and Old timer burger. Both were special order with no cheese on salad and no mustard on burger. Both came out in 15 min correct and burger/fries hot and tasty. Check on table before we finished at our request to keep us moving. The 4 was removed when a refill that was clearly needed toward the end was completed with food still on plate. I would eat here again. The restaurant has awesome hours, was clean, service was good and food quality was at the same level as you would find at a stand alone and taste great.
