Even though there’s a lot of restaurant options in the Irving area, we were tired of driving and Boston Market was located near our hotel. Upon entering, we noticed that the staff was very cordial and greeted us as soon as we came in the door. Altogether, we got a ½ rotisserie chicken, chicken pot pie, and a few sides. Maybe we were just really hungry, but the main entrees were surprisingly good and definitely hit the spot. Best of all, it was cheap! My only minor complaint was that the sweet potatoes could’ve done away with the huge, solid chunks of brown sugar in it. 3.5 stars

Unfortunately, I don’t get to enjoy the quality of Boston Market very often but when I do they never disappoint. Their sweet potatoes are to die for and the chicken is always moist. I haven’t had a bad experience with Boston Market and I eat there anytime I get the chance. This particular location has the friendly staff and the location is in tip to shape. You can tell they take great pride in cleanliness and the quality of their service and food. Keep up the great work!

I like that they have home-style food and very detailed nutritional information on their website. My favorite is their Rotisserie chicken. But it has to be HOT though. None of that barely warm stuff. I have been here four or five times very recently and will probably continue on that trend. I Looove that macaroni and cheese, and that sweet potato casserole is ridiculous. But those are two of their least healthy sides so I should be careful with that. 480 calories for the sweet potatoes. 280 for the Mac n Cheese. Yikes! The customer service here is usually pretty good. I requested fresh chicken on my last visit and was offered a drink while I waited. While waiting I saw them go through a bit of a rush. There was me then suddenly there were like 15 customers waiting to be served(Okay maybe 10… which is still a lot for all at one time). The folks behind the counter worked efficiently but not in a way that rushed the customers. Whoever they were serving at the moment still had their full attention and best service. I love their cornbread too. I have to limit myself to only one piece per visit.
