Benefit Brow Bar at Ulta

If I could give this 0 stars I would. When I called to make my appointment the woman who answered the phone was rude and disengaged. I felt that she was disinterested in her job and that my call was a burden. When my sister and I came in for our appointments we discovered that the Benefit brow technician was not even working that day. Chalking it up to a misunderstanding we asked another employee to check the book to see what day we had been scheduled for, only to discover that our appointment had not been written down at all. The employee who checked did not seem to care. She offered no apologies and did nothing to attempt to rectify the situation. A mistake is understandable but a poor attitude is not.
