They are rude and don’t listen to customers. I went there twice and they were out of my flavor and now they say it’s discontinued. This place is a joke. If they were always out of stock how can they say it wasn’t selling good… bs avoid this place. Vapor Craze Irvine much better choice

Avoid at all costs!!! Run by some snotty kid, 0 helpfulness and 0 customer service skills, no inventory at the shop as well… at best a wanna be business.

Place is legit. Great staff, great supply. Was very helpful to choose favorite liquid and coils.

So i came in today to buy some new juice and my impression of this place was very dreadful. They had horrible customer service, and very bad attitudes. I asked for the juice in which i had flavor tested and they had none in stock after i picked three flavors i liked unfortuntally none were in stock along with everything else was out of stock. The manager came in to the store while i was there. Usually managers are supposed to show good customer service towards their cleintal. He was the worst manager i had ever seen, the first thing he said when he approached me was if youre not going to buy anything dont waste room in my store and fuck off. The only nice thing in the store was the air conditioning when i first walked in the store which broke after 5 minutes. The place is trashy, smells bad, bathroom has shit stains all over the floor and walls and the manager is very ignorant. I had a friend who came with me who doesnt vape too often and was sitting on one of there couches and got kicked out of the store for sitting. I recomment you not come here, if you want a good vape place to go to i reccomend you drive the extra five minutes and go to Hookups Vapor Shop in Lake Forest.

Seriously don’t waste your time. These guys have no idea what they are talking about and have about 2 mods. Horrible experience. Guarantee you this place will be out of business in a few months. Juices way over priced and are not of any quality, and the only few mods they do have are clones. Don’t waste your time

Awesome location to get anything for your electronic cigs. Staff is always friendly and if you have questions the staff will help you. It is always quick and no one there is trying to push anything to sell you. I hope this place stays this good.

Awesome shop ! Everyone’s cool and helpful… The friendly atmosphere makes you feel «at home» … The Leather sofas are inviting. So bring a fresh battery, juice. Kickback and relax. Or get a new build and try new juices.

This place is GREAT! After my horrible experiences with another shop, I tried this shop and I will not go anywhere else! I learned more from talking to Basil in 15 minutes then I did in my 5 (1 hour) trips to Vintage Vapors. These guys are VERY knowledgeable and very friendly. Good prices and repeat customer discounts. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!

These guys are awesome… I got my kayfun rebuilt for $ 5 bucks (bought juice too) and it was giving me dry hits and came here cuz its close to work and apparently the self proclaim pro at another shop put too much silica… so they fixed me up nice and good here for free and I’ve been coming back since.
What’s even better? They mix juices to get my nicotine level once, pretty awesome there too

This is a relatively new shop, having only been open about four months. The staff here are extremely helpful and friendly, and aren’t too cool to answer any questions you may have.
I can here to purchase a whole new e-​cig system, and upon the suggestion of the helpful kid behind the counter, purchased and ego twist in pink.
They also sell some of the best vape around — I am now obsessed with Smoke Tokes. I highly recommend Volcano (peach and strawberry) and Mount and Do Me (Mountain Dew flavored, obviously).
This is my go to vape shop. Definitely check them out. They honored the 10% off initial purchase discount and even threw in a 10% discount the next time I was in there because I was loading up on so much juice. These guys are awesome and the selection is second to none.

This is my main vape shop. I love everything about VaporLabs. Basil & Drew are really awesome employees with an amazing amount of knowledge on vaping. They have a huge variety of products in every price range. I started out with a $ 50 ego twist and now have a $ 500 mod.
You will not be disappointed coming here trust me.

I come to Vapor Labs all the time. The staff is very friendly, the service is great, and their products are aptly priced and very high quality. The juice selection is great and they have a tasting bar for you to try new flavors. The staff will also rebuild your coils and give you a lot of good info on vaping.
In short, Vapor Labs is a great location to get your vaping gear.

Picked up a delicious juice («Laboratory»: Apple x Honeydew) and a drip tip. Associate who helped me (Dru was his name I think) was extremely helpful and courteous. Not from the area, but I would definitely stop by again.

I normally go to the Huntington Beach location because that is where I live but I work in Irvine and I needed a new carto asap.
Went in to the Irvine location for a new carto and came out with a whole new tank system. KangerTech ProTank. The thing rips way awesome. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The guy that had me sold was 100% right. Its an easy system and I suggest it to newbies of the vape craze. I am very impressed and Vapor Labs always have my business. Thanks guys :)

I’ve been wanting to quit smoking cigarettes for quite some time now. I went to this spot and I was immediately attracted to their furry wall. No, really. One of the walls there furry.
Dru helped me out with my first vape pen and the extra accessories I wanted. Super chill place. Not to mention, you’ll sometimes see Mayhem and Rampage there!

Been to a few shops and this one is the ONE to go to. Rich, Dru, Joanna, Basil aka scooter were all nice and friendly. I think I found a new hang out place when I’m in Irvine just wanting to hang out. They are always stocked in juices, tanks, starter kits, etc.
My friend recently bought a kit and didn’t know how to use it, so they refilled all her tanks (and refilled them again after she used it all during the stay as well). They say you don’t have to buy anything just come and hang out (which I plan on doing more often).
Flavor to try: IDK — no one knows the real name but it taste really good ($ 10 only!)
Prices are great, they don’t over charge and you get more for your money here
Customer Service is excellent here, no questions will be left unanswered and they will show you how to fill your tanks or even refill it for you everytime you stop by.
I recommend this place! Come check them out and they’ll prove to you that they are the go to shop when you need supplies or pick up a kit.

I was struggling with gift ideas for Father’s Day until my cousin suggested «Vapes.» He said that it had helped some of his friends quit cigs completely. My dad has been smoking for decades, from before you knew it was bad but now it’s too late… I really don’t expect him to quit 100% but I would really like to see him cut back, for health reasons :)
My friends told me «Vapor Labs» was the place to check out in OC and I Unilocaled it. This location was the most convenient location to my office, but I was almost discouraged to come here due to the bad reviews. I clicked on it to see the complaints and I noticed the one review/​one star people so I was a bit confused =/​So I headed there after work to see for myself…
The location is a bit hard to find, it’s on your right hand side after turning onto technology and it’s in the same plaza as edamame and some sandwich shop. They did not have a sign up yet O_​O I walked around to suite F and the door was wide open… good thing or I may have gone elsewhere.
Not gonna lie, I was pretty lost… But the guys (Basil, Dru, and Richard) were really nice. They were all busy busy w customers trying samples of flavors and buying vapes, but they just asked for me to wait for them real fast.
After Basil was done helping out the prior customer, he asked me what I was in the store for. I explained the whole *I want my dad to smoke less* schpeal and I emphasized that I wanted something EASY to use… cause if it gets too confusing I feel like my dad would be like… forget this, cigs+ lighter = ez… HAHA… Basil really explained his knowledge of the products with his pro-​lingo… … but at the same time he would provide a more simple explanation for me whenever I looked confused (which was often). Longer story short my dad has the black suede looking Ego V 650 ($ 39.99) with a smoke black tank ($ 14), with a dark silver tip ($ 4), tobacco juice ($ 12.99), and a cute small ego case ($ 8) to keep all the goods :) Basil said we can start my dad at a medium nicotine level and as I pick up new juices we can go lower with the nicotine so he might not notice at all! I like this plan Lol… and 10% OFF INITIATION PURCHASE WITH Unilocal CHECK IN! so not even $ 100 yet. To be honest I thought I would be spending like $ 200 on all of this stuff! I’m especially happy they didn’t try to up-​sell me to some fancy vape that my dad would be too confused to use.
While I was there I also got a new pink tip ($ 4) and some Villain Pair of Dueces nicotine free juice ($ 12.99). I just can’t resist that pink stuff :) I have the pink c-​twist even though I’m nicotine free — i just like blowing smoke like the caterpillar in alice in wonderland ahha… **who… are… you** teheehee…
Overall, this is probably going to be my go-​to place for my dad’s vape stuff: (filter, tank, juice, whatever else). I feel like it’s affordable and I especially like it cause they said I can bring it back and they’ll help me refill juice or change out the filter or teach me how to do something so I can teach my dad. Maybe I’ll bring him here one day and let him try some FRUITY FLAVORS haha! That would be pretty funny!
