Our goal as a company is to provide you with the most thorough cleaning you’ve ever had, using safe non-toxic products leaving your carpets, upholstery or tile & grout clean, freshly scented, dry and ready to use immediately!

TrulyDRY Carpet Cleaning specializes in VLM (Very Low Moisture) carpet, rug and upholstery cleaning. We use the HOST® system that cleans both residential and commercial carpet more thoroughly and safely than hot water or steam methods. And, since HOST® is a dry cleaning system using sponges made from a natural organic fiber, you can walk on the carpet immediately after cleaning — meaning zero downtime.

We use a green seal certified product that is safe for children and pets.

Note — we are no longer running a truck based out of Irvine — we now come 1 – 2 times a month so if you can wait for your appointment please call. We are a family owned corporation and have over 20 years experience.

The entire experience was pleasant. The owner called me to set up the appointment. She worked with me to find a suitable time. On the day of the cleaning two technicians showed up right on time. They did a thorough job and my carpet looks great.
They don’t often come to Irvine anymore so I had to wait about a week for when I called until they could come out but that wasn’t a problem. If you live in Irvine, just know that you may need to plan in advance.

Steve and Andrew came out today to clean my carpet. They were fantastic. They were considerate and called to state they were running late, very polite and very very efficient. My carpet looks great and they also cleaned some entry and kitchen tile and did an excellent job. I’ve never had my carpets cleaned with such care and results! I’m very glad I chose to learn about the dry method. After having my carpets steam cleaned in the past, I will never use water again. Truly Dry is truly awesome. They took the time to explain the benefits, and it costs a little more than some steam cleaners might charge, but the results and the longevity of the cleanliness can’t be argued.
They showed up on time, their gear is modern and pro, there are no hoses being dragged through your house and no water of any kind needed. This means no water + cleaning solution coming back up through the pad or hearing «it’s gonna dry out» and then being disappointed when it takes much longer.
I like the fact they are a paperless company and very environmentally conscious. The guys even got stains out I was pretty sure weren’t going to, so overall it was a total 5-star experience and I would recommend giving this company your business.

I found Truly Dry on Unilocal and decided to give them a try. I’ve lived in 12 different places, and each one has needed carpets cleaned at one point or more, so I’ve had a wide– and I mean wide– variety of negative experiences with companies such as Stanley Steamer and ChemDry. I have to say, that this was the best experience I’ve had with any company. Incredibly professional. I scheduled an appointment online and received both e-mail and phone confirmations of the appointment. On the day of the appointment, they arrived early– which I appreciated greatly. The two young men who cleaned my carpets were by far the most polite, efficient and knowledgable crew that I’ve ever had. There was no pushing for other products or services and there were no surprises when the bill was presented. They listened to what I needed and they went to work. What’s remarkable about the process they use is that the carpets aren’t soaking wet afterwards. Their equipment easily went up in an elevator to our fourth floor apartment and wasn’t ear piercing while in operation. What a plus to be able to walk across it after. They were able to tackle spilled dark fruit juice stains as well as cat stains. I was impressed. I honestly didn’t think the stains and smell were going to be removed as well as they were. Steve and Larry, thank you for the great job. You take pride in your work and it shows.

Easiest company to communicate with. They schedule through text or calls which is super convenient for anyone with a busy schedule or hates picking up the phone. I moved to Florida and had truly dry come out to irvine to deep clean my cream/white carpet.
This company is definitely the most affordable portable carpet cleaning. I called around to many other places and had ridiculous pricing over 250 $ for one bedroom. Compared to that, truly dry was a great price and they did a great job. My roommate says the carpet looks brand new.

Four stars for effort and integrity. Results probably 2 stars. We wanted to try their dry method because it was safer. Results not good but they did work hard. Even came back for a second try. We and they agreed that we should not have done the job because our carpets were too dirty. Hindsight… Next time steam clean. Thanks for trying guys.

I found Truly Dry on Unilocal after a horrible experience with another carpet cleaner. I spoke with one of the owners on a Friday evening and they were able to get me in right before Thanksgiving. They showed up and didnt rasie my price, it was just as they quoted. They came through and did their magic and my carpets were cleaned, dog pee pee smell was gone, and the carpets were dry. I love this technique, and this company showed above and beyond excellent customer service. I will only use them in the future!

It was truly a great experience. I could not imagine how this would work and it did. They did an amazing job. In and out in no time due to the «no drying» period. No more waiting all day to have my carpet dry not to mention the dirty water that is left behind when you steam clean. My carpet looks brand new, fresh and no stains period. Thorough, professional, no hard sales pitch or hidden up charges, and an awesome green clean carpet that I could walk on nearly immediately. I was referred to Truly Dry by my dear friend who lives in OC. I was looking for someone who does dry carpet cleaning as I had 2 other carpet cleaning companies try to clean my wool carpet with unsatisfactory results.
In speaking with Debra, I found out that Truly Dry does not have an office in the BayArea so I asked if she knew someone up here that she could refer. To my surprise, she said that they were doing a commercial job near me and if they could make it work they would clean my carpets.
Net-net, 2 weeks later they came and now my carpets look great… all the stains are gone! Since I have a toddler, I am thrilled that there is no chemical smell and that we can walk on the carpet right away.
Now I just wish they would open an office up here so I can use them all the time! Debra, thank you for going out of your way to clean our carpets and for your excellent service.
