Trang is so nice and professional! She is litterally the best in the buisness! Shes great and does exactly what you want and gives you great tips and advice on how to maintain it! Def worth the money and the drive!

I never been to Trang and she is excellent! It’s been close to 4 weeks and my eyelash extensions still looks great. I definitely will go back for more. Trang is professional and sweet. Easy to talk to and I recommend her to anyone.

I think Trang is one of those people that once they become successful and popular, they forget how they got there in the first place and start treating their customers with a «take it or leave it» attitude.
I had been going to Trang for many many years. It’s been such a long time that I can’t even remember since when. I first met her when she was still working out of her apartment in Fountain Valley, then she moved to Irvine which is where she works now.
All the negative reviews about her poor customer service are true. I’m a very punctual person, so when she kept canceling my appointments at the last minute, that was when it became a problem for me. I didn’t understand why she would list the availabilities on her website but then couldn’t keep the appointments. When I tried to reach her by text messages/​voicemails/​emails like the other review mentioned to verify whether she was unavailable or unwilling to take me as a client anymore, I too never got any responses.
Trang has a lot of clients that are doctors, lawyers, or are married to those high-​profile professionals. She also has clients who, according to her, would fly from other states or cities to see her, so I think maybe that’s why she doesn’t care if she loses a few.
Trang’s lash work may look great if someone is new to wearing lash extensions or if that person has never gone anywhere else. But once I started wearing them longer, I could see how sloppy she’s become. She uses lots of glue so it may create the illusion that the lashes were fuller. She puts way too many extensions on a single lash to give the volume (3D, 4D, 5D, etc.), so basically my own lashes couldn’t handle the weight of the extensions and would start pointing in all kinds of directions and just looking messy.
I think in order for someone to be truly successful, he or she not only has to possess great talents, but also needs to treat people with respect, and it’s definitely something that Trang is lacking.

Happy day to you! I’ve been using Trang for my eyelashes since 2011. I have very scarce real lashes and my eyes slant down slightly. I absolutely love getting my lashes done. Trangs eyelashes make my eye’s look larger and I get so many compliments from everyone about my lashes. It’s funny. because people ask me «what’s different about you»? lol It’s my lashes!!!. When I don’t wear Trangs lashes my eyes appear small and even with mascara and eyeliner. I can’t seem to achieve the same large eye/​dramatic eyelash look that Trang gives me and it looks completely natural. You can seriously go make-​up free to the gym and still look amazing, because you have your bold and beautiful lashes. Most places eyelashes usually last 2– weeks, but Trangs lashes can last from 1 month– 1 1 – 2 months. Just take care of the them. I was reading some of the negative reviews and I’m honestly shocked. Ladies! don’t expect to sleep on your face or mistreat your lashes and expect them to stay in position. That’s what I think is happening with the other reviews. Trang is the BEST at what she does. If you want a professional lash expert with a soft touch you’ve found her. Please note loves, that Trang is in high demand. People travel seriously from ALL over to get their lashes done by her. I travel 2 hours to get my lashes done. She’s the BEST at what she does you won’t find anyone better. From a perfectionist & serious Unilocaler. Have a great day!

**HORRIBLE SERVICE** (If I could give no stars, I would)
I made an appointment with Trang, back in July, for a full set of volume lashes. I had never had lashes before and from examples of her work, I was excited to give her business a try. The day she put the lashes, I noticed they were a little uncomfortable (ie: poking and itchy), but I didn’t say anything; because, 1) I had never had lashes before, so I wasn’t sure if this was normal, and 2) I thought maybe I needed to get used to them.
Fast forward a week and a half and my eyes are swollen, bruised, and in pain. The eyelashes are pulling my real eyelashes and poking my eyelid. I tried to get in to see Trang, but she was out of town and said «she could maybe fit me in upon her return.» Being out of town, I can understand there isn’t much that can be done; however, the lack of urgency to get me in to fix the job she had done, made me really upset. Where is the integrity of your business and the care of your clientele?
I, ultimately, had to visit another eyelash salon to have them removed. The technicians were appalled by the job that had been done. They said it didn’t even look like a professional had done the job and couldn’t believe it was Trang’s work. The eyelashes were stuck together and clumped into bundles; which were too heavy for the natural lash they were applied too. The clumping and weight, combined, caused my natural lashes to pull and that’s where the pain came from.
So, I explained my concerns with Trang, via email. I addressed the issue and I even gave her the benefit of the doubt that maybe it was just a bad day or an accident. I didn’t want to assume that she just didn’t know what she was doing.
She emailed be back stating:
«I was not having a «bad day» in any way when I met you to do your lashes. When you booked me as your stylist for your lash appointment, you were paying for my time and my services. If you were not happy with the product (lashes). «
Trang believes that she deserves to be paid $ 180.00 for her time; but, cannot be held responsible for the service administered. So, if she does a horrible job on your lashes, it’s your fault; because, you shouldn’t have chosen her. I have NEVER run into a cosmetic, stylist or technician, that has refused to take responsibility or correct their work; if not to the client’s satisfaction.
Additionally, Trang practices out of her home. She is not licensed to practice business with the city of Irvine or the State of California. I would be extremely cautious before proceeding with her services.

I’ve been getting lash extensions since 2011. I moved away and was trying to find a regular to go to who get get my lashes done perfect. I had them done somewhere else in irvine and was horrified, but then I found Trang. She is amazing!!! I barely had to say anything and she knew exactly what I wanted and got my lashes done perfectly! She’s super sweet and easy to talk too. I’ve definitely found my permanent place !

I’ve been getting eyelash extensions every 4 to 6 weeks for 4 years at different locations. Definitely not a newbie when it comes to lash extensions. This is my first time going to Trang after being referred by a co worker and I’m impressed! I love love love my lashes. She made them so fluffy and thick. I’m totally hooked. I can’t stop looking at them in the mirror. She’s professional and very sweet. Very relaxing experience with soft spa music in the background. I definitely will be coming back!

Best in the business! Have gone to so many places and the quality does not compare to trangs. Not only does she make my lashes look amazing but I love our conversations. I have been going to her now for about 2 years now and would never go anywhere else. She is always accommodating in scheduling me. I highly recommend her.

Trang is excellent! She is professional; is always on time for our appointments; and does a great job with my eyelash extensions. She is also warm, personable, and fun to spend time with.

******BEWARE! DO NOT USE TRANG! FOR YOUR OWN SAKE!!!*****
Before scheduling with Trang I read all of the reviews but seeing as she has 4 and ½ stars I ignored the negative (and scary) reviews and went for it. Worst decision of my life. There aren’t TONS of bad reviews, but when the bad reviews are SO bad. Listen to them!!! When I first left Trang’s I was IN LOVE with my lashes. They looked incredible! But on the first day without me touching them, 2 fell out. I had never gotten lash extensions before so I wasn’t sure if this was normal or not so I brushed it off and continued loving my new long beautiful lashes… Day 2 came around and suddenly I saw all of this black glue clumping at the base of my lashes and there were a few lashes that weren’t attached to the base of my real lash and instead were glued in the middle to a lash so they just kinda hung there looking funky. Super bummed, but again, wasn’t sure if this was standard for lash extensions (although at this point I started thinking back to those horrible reviews I had read). By day 4 at least 6 lashes had come out and the clumping of the black glue became very uncomfortable. I had gaps between lashes where you could very clearly tell that lashes had fallen out. I had these long lashes clumped in certain spots on my lid and in other spots I had these sparse little (natural) lashes. So obvious and not cute at all! I decided a week later to try a different place. Turns out, by chance, I knew the girl I ended up being scheduled with from high school. Huge sigh of relief for me because I knew this girl would be honest with me about whether or not this was normal, if they were done properly etc. Basically she said that she was so glad I came in because with the amount of glue and the type of lashes used (volume lashes) I could have potentially lost my real lashes along with the fake ones had I not come in in time. She said its gonna take about a month to fix, with an appointment every two weeks (two appointments to get me back on track isn’t bad but keep in mind she spent 2 hours a visit on me carefully trying to remove these awful lashes without also removing my natural lashes) she was able to clip a lot of the ones trang applied out, some on the first visit and some on the second visit and 3^rd. but some were in so badly that the natural lash its attached to would have either needed to come out or I could continue to brush my lashes and hope that they separated on their own. Lucky for me I was headed out of town on vacation to cabo after my first visit with my new lash girl, which she said was great because being in water she hoped would loosen up those lashes we want out and it did just that for a decent amount of them. Basically the horror stories and unfortunate experiences came true for me. I will say trang is very sweet. I tipped her $ 25– way too much– now I know. But her work is awful, not professional, and I doubt she has a license. PLEASE!!! do not give your money to this woman. Go to a reputable lash bar or salon that has licensed estheticians performing the lash extensions. Save yourself the money and unfortunate/​stressful experience of using this woman who works from her home. I cannot stress enough how much I regret not listening to those negative reviews. If anyone needs a good lash place in the OC area message me directly and I would be happy to give you the name of the new salon I now go to. I think the girls who love their lashes by Trang so much either… a) by luck have had good experiences OR b) haven’t had their lashes done by a legit lash girl so they don’t know how they’re actually supposed to look or feel (just like me at first). Please ladies, just BEWARE!!!

I’ve seen Trang bimonthly for the last three months and I tip 20%. I’ve been happy with her work but I give her two stars due to poor customer service.
Last week I told Trang I was frustrated with the ongoing cancellations of my appointments and the speed of my last touch up. This is the first time I have ever commented on either area despite every appointment after the first one being cancelled (and told to reschedule the following week). She responded: it doesn’t matter how long it takes as long as I think I’ll pulled all the lashes that I can through. She then told me good luck finding someone who can do a better job.
I’ve have tried to reach her via the provided number as well as email. And the appointment” system is shut down. In one of my messages I requested that she at least me know whether she is unable to take appointments or just unwilling to see me. It has been 5 days and I have received no response.
In my opinion, customers should be able to give feedback in a polite manner and receive similar follow up.

I have been trying to find a great place to get eyelash extensions after being disappointed at another location for eyelash extensions. After reading all the great reviews about Trang on Unilocal,I decided to her a try. I booked my first appointment online and it was very easy to do. I was a little hesitant at first when I learned that she conducts her business at home, but because of all the great reviews, I felt that as long as the job is done right, I will be a happy camper. When I showed up at her house on the evening of my appointment, she was very pleasant and hospitable. I told her exactly how I wanted my eyelashes and she advised that she will do the best she could since I wanted them very full and long. The ambiance was very nice and relaxing, with the music and lighting. The atmosphere is as if you were in a room at a spa, not at a house. I fell asleep while she was applying the lashes, but I normally do when I get eyelash extensions or facials. When she was finished, she used a small fan to dry the glue. When I looked in the mirror she provided me, I was very pleased with the results. My eyelashes were full and long.
It’s been about two weeks now since my appointment with Trang, and only one, I repeat, one eyelash has fallen off. They are still as full as when I had my first appointment with her. I am amazed at how long my eyelashes have and are lasting. I already set up my touch-​up appointment with Trang and will be a customer of hers for a very long time!

Trang is the best with lashes!!! Her lashes outlast Daniel phu’s lashes in Westminster… And anyone I’ve been to and of course they look the best!!! She’s the sweetest and very personable.
I’ve been going to her for quite some time now and I have no complaints. High recommended.

Trang is very meticulous and dedicated in her work! I have been coming to her for my lashes for the past 6 months and I absolutely love my flurries! I couldn’t help but wanting more and more lashes every time I come in. :)

I generally don’t post reviews, but this one is well-​deserved. Sadly, I’ve been around the block when it comes to eyelash extensions. I mostly choose places based on Unilocal reviews and haven’t really been impressed with anyone until now.
Trang did my lashes today and I love them! I feel so vain because I seriously can’t stop looking at my lashes. I never knew my lashes could look so full and dramatic. This is how I’ve always wanted my lashes to look, and now that I know it’s possible, I don’t understand why every other lash place couldn’t fulfill my request. I mean, I’ve paid $ 250 for «volume» lashes before and I apparently never got any volume. My friends couldn’t even tell I had lash extensions until I showed them close up and from the side. Lol so sad. Trang is truly talented and nice :). She was quick, prompt and precise with delivering exactly what I wanted. Thanks Trang! I love you! lol

Trang is a professional and an artist when it comes to strategically placing each lash to accommodate and compliment your eye shape! I am pleased to say, although I live in LA and travel to Irvine, it is definitely worth the drive. I have tried multiple so called professionals in the Westside and LA Down Town area, Trang is the best at her craft! Don’t waste your hard earned money ladies, Trang is s gem! My lashes… On fleek!

If I could give less than one star I would. Not only was this an awful experience (the eyelashes looked horrendous) but trang ignored me after I texted her several times a few hours after she put those spider lashes on my face. I texted several times saying I was uncomfortable (they were scratching my eyeballs) and when she could remove them but she didn’t respond. I had to go to another technician to remove them who right away knew it was trangs work on my eyelashes. She told me she has had to remove so many of trangs awful eyelashes and that trang ignored her customers afterwards just like she had with me. Very unprofessional and rude.

I love trang!!! She does amazing work. I have never gotten lashes done, but when I saw my friends lashes (who she gets it done by trang) on our 2 week vacation to spain, we were swimming & snorkeling every other day and her lashes still on after 8 weeks, I was sold!!! I wAs a big hesitate because it was weeks before my wedding, so I txt her about my concerns & she replied back right away & answered all my questions. I had no problem getting a hold of her in all of our convos. I ended up getting it done 2 days before my wedding, & omg!!! I love love love love them!!! I had a 3 week honeymoon in Europe & maldives & they lasted the entire trip & I hardly put any makeup on. I just applied blush & lipstick! For once I didn’t have to put eye liner on! We snorkeled, swam, & scuba dived & they still stayed on!
I got a re-​fill 9 weeks later cuz they were still looking good… & my 2^nd re-​fill 8 weeks later. I get so many compliments… I love how they look & last! I have friends who go elsewhere & pay half the price, but it doesn’t look natural and they come off in 2 weeks.
Trang is also accommodating. I booked an appt last week for 845pm, so I could come right after work but I forgot i got out earlier. I went on her website to see if I could change it to something earlier, but there was nothing. (Btw booking through her website is awesome!!!) I txt her, and she responded within a few mins & said she was out of town but not sure if she would be back at the earlier time, but that she would txt me and let me know. I got off work, and she let me know she was ready for me whenever I got there!
Ps. I drive an hour away! It’s worth it, Everytime!

Trang is awesome!!! I got my first set of lash extensions from her over 6 years ago, and my lashes are still perfect. I have friends who have lash extensions and I’ve been told mine look 10 times better… shhh! =) Trang applies individual lashes with such technique that the lashes can last 6+ weeks (you need to take care of them too of course). Trang is a true artist and can give you any look you want. If you’re looking to get your lashes done, get them done by Trang! =)
