After five years of practicing law, Attorney Sara Tidd founded the Tidd Law Firm in 2013. Based in Irvine, California, Tidd Law Firm’s uncompromising goal is the focused, aggressive and result-​oriented representation of each and every client.

Ms. Tidd’s diverse legal background allows her to represent her clients skillfully and aggressively in both transactional and litigated matters. Prior to forming Tidd Law Firm, Ms. Tidd gained extensive experience representing individuals and corporations in a variety of areas of law throughout California. Ms. Tidd began her legal career by being involved in nearly every aspect of bankruptcy practice. As a Managing Attorney at one of the nation’s largest consumer bankruptcy law firms, she has represented thousands of debtors in all aspects of their bankruptcies. Ms. Tidd continued her legal career at a national law firm focusing on real estate, business and financial services litigation on behalf of banks, mortgage lenders, loan servicers, trustees, and REO management companies. She has experience in both State and Federal Court and is admitted to practice in the Northern, Southern, Eastern and Central Districts of California.
