I find myself at Home Depot a few times a week and this is a great location.
Fully stocked, nicely organized, very helpful staff.
Easy parking and not too busy, meets all of our needs every time.

It’s at a convenient distance and has almost everything I need. Garden staff is extremely helpful and the service desk is a hit and miss. It’s hard to find someone to answer questions and I have to go looking for the staff.
The things at this store are expensive than lowes or online that’s why it’s a three star for me.

The staff is usually very friendly and helpful. This review is solely for their return policy. I recently purchased $ 1300 worth of patio furniture here. I used some gift cards and then paid the difference of $ 600 on my credit card. When I had to return 1 patio ottoman for $ 118, they would not credit back my credit card even though I had spent $ 600 on my credit card. Their return policy is that if you use a gift card, no matter what the amount, you will be credited back with a gift card.
So if you make a $ 1,000 purchase and use a $ 5 gift card. and you need to return it, you will get a $ 1,000 gift card as your refund. THAT DOES NOT MAKE SENSE! THIS IS A HORRIBLE POLICY!
I spent 45 minutes at the store trying to work with the management, who was then trying to work with customer care (on the phone) and no one could refund my american express. What pains me is that the store management was really nice and they wanted to refund my amex but their computer system wouldn’t let them.
I then spent 30 minutes on the phone with Home Depot’s resolution center and they still could not help me. They simply said «that’s our policy. When it comes time to review our policies again, your complaint will then be reviewed.» Which really translates to «tough luck, we don’t care about your opinion.»
So now I have a $ 120 gift card to Home Depot and I don’t even want to be a customer there anymore!

I’d give it 2.5 stars.
Service here is hit and miss. The garden center is usually helpful, but the customer service desk is the worst. They are so unfriendly and unhelpful. Especially with returns.
I usually shop at other stores unless those stores don’t have exactly what I need.

Visited the location on a Thursday afternoon during a very slow time of day, asked an associate to assist with key cutting, he stated he would get someone and to wait by the key cutting machine. After waiting for about 7 mins I approached another associate who was at the self checkout desk whom had observed us waiting the entire time. I asked him if he could have someone assist with cutting of keys. He stated that the people for keys had both called out sick and nobody was available. He said it was easy to do and that I could do it myself. I asked him if it was easy could he just cut the keys for us. He insisted that we could do it ourselves and I again asked him if he would do it. He stated that he was supervising the self checkout and couldn’t leave the self checkout area. In the period of time we were waiting by the key cutting machine and the duration of the conversation with him only one person had used the self checkout. I again asked him if he could assist since the machine is at most 20 feet from the self checkout desk and he would be able to see if a customer approached and could help them. He again stated he’s supervising the desk and couldn’t leave the desk and that I should just do it myself.
As a 5+ years customer of this location, this lazy, unhelpful associate has lost a loyal customer to the store.

I went and purchased a built-​in fridge from Ben, who claims to know his appliances inside and out. I walked out thinking that I got a good deal. Well, it’s been 3 days and the delivery service hasn’t called yet, so I call up the store. One guy tells me that the order has been cancelled! WTF! Then, he transfers me to another guy who asks me the same questions as the previous guy and then transfers me to a woman named Vanessa. Totally been passed around on the phone for the last one hour and still going on! The last person I have been talking to, Vanessa, didn’t even tell me that she will be putting me on hold, and she disappeared for the past 14 minutes. Who knows when she will answer the phone again!
Awful customer service! and… what happened to my order??? I expect to get a better service from a company like HOME DEPOT. Also, if I’m dropping $ 7000 on a fridge, don’t you think they would get the order straight??? FRUSTRATING!

Every time I come here, I make sure not to be in a hurry. It is so, so hard to find someone who isn’t already engrossed in helping someone else. Then it’s so frustrating to walk back and forth, back and forth across the huge span of the place, looking for someone else. You can surmise that this location has bare-​bones staffing to account for how little foot traffic they get, which is fine if you don’t need help. This Home Depot has always been a very self-​serve kind of experience. If you know exactly what you want and exactly where it is, it’s awesome.

The most helpful Home Depot. We just purchased a fixer upper and I’ve been visiting this Home Depot often. They’ve all been super helpful in various departments.

I had to get a christmas tree, last minute, a fake one, and this was about the only place with the last ‘last in stock’ display tree. the girl was nice about me getting it so gave about 20 $ off. and helped me get to the car and load. all in all, it was a good trip to home depot, and i like this store!

I feel like the home depot always has has a wider range of products to choose from, both basic and high end. I like having the option.

I was told that this is one of the biggest Home Depot locations in Orange County, but I was very disappointed by the selection and inventory here. I went in looking for a BBQ and patio furniture. I was told that all the patio furniture is all sold out and the Weber charcoal grill I was looking at was only available in black. I left Home Depot and went to Lowe’s, where there was a large selection of patio furniture and the Weber grill I was looking at came in bronze color.

Go see Diane at the service desk!!!
She takes the time to show you exactly where something is, rather than spitting out a aisle number followed by a finger point like I’ve encountered with other department store employees. She was very knowledgeable with the product and installation. If there was more people like Diane Lowes would be out of business!

The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Huge selection. Seems like they are always able to help with any questions or concerns I have had when I visit this store.
They actually close at 10PM. I rushed here yesterday thinking they closed at 9pm. The Unilocal hours need to be updated.

Called for info on a part that quit working. After asking what could be wrong & what I could do all I got was I don’t know. This is not the first time I’ve had problems with products from Home Depot. Unless customer service!

I am in this Home Depot a few times a week — mostly for clients whose properties I am usually upgrading/​updating between tenants, or getting ready to market for sale.
Ben & Max in the appliance department are excellent. I am always in there buying stoves, microwaves and dishwashers from them. They are both very knowledgeable, and they make the process very quick and easy.
The store is always very clean, and the aisles are not clogged up with merchandise. All of the staff is very friendly, and are very helpful. Definitely a relaxing place to shop!

My experience at the equipment rental center was excellent. I called to make a reservation and was told that they only allow holds for 15 minutes. I hurried over there and luckily saw that there was no one else in line. When I arrived, I was assisted immediately. The rental process was easy and quick. The employee that helped us was very friendly and helpful.
I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

home depot from woodbury town center offered a super professional customer service. Specially with one of the associates. Rachel she goes above and beyond her service. She help me out to get a hose that i need to finish my work she also help me look for the. Part home depot makes people job easy. With associates like Rachel thank you

As a relatively new homeowner, rental property owner, and overall hands-​on type of guy, I’m very happy this Home Depot is across the street from my development. I was told this is one of the larger facilities since a lot of builders come here (there is a ton of new construction in the area).
I have found pretty much everything I needed at this location and the staff has always been helpful. At some other locations, the staff know less than I do, but here I learn something almost every time I ask for help.
There are also 2 rental trucks you can use that are surprisingly available most of the time I have needed it. Only $ 20 for the first 75 minutes. I’ve used it for carrying items home from Home Depot as well as furniture from other stores.
I’m here a lot and so far, there haven’t been any negative experiences.

Came here to buy a smoker (grill) to replace an old one. I notified the customer service guy that it appeared that the open-​box item he as selling me was missing some pieces.
I explained that I owned this exact smoker and I am buying a replacement. He insisted that nothing was missing and things that were included with the smoker when I bought my old one (10 years ago) are no longer includes. I grew tired of debating, so I used my iPhone to go online and get an official product description from the manufacturers website.
After proving that the smoker was missing items, the customer service guy searched and found the missing parts.
Geez!
