Good food. Only thing to complaint is the insane wait time of 20min +. For lunch that’s way too long. If it’s that long I can go to an actual lunch place and don’t have to pay the premium.

This truck was at my company’s employee appreciation lunch and the buffalo chicken tenders they served me were completely raw in the middle. I didn’t notice until I ate through the second one. The guy at the truck was like«that’s weird they are supposed to be pre-cooked…do you want another one?» Obviously they were not as pre-cooked as they thought. Now excuse me while I purge my soul, by self inducing, while I wait the rest of the day for diarrhea and food poisoning…

Always get the four piece chicken tender for $ 7. Great deal, and they always let me try whatever sauce I want, whether on the tender or separate. This is one of the few places in all of Irvine, maybe even Orange County that has any clue what buffalo flavor actually is, and should taste like from mild to spicy. Wonderful truck, wish it was a 24⁄7 restaurant next to my house.

This is by far one of the top trucks in the game. I’m currently eating some buffalo chicken sliders, and was so impressed that I had to put my last one down to write this. If you have the chance to eat from this truck it is your duty to yourself to take part. Eat Buffalo Truck, and be happy.

Thumbs down fart noise. First off they refused to sell me a Coke. The garlic fries have Zero salt. Chicken fingers are mediocre at best. This place needs to step up their game. Could have went down the street to raising canes chicken fingers and been satisfied. The group of woman sitting at the table next to me are complaining about the exact same thing. Safe to say I won’t be back… I wish I wouldn’t have tipped these people and bought a drink at the truck next to them.

The aromas coming from the Buffalo Truck will draw your attention. They serve up wings and things like tater tots and fries. I had 3 wings for $ 4 and then the loaded tots for $ 8. I think it’s a little expensive. I also wish the loaded tots had meat with it. For example, the loaded fries gets chicken tenders with it but the loaded tots only have cheese and bacon bits. I will say that I was happy with the quality of the tots. They were crispy and delicious and the portion is big. I gobbled all of mine up and was pretty full afterwards. The wings, they let you choose from a variety of sauces, I tried their medium buffalo sauce. Nothing crazy, pretty standard, nothing I would crave again. The food came out pretty quick considering the type of food they have to cook and they were nice. I wish it was a little cheaper, but then again it is a food truck. Fun for lunch and I enjoyed the meal.

Oh my. This place is awesome. First of all, the service is great. Very quick and the workers are super friendly. I couldn’t decide between the Mac and the Tots, so you know what the lady recommends? Putting the Mac on top of the Tots. She is my hero. The tots are PERFECT and have the perfect crunchy outside. The Mac and toppings are very flavorful. Feels like I’m going to have a heart attack. In a good way.

So far, I am a fan! But, I am bummed because I have only seen them once and who knows when I will again. As I was recovering from some health matters, I was pretty bummed that I thought it would be safe to pass on the buffalo mac for now. I really wanted it. My husband ended up getting that and their XXX wings. I went with the Cali Club Wrap. The Cali Club Wrap came with grilled chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, avocado, and your choice of ranch or blue cheese. I went with the blue cheese. You also got your choice of flour or whole wheat tortilla. I went with the whole wheat. The food did not take long to come out, but we did also hit a spurt that was not behind a line. The workers are very friendly and even joke around with you. My wrap was pretty tasty! Even the grilled chicken in that had some buffalo sauce. I had a few bites of my husband’s mac. It was mac n cheese with buffalo chicken, blue cheese crumbles, and mild buffalo sauce drizzled on top. I absolutely loved it. Now I am sitting here craving it and who knows when I will see these guys again. The XXX wings were not that spicy to him. They have different sauces/flavors/levels of heat for your choosing. I recommend checking them out.

Dayuuuum this place is good!!! This food truck came to my work last week, and I had to pass my own lunch on for this. I’m a big fan of buffalo sauce in general, so finding out that we were having this food truck made me so excited. The food did live up to my expectations. The classic chicken wings were insanely good, perfect spicy kick of buffalo sauce and such tender chicken. The garlic fries were also pretty good, nothing too extraordinary about them. However… the TATERTOTS were a wholeeee other story. They were the best tater tots I’ve had in my lifeee. The texture was extra crispy on the outside, but not burnt, and moist on the inside. Definitely don’t skip out on them. Please come back to LoanDepot! You guys were amazinggggg. One thing, please have bigger ranch dipping cups! It would save you all the hassle of packing so many, and it’d be much easier to dip the wings in.

I am from Buffalo I have not had a real chicken wing since I moved out west til today. Wow the wings were huge not the tiny little things that they pretend are wings at most sports bars and restaurants out here. They were meaty and the hot sauce was spot on. I also tried the Sliders and they tasted just like a chicken finger sub from Jim’s Steak Out. I am super impressed and will be following this truck around

Wings this jiggly are not found anywhere in western NY. An extra star because the sauce is good, the chicken is good quality and the blue cheese is good. But even when asking for them extra crispy the wings were way too jiggly. I had crisp them up at home. Do buffalo wings justice and make them actually crispy!

Went to this truck outside of the Noble Ale Brewery in Anaheim. The triple X wings were a little dry and did not have as much kick as anticipated. 3⁄5 The hot tots were delicious. A little heavy on the cheese for me personally but if you’re looking for fatty deliciousness when you’re drinking this is definitely the way to go. 5⁄5 And they even delivered the food to us while we were drinking in the brewery. So good service!

Everything ordered here was super great and flavorful. Although there was a decent line, you did not have to wait very long to receive your orders either. The service was friendly and positive. When I asked for extra sauce, there was no problem. Big portions to share. The«Hot» sauce had a decent kick, many people had runny noses, lol. However, I like it very spicy, I would want to try out their XXX next time!

So absolutely amazing. Parked at Valiant Brewing, near the end of their night I imagine. I walk up and can’t really decide off the menu because they have so many amazing options! They end up offering to just make me a sampler of stuff! That sounded amazing, so they named a price, waaaaaay under what they should charge for the fiest they gave me! Tater tots! Mac and cheese! The BBQ wings I think were the favorite of the two I was given. So much food I had to share with my friends, they weren’t complaining! Sliders, OMG. Just eat the food, you won’t regret it. Forget the diet. Enjoy the food.

Quite possibly some of the best wings I’ve ever had. If you don’t know what to get — Get the Cee’s BBQ wings. They have a great heat and an amazing flavor to them. The Mac and Cheese is alright, but doesn’t hold a candle to the Wings.

This will be a quick review of The Buffalo Truck. They happened to stop by my work and I wasn’t expecting too much from any food trucks. I was expecting to spend the usual«gourmet» truck prices and portions, which is a high prices for small portions. The Buffalo Truck, however, was different. They gave large portions for a reasonable price. Wings are priced a little higher than Wild Wings or WingStop, but the wings are a size bigger. At the time of the review, 3 wings for $ 4 and 6 for $ 7. So with that, I ordered 3 wings that were sauced over with their BBQ sauce. Their BBQ sauce goes great with the wings. It is spicy along with some sweetness and it glazed perfectly over the grilled and fried wings. I loved it. I also order the tater tots topped with buffalo queso, bacon bits, and chopped scallions. They were amazingly delicious when hot. It was big enough to serve 2 – 3 people as a side. It is a heavy dish as I felt it all day. Also, I like how they when the extra mile to added blue cheese chucks within the blue cheese dressing.

I was really excited about tryin this truck out. I’m a huge fan of anything«Buffalo» style. Unfortunately it wasn’t the experience I was hoping for. — Wings W/Blue Experience sauce — First off the wings were a disappointment in general. It was almost as if they had been boiled instead of fried. Soggy & mushy. I totally get that the sauce will do that to wings sometimes, but if the wings were fried crisper it would help tremendously. The«Blue Experience» sauce that is Winner of the 2014 Documentary Great Wing Hunt was very underwhelming. Maybe it’s just my taste palette but it was definitely lacking something. In my humble opinion it needed some extra kick. It wasn’t bad by any means, just not as good as I was hoping I guess. — Hot Tots — Tasty Crispy Tots smothered in Buffalo Queso, with Smoked Hardwood Bacon and Scallions… Need I say more? Seriously delicious. Done just right! Conclusion — 1 out of 2 isn’t bad. I would definitely give the wings a shot again if I happen to have them as an option. I would probably just try another sauce. Dem Tots Doe… It would be difficult not to order those again!

The Buffalo Wing Truck scores high and let’s face it, we should have seen this concept coming. So another gourmet food truck crosses my path and another another review is the result. Usually these get 3 starts or less and yet I keep on trying. Aaron E.: Culinary adventurer or Unilocal OC’s glutton for punishment? You decide. In all fairness this is the first truck I can recall with Buffalo Wings being the focal point and the wrap and menu offers no direct comparisons to any of the other trucks roaming LA/OC. Obviously the flagship item is the wing but they offer a bevy of other options donning Buffalo style Chicken and Sauce. Like what? Well, Buffalo Chicken Paninis, Submarine sandwiches, Quesdillas, Mac & Cheese… you get the idea. If it is American junk food and Buffalo sauce can be incorporated, these guys put it together. I went with a 10 piece Wings order in medium heat which came out to be $ 1.10 per wing. Not exactly competitive with BW3 but not egregious either. The wings took less than 5 minutes to arrive and looked to be cooked and tossed to order along with the accompanying celery & carrot sticks and the prerequisite Bleu Cheese dressing. These wings were favorable, bordering superb. The hot and tangy sauce to meat ratio was spot on and the medium spiciness shone through without overpowering and the ingredients were undeniably fresh. Outside of the skin being a tad chewy, there is little to complain about here. The Bleu Cheese dressing was a commendable effort as well, this would be as delicious on a salad as it was as a side as it features huge chunks of creamy soft cheese. As a side I tried the Buffalo Tater Tots which is an interesting amalgamation of Tater Tots, Buffalo/Cheese sauce, Green Onion and Bacon bits. Firstly, this is a meal onto itself and unless you can down two full sized entrees; prepare to share. Second, you will need a fork for each person you share with because this is one messy affair. How did it taste? About what you would expect, a heart attack induced by saturated and concentrated vegetable and animal fat. Think state fair food. I would forgo this next time around. Final word, The Buffalo Truck was better than the last umpteen trucks I have had in recent memory and at least bucked the Mexican, Asian, As-Mexican, Mex-Asian and Mexican/Asian Fusion format we have all tried ad nauseum since 2008. That and the Wings warrants 4 stars from this Unilocaler. Thanks for reading.
