Description

Specialties

I am a tax attorney based in Irvine and Orange County, California, with advanced degrees in tax law and nearly 30 years of overall legal experience. I have devoted well over 20 years exclusively to tax work, so at my firm you can take advantage of my judgment and experience to help you or your business overcome your tax issues and get them behind you.

History

Established in 1999.

I have practiced law since 1977, developing extensive litigation skills as both a county prosecutor and public defender while operating a solo practice on the side. Wanting to focus my practice exclusively in tax law, I earned an LL.M. degree in Transnational Business and Taxation in 1985 and an LL.M. in Taxation in 1986. In the 20 years since, I have assisted thousands of clients in resolving their tax problems with the Internal Revenue Service or the various taxing authorities of the State of California.

I am a member of the Orange County Bar Association, the California Bar Association and the Tax Law Section of the California Bar. I am admitted to practice before all California state courts, United States Tax Court, United States District Court for the Central District of California and the Northern District of California.
