History

Established in 2009.

David Klasing started his business after passing the bar. At that point of his career he had 15 years of experience with boutique tax firms involved with tax compliance planning and controversy and had spent many years at the management level. He started the business out of a home office and within 4 months moved to an executive suite after experiencing 300% growth during his first few years. His first hire was his wife whom now is his office manager. His second hire was Lee Akin whom manages his compliance and planning tax practice at present. Today the main business is located in Irvine California where Dave currently employs a staff consisting of Attorneys, CPAs and Enrolled agents many of which have advanced education in taxation. The firm has an established reputation in civil and criminal tax controversy, tax compliance, tax planning, estate planning and business law. The firm is constantly seeking new clients and business relationship within Orange, LA & Riverside County.

Business Owner

David W. Klasing is an Attorney & Certified Public Accountant with 20+ years of professional tax, accounting and business consulting experience, with dual licenses to practice law and public accounting in California. Mr. Klasing practices in the areas of domestic and international taxation (compliance, civil and criminal controversy & transactional), business law and estate planning. He recently chaired the State Bar of California Tax Procedure and Litigation Committee and the Orange County Bar Association’s Taxation Section. He is a member of the American Bar Association and California Society of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Klasing earned his B.S. degree from California State University, Los Angeles, his M.S. degree in Taxation from Golden Gate University and his J.D. degree from Western State University College of Law.
