Tanya has been mailing her meringue kisses, cookies, and whoopies to friends throughout the US for years. After closing a successful c-​corp in commercial stone design, she decided it was time to start a business based on her true love, baking. She combines the old-​fashioned comforts of her Texas roots with the fresh & ever-​growing trends of California to create a whole new kind of treat.

Sweet treats can make anyone’s day, whether they’re celebrating a big occasion or in need of some cheering up. Look for seasonal treats, such as the Valentine’s shortbread hearts with chambord & black currant icing, the St. Patty’s stout beer whoopies with chocolate hazelnut filling & green sprinkles, or the Easter meringues in orange flower & rose water. I received a gift basket of assorted treats as a graduation present — beyond phenomenal! I brought them to a potluck and people were practically fighting over them (when there was only one lil’ whoop left, two of my friends challenged each other to a duel for it… I had to intervene by eating it myself). Absolutely delicious, I recommend this company highly for any occasion that requires happy stomachs. Thanks Tanya!

You absolutely must try these treats and in case you did not know she also makes healthy treats for dogs. Our dogs love them!!! Her deserts are amazing and I send them often as gifts, everyone loves them.

The foundation of any business is customer service. A good business has good customer service, a great business has great customer service. Some businesses excel to the point of providing customer service at a level that completely exceeds a customers expectations.
I made an order of my mothers favorite dessert for her birthday, but required a little help to get it right. I also decided to include some specialty item for my father since he would be receiving the order. TTT accommodated all of my special requests without hassle. Upon learning that it was my mothers birthday and that she was suffering from alzheimers disease the owner of TTT included a bouquet of flowers for my mother. Due to her condition, simple gestures such as the flowers were very special to my mother. The owner of TTT delivered my order personally and she took the time to talk about college football with my father (his favorite conversation topic).
To be perfectly honest TTT probably lost money on my order. The effort they put in meant so much to me that they have earned my loyalty. The products made by TTT are fantastic but I must admit they make cakes with ingredients that I’m not remotely familiar with, such as mascarpone, chambord buttercream (huh?), white truffle, chocolate-​frangelico, pomegranate-​port, whipped cream vodka, limoncello glaze (double huh?)!!!
You won’t find a baker/​caterer with more passion for creating the best food anywhere. I give them my highest recommendation.

I have ordered several special occasion cakes and they have been delicious and decorated perfectly. Whether it was the princess cake for my niece, the minion cake for my nephew or the beautiful floral cake from my husband on our anniversary, we always fall in love with these cakes from first sight to last bite. Alway delicious and beautifully designed!

Tanya made two different cakes for my dinner party last night. Both were to die for! The first cake was a brown sugar cake with fresh raspberries, limoncello custard and a Pomegranate Port-​Chambord butter cream. The second cake was a Chocolate chip cake with nutella mousse and hazelnut brittle filling with a frangelico butter-​cream. I was stuffed from dinner but somehow I managed to find space for two pieces of cake. I couldn’t choose! I will definitely be ordering more desserts!

I’ve had the fortunate opportunity to try a couple of Tanya’s delectable treats, one of my favorites has to be the Flan Cheesecake garnished with blueberries, was a great pairing of flavors. You can’t go wrong with any of her offerings that definitely satisfied my sweet-​tooth.

I’ve been fortunate to try cakes made by Tanya so when I heard when she launched her own endeavor that would manifest her baking talents, I was intrigued. The red velvet whoopy must come with a warning because the mind will be blown and definitely worthy of being on the menu for ones last meal. I can’t wait to sample the rest of her menu!

I ordered a large assorted treat box and a couple dozen of the pecan tassies. I also got some of the red velvet/​cream cheese whoopie pies. The whoopie pies were delicious. Some of the best treats I’ve ever had. I shared with my office and some family members who all really enjoyed everything.
