Based in Los Angeles, Sugar & Spyked specializes in creating customized; specialty dessert bars featuring alcohol infused desserts, sweet treats and baked goods! The concept is sweet and simple, Sugar & Spyked can «spyke» your favorite decadent sweets with your favorite alcohol, from frozen treats like ice cream to double chocolate whiskey-​infused cakes and delicious cheesecake bites with your choice of fruit toppings, for an intoxicating flare. You name it and we can «spyke» it!

History

Established in 2011.

Appointed the designated baker for holidays and family events, Sugar & Spyked founder and «dessertender» Tamara Anderson has had a knack for creating scrumptious treats since the tender age of 8. Fascinated by what were considered unique birthday parties, Tamara began to host parties at her home featuring alcohol infused Jello shots and other delicacies. So it was no surprise when a close friend of hers began to plan a 80s themed birthday party, that she not only asked Tamara to host but to create a special dessert for the guests to enjoy. After much research, the two friends discovered a variety of alcohol infused desserts from cupcakes and ice cream to lollipops and other gourmet confections. While there were several companies offering these deliciously intoxicating desserts, none were offering customizable dessert bars and many had limited menu offerings. It was at that moment Sugar & Spyked was born and has been growing ever since!
