Went to this subway and the staff wasn’t so pleasant. The man seemed annoyed that I came in at 10:15 and when I went to pay he offers to put my food in a bag and I asked him to please leave it out and he said«well you know we close at 10:50» does he think I’m stupid it says right on the door 11:00 pm daily. It to mention it was 10:20 when he said that. Also they had no spinach available and there were some other items not there that I would have liked to add. I’m sure they were so anxious to close that they had put them away early.

This branch of subway is next to LA fitness so after my work out I love to go and eat, but every time I vent there they had only 2 different bread or they didn’t had rost beef, there costumer service is really terrible,

I had a great experience with this Subway! We ordered long party sub sandwiches for our son’s birthday party at the park and the entire process was easy — from ordering to the awesome delivery to the park. The sandwiches were really good too! I was really impressed with their great service, the quality of the food and the price! I would highly recommend this Subway location and will use them again!

What the F! Dear Andrew, I asked you three times. One time I asked you for the pizza sub, you didn’t seem to understand. So I explained to you its a foot long Italian on pita with provolone cheese and marinara. You still decided not to listen and said I asked for the fri-something pizza. Which twice I told you no and explained again what it was. Your hands were shaking not sure why, I was more then happy and soft spoken and polite to repeat myself as you started to chop the meat into triangles. I was going to just walk away and leave it with you because you just didn’t seem to get it! I felt bad that you were shaking and either got nervous or worked up. Not sure. But I hope you have a better rest of the night and you just breath and take it one order at a time.

They’re inexpensive. At least they’ve got that going for them. It took me 3 years but I finally ate at this Subway. The first time I came there was a line out the door; there’s no way I’m waiting in a long line for a Subway sandwich. So I left. The second time I came here, a year or so later, I wanted to quickly grab a sandwich to eat on the road. I got out of my car, took a couple steps and suddenly the doors of two mini vans slid open and out poured a mob of kids fresh from a soccer game — they all ran for Subway. My head imploded. I immediately turned around and got back in the car. Another couple years passed and I was in a hurry and needed a quick dinner. I decided to try Subway again. This time there were only two people inside who were already having their sandwiches made by glum employees. Another employee reluctantly came to assist me and seemed to hate every second he spent helping me. I wanted a turkey sandwich. The turkey bin was empty. Without a word he grabbed the empty container and walked into the back. Two or three minutes later he returned and slapped the turkey on the bread. Then I wanted pickles. The pickle bin was empty. He disappears again for a few minutes and returns with pickles. I then ask for olives. I’m not joking — there were two small slices in the bin. So he takes THAT bin and vanishes once more. Eventually the sandwich was made. Total time for me to get in and out of there with no line — slightly over 10 minutes. The sandwich? Dull and flavorless other than the taste of the honey mustard I asked to be put on it(fortunately there WAS honey mustard in the squirt bottle). I can’t comprehend how their ingredients can be so «blah»…but they are.

Andrew was an all right employee, he seemed pretty tired, but he was still nice enough. The other guy, however, was rushing everyone, «any thing else? Anything else? Anything else?!» Looked like he took his brake early so he could see his girlfriend. Not very professional, manager needs to step up.

Came to get a sandwich for my mom not only was it dirty inside but they were extremely slow and cross contaminated food. We got a chicken warmed up and it was cold not sure how they are running this place. They were extremely slow the owner needs to help and train them ASAP.

The staff is very untrained, none of the vegetables are fresh, they don’t change there gloves very often, I have been a subway customer for over 6 – 7 yrs, but this is the worst subway I have visited, it’s defiantly one of the worst subway, gloves have to be changed everything due to different allergy people have, the vegetable look old and disgusting, the employes didn’t really care and they kept tossing ham into cheese and different meat into each other, I will defiantly not be back to this subway and it changed a lot about how I feel about subways in general! I will defiantly send this email to different department, companies such as the health department, the subway corporate office!

Not the cleanest of places. The employees are as expected for fast food. The food is average definitely not the freshest.

low stars mainly for the worker who made my sandwhicb. My veggie patty was still frozen as I took a bite into my sandwhich just now. The sandwhich was poorly wrapped which made me worry about the veggies falling out before I got to eat it. Worker was not very friendly either. Will go to quail hill subway going forward. It may be a little bit of a longer wait but at least your sandwiches are edible.

I came this morning for breakfast. The staff greeted me right away and helped me out. It’s a small place but it’s nice and quiet. I got a sunrise melt. I was disappointed that even after they toasted it and I had paid for it, it was a little cold. I was so looking forward to eating a sandwich where the cheese melted in my mouth :/ At least on Mondays you get a free cookie with every sandwich purchase! :D

My son is obssessed with coldcut sandwiches at Subway. At least he has moved on from McDonalds so I feel like less of a failure as a parent. This is the all-time best Subway with friendly service, let my son add turkey and ham to sandwich and they have a nice outdoor area seating with the surrounding chains in this center. Sigh, my only friend to review this is Maria H… I miss that lovely frenchwoman :(

Bizarre how you need to type in the exact address for this particular location or else it won’t show up under«subway» and«irvine.» ANYWAYS, I love subway, but this location, I dislike… a lot. The first time I came which was years ago, an employee made a breakfast sandwich for me. The egg was cold to the touch and I asked politely if she could heat it up more. The response I get, she rolled her eyes up into her head and proceeded. Management eventually came out after the sandwich was done and as I was heading out the door, I could hear her arguing about me to the manager. But this was a few years ago so that SHOULD be ok. A few months ago I went in for a regular sandwich and got a subway artist on his first day of the job. Ok not bad. He made the sandwich well but I did most of the work on the other side of the glass for him since I’m a former subway artist employee. This was an ok experience. No complaint about him. Now last month, unbelievable! Granted it was the lunch hour, but when they leave the sandwich not only sitting in the oven after«ding» AND on the counter while other sandwiches are passing your sandwich, what gives? Even the customers behind us in line were wondering how they were able to get their sandwiches before ours? There was NOBODY at our sandwich! He made the first half of the sandwich then sent it over to nobody. Nice team work guys. Granted I STILL like subway, but if employees like the ones at this location keep up what they do, I might move on to Togos, permanently.

I think the image I’ve uploaded for this review will be helpful to not just this Subway, but to all Subways out there… My brother told me that there’s a tax if you toast your bread. Seriously? So when I walked inside this Subway, I wanted to ask one of the employees if this is true. Before I had the chance, there was a little piece of paper taped on the glass before you order: TAXRULES: 1. All Hot and toasted subs are taxed. 2. All eat in subs are taxed(cold or hot). 3. Only cold subs, not toasted and to go do not have tax. 4. Tax Rate %8.75 Yup, there you have it. Unless it’s cold, not toasted, to go = no additional tax. This makes me not want to buy any more hot subs and I’ll always take it to go, and eat outside. Tax, tax, tax, tax, tax…
