Nice and friendly people… I’m always at this place … As soon as they see me my hot water is ready… I’m thankful

Mohammed at this location was great. They were out of three of the drinks we tried. We found something we wanted to try and he compd it. Great service!

I work right across the street so I’m in here a lot of mornings. It’s super busy in the mornings, but if you get there before 8 you might beat the rush. There’s both indoor and outdoor seating but not a lot of available spots. The people working here are efficient but also super friendly so great service here.

Just want to give props to the barista at this Starbucks this morning(cat eye makeup, that’s all I remember ha). There are hundreds of us ex-Starbucks employees who go in countless times to locations all over, and there is almost something done wrong. We can’t help but notice. This girl today was awesome! Cleaned the wand, let the milk rest, shots didn’t die, called my drink out correctly, smiled and said thank you. Now this might not be a review for a regular patron, but I had to give kudos somewhere. I don’t live in this area but when I do work some events, I hope she is working!

Is customer service a staple of the past? I am a frequent Starbucks mobile app user and recently acquired a free drink reward. On my way to this location I placed an order and decided to use my free drink reward on a more expensive drink for a friend. I was unable to use my reward while ordering through the app, so when I arrived at the location I waited in line to speak to the cashier. I told her what had happened and asked if we could cancel and re-do the order. She asked for assistance and the other barista just looked at me and said flat out«no.» Clearly I was disappointed and asked if it was possible to refund just that drink and cancel my reward. Another«no». I left extremely disappointed and not even a «sorry, let me show you how to do that for next time» was awarded for my efforts.

Although this is a great Starbucks, my compliment is about Nixie… If she isn’t the manager, she should be. She always greets us with a huge smile and remembers everything(our names, what we drink, eat, do outside of Starbucks) She really is an amazing person to deal with when in a hurry in the morning. I should say that the other employees do a great job as well, Nixie just stands out. Everything is always perfect; drinks, food and speed of service. They always have a huge line, but somehow plow through the order with expert efficiency.

Bleh. The customer service did not seem eager to greet you and my caramel macchiato was slightly off this morning.

There was a half ass hand written sign hung on the door stating they were closing a little early. We got there about 10 minutes before they were closing, and when we walked in, the barista Corrine rolled her eyes at us and proceeded to rudely take our order with a passive-aggressive tone and dirty look on her face. I’m always happy with the customer service at Starbucks, but I’m very disappointed about how I was treated here, definitely won’t be returning!

Never had such bad service at a Starbucks. Didn’t even get a smile and rudely asked for our names and if we were done ordering. Seriously a joke. Aleta? Was just rude. Same with Kellie? I think that’s her name. But seriously awful. Starbucks usually is very pleasant. Not here

would have been 3 stars if it weren’t for the unfriendly old ladies that run the register. I am having such bad luck trying to find a nice coffee here in Irvine. I’ll stop into this Starbucks because it is right on the corner from the metrolink station. Every so often I am really impressed by how quickly and happily the line is moved. This is only when these two older ladies aren’t running the place. You can tell they don’t get along with their co-workers well and it affects the pace they all work at. these ladies are super two faced to different customers in line. They were perfectly nice to the gentleman in front of me dressed in shirts and ties then I walk up in a t-shirt and jeans and I get the death glare like I don’t belong in there. Then it was back to being super nice to the lady in a pant suit behind me and back to rude to the older man behind me who had a messy beard. If I see these ladies working I just walk right out. When they’re not there its a pretty nice Starbucks.

I love this Starbucks, and although I may be biased, I think everyone who works there is fabulous! No matter how long the line is, I am always assured that it will go by quickly. They bust their butt to get out all the orders as quickly as possible all the while making sure that every order is up to par. The following items I like to order from there are the bacon gouda sandwich(beware, you may get addicted), iced coffee with toffee nut, or a skinny hazelnut latte with whip. Yum! I will be going here for as long as my work is across the street. Even having one by my house, I still wait until I get to work to go to this particular starbys.

Good cup of Jo but wow, for some many people working there, the line quickly went from ME, to 6 people with only one person at the register. So what happened was the one register that was open had to deal with a woman trapsing through her purse for a coupon or something, as a minute turned into two an then 3 and then 4, the line got longer. Eventually the girl doing the sweeping started taking orders but not the SB experience I spent $ 1500 on last year(yea, i have a problem) The other gripe(and i don’t mean to be the downer) is a lot of people go there for business. The music was just loud enough where people were raising their voice, and then another would raise there voice and suddenly it gets difficult to have a conversation. So i went outside. The outside patio is NICE… umbrella’s and tables, and its not crowded. But all in all, their stuff is consistent, I had a panini which was really good

Staff here is friendly, and the baristas get your order out quick. Free WiFi, clean store, nothing to complain about! Great place to study if you like the smell of freshly ground coffee & free Wifi.

I’m giving this Starbucks a 3 mainly because they were out of raw sugar. I’m not sure how a Starbucks can run out of something that is used on a daily basis. Otherwise the staff is very friendly and quick.

This is great. I always used to go with my coworker here as our work as close by. We have moved, but I think this is the best starbucks I’ve been to, via location and possibly the ambiance. Love the friendly workers(esp John, Kevin etc). Would love to go back but don’t work too close near there anymore.

2014 Unilocal365CHALLENGE — 258⁄365 My boyfriend and I were at the Irvine Spectrum and wanted to get a quick coffee, but the Starbucks there always has a notoriously long line, so we went to this one right down the street. We got there and were wondering why the door was locked… maybe we were entering through the wrong door? NOPE. Found at that they strangely close at 4pm… WHATKINDOFNONSENSEISTHIS?! I have never encountered a Starbucks location that closed at such a strange and early hour. Um… wtf? Probably never coming back here ever again.

This is my go-to Starbucks since its the closest to work. The staff are always super friendly here. But parking can definitely be a pain however since the lot is so tiny! The barrista’s vary too in the quality of there drinks too depending who’s making it. Sometimes your drink may taste super good and the next day it’s alittle off. That’s with my usual upside iced caramel macchiato with soy as the measuring stick There’s plenty of seating outdoors and a couple food places next door too. Just don’t expect to sit indoors since the location is very small with literally 2 tables inside. So it feels more like an express-to-go-ish kinda of Starbucks then your typical sit down study kinda place.
