Adult open gymnastics Saturdays 1:30 — 3:30pm for $ 10!
I was in search of somewhere to continue maintaining my skills when I moved here in March 2015. I found Southcoast and have been going to the open gym pretty regularly.
They also started an adult class on Tuesdays 7:30−9pm. It’s great! Cost depends on the duration of the class. Over the summer we had two 4 week sessions which cost $ 80 for a session. There is an adult coach assisting throughout.
I am so thankful that Xiaoping is having adult class and open gym. I wouldn’t be able to maintain my skills without this place. I’ve also heard there is adult open gym on Friday evenings, but I’m not sure of the time.

Champion birthplace！！ best gymnastic ever！！ they have a lot of Champion coach! rich experience！ they know how to teach your kid and protect！ I trust them 100%! If u or ur kid want to learn gymnastics, come here, it will be ur best choice ever!

Good place for gymnastics, except they ALWAYS end practice past the scheduled time. If I’m on a tight schedule I would like to pick up my sister when the class ends, not have to wait 20 minutes because they don’t know how to end their practices on time. They should just change their practice times to reflect the actual times they’re over.

We’ve been sending our child here now for almost 10 years.
We have no doubt. This is the Best Gym in Southern California — and one of the best in the nation! It’s run by a couple who are an American Dream success story. The only gym in So Cal owned and operated by an Olympic champion.

South coast gymnastics definitely gets five stars! I did gymnastics there for eleven years, and I can honestly say that the coaches there are truly the best! They know gymnastics at its deepest level and have a true passion for the sport. The way they coach and teach skills ensures that you will reach your full potential. Because they have Olympic experience, they are able to coach at a level that you couldn’t find anywhere else!
After doing gymnastics at South Coast for eleven years, I was able to receive a full ride scholarship for gymnastics to a NCAA Division 1 college. Only through the superb coaching and mentoring I received at South Coast could this ever have been possible! I would highly recommend South Coast to any aspiring gymnast!

I give south coast 5 stars but Unilocal filtered me review! My daughter has been doing gymnastics here since she was 3 yrs old. She is now on their competitive team and absolutely loves it. In fact all of my kids have enrolled in classes here at some point. The coaching staff is great with the kids, working on strength and flexibility in a safe, fun environment. The classes are very well priced and the kids have a blast learning new skills. I love the location as well. I highly suggest you put your kids at this gym!
