History
Established in 2005.
Scott entered the working world as a project manager for a commercial construction management company in 1998. He helped build clean rooms, office buildings, high rise apartment buildings, cell towers and data centers from Sacramento to Silicon Valley. It was during this time that he began investing in real estate.
After 7 years Scott turned his passion for real estate investing into a career. He got licensed as a loan officer in 2005 and went to work in the real estate industry. I started in real estate finance in 2005 near the peak of the market. I’ve managed to consistently grow my business in both units and transaction volume each year during the historic market downturn from 2006 — 2010. I’ve gained valuable experience and knowledge during this period of industry attrition while continuing to grow.
