Requested a quote from Rush Removal (and others) on Saturday morning for a mattress disposal. They were the first to respond and could accommodate a same-​day pick up.
Roy was friendly, arrived earlier than anticipated, and the price was amazing.
I’ll definitely call them again if I need their services.

Rush is the best — why wait for good will which takes weeks and may not even accept an item when they come for pick up. I’ve used Rush twice — both times his response was fast and my stuff was gone within a day. He shows up at a specific time — no more waiting for a 4 hour window. I’m doing some removals right now and plan to go directly to Rush for hauling away my HH items.

I don’t usually write reviews about services as such but this one’s overdue. I’ve had occasional junk removal done at some of the properties I needed clearing & clean up. All the general services are about he same but Mr. Rush is a little different — very responsive & accommodating. I used RR for a few property clean-​up occasions, great service. But when I was out of town and had a deadline to get stuff out of storage, I explained my situation and they made it happen. Cleared it up in time so I could get my deposit back. Notably, I was notified that there was an item that didn’t appear to be junk so they gave me a specific period of time in which I could claim it before they dispose, exceptional service! Being in property management, I’ve found invaluable service in Rush Removal. Highly recommended.

We hired Roy with Rush Removal on friday to Remove are old couch and dresser from my Storage Unit in Irvine, I had finished school at UCI and was about to move back home to New York and needed my storage unit cleared out in Irvine. Rush Came with a big truck right after contact through is websight and was able to clear out my unit the same day.
I was able to get my depost back. Made my move a little easier for me. Would use there service again if I am ever to find myself back in the California area of Irvine

I was long overdue to clean out some old furniture from my garage, so I used the Unilocal Request Quote service to get quotes from about 10 different junk removal places. Rush Removal answered quickly, had the best price, and seemed to be the most straightforward. They quoted me a flat fee based on the description I gave them and they had so many excellent reviews that I went with them. (Many of the other junk removal quotes were twice as much and some were based strictly upon the size of the load instead of the type. Some would not even give me an estimated quote without coming out — who has time for that?)
So I went with Rush Removal and they showed up promptly and took all my stuff away for the agreed upon amount, plus had a friendly attitude. It couldn’t have been a better experience. I will use them again if I need this type of service and would recommend them to anyone who needs junk removal.

We emailed them about my moms huge tv to be removed and they where able to come out so quick, the same day and remove. I was So pleasantly surprised on how quickly and how friendly Roy was.
I will use his service again if needed in the future, Unilocal is wonderful As I am new to it and have been able to find great service for everything.

I called in Roy at Rush Removal to come in and take care of my mattress disposal.
+ He was quicker than the others to respond to an online quote request. And, we were able to set up the job for the next morning.
+ While his quote wasn’t outrageous or sketchy like some others, I did agree to solicit his services even if it was a bit more than what others were quoting.
+ In fact, I was willing to pay more because Rush was willing to get this job done early in the morning. He actually starts business well ahead of the others haulers.
+ On the day of the move, he was ready to go 15 minutes before our agreed time.
+ Finally, I appreciate the honest dealing. I didn’t give him more stuff to haul than what I described. And, in turn, there was no funny business regarding the expected compensation. There wasn’t even paperwork — just a gentlemen’s agreement and a handshake.

I went through Unilocal to get a quote and they answered back within minutes. They were very clear about how I would be charged (how much I filled up the very large truck).
They arrived exactly at the time we agreed upon, which was also within 3 hours of first inquiring about how much their service was through Unilocal.
They were very friendly even in the hot sun as they packed away my probably spider infested garbage.
In the end I ended up paying much less than I expected and had a great and pain free experience getting rid of all the trash I never knew I had.

I had a big pile of household junk in my garage (an old sofas, computer desk, etc). I finally called around to see about getting it removed. I came across Rush Removal on Unilocal and asked about them hauling away my junk.
Roy arrived on time and was very professional. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing junk hauled off — it’s worth the money to not have to hassle with renting a truck yourself and hauling stuff off to recycling or the junkyard, in the hopes either place will actually take your stuff.
Many thanks to Rush Removal for returning my place to its natural state, for cheaper than I could have managed on my own.

Roy and Sean were awesome! They showed up on time, with a truck ready to get started. Initially I thought we only needed some boxes from the garage removed. Boy was I wrong. A truck load and 40 minutes later they had removed all the junk in my garage, on both sides of my house and in our backyard. Then they swept the garage for me. Oh my goodness, Roy is fantastic! So quick to respond, so quick to answer any questions and concerns I had. We got new carpet and they brought booties to protect it. I also added an additional sheet for protection which thank God because it rained the day before so that was a necessity. After they left, we threw a few things away to save costs rather than have them do it and Roy stopped the car and went to help us throw away the rest. Amazing service at such a great price! I cant tell you enough with how impressed I am with Rush Removal’s service from beginning to end. I was in a bind and was in need of a very last minute junk/​appliance removal and trash-​out. On a Sunday no less! Not only did Roy, the owner respond to me immediately, but had me booked within the 24 hours I needed. I can’t believe how efficiently and quickly a junk filled garage and remnants of a 2 bedroom house were cleaned out. The cherry on top was how fair the price was as well. Though this was for my personal property, I am a former Asset Manager of REO homes and know how much most companies charge for these kinds of jobs.

I looked up places to come pick up garbage and I do believe $ 75 is the going rate.

I will say this though, he seems like a nice guy and if I have some more items that need picking up I would certainly call him again.
