Rubina has helped my whole family, individually and collectively. She is engaging and a joy to work with — even in the tough times and we have had more than our share. My older teens have worked with her and my husband and I. We all gained a great deal of healing with her.

No team building exercises.
No guidance in a positive reinforced direction.
No books or workbooks we can read/​work on together.
No personal challenges or life experiences that she can relate to and share for therapeutic reassurance.
This is why people think therapy is a joke.

Rubina is the best! I had been struggling with ‘co-​dependency’ and igoring what was best for myself. Also, had issues with self esteem and moving forward in my life after being divorced for years. Lastly, needed help with making better decisions in raising my son. Rubina has helped me so much in all of these areas. She listens very intently and without being judgemental. She makes me feel very comfortable. She’s a very caring person and I am so much happier today!!! She is absolutely wonderful! I only wish I had seen her years earlier.

There are times in life when you need to reflect on how things really are. I felt comfortable sharing things with Rubina that I had always kept very private, even from those closest to me. She was able to help me remove some blinders and see my life in the proper light. Although it was hard to make significant changes, she helped me figure out what I really want and obtain it. Now I am the happiest I have ever been! She is worth every penny ;)

Rubina is an excellent Marriage and Family Counselor. She is my life coach therapist. I went to a few therapists before her and none of them compare to her! I love her so much that I am continuing to see her once in a great while. About 6 months ago, I hit rock bottom and was very depressed because my husband and I were on the road of «D» Rubina was able to help my husband and I «Save our marriage» by continuous couples therapy. We went every two weeks and everything came back together like «Neosporin» Every week got better and better. We are so happy at the present moment and living back together. Thank you Rubina for all your patience, guidance and support. If you need a wonderful family therapist or marriage counselor, I recommend you to give her a try!
Rubina is very good about returning phone calls and sometimes when she has the time, she will talk to you for a bit over the phone. So caring… anyhow good luck! I’ve been seeing her for 4 years now!

My husband and I had a baby since I wrote this review. We had a baby girl and she is 2 now and a dream come true ;-) I have 18 more months of college and I will graduate and have a career in the health care field. I am so glad I stuck it out with college and I thank Rubina and my husband for all of their encouragement and support because I wouldn’t be where i’m at in my life without them. Many times, I wanted to give up but Rubina always had a way to paint my future on a pavement and open my eyes more. Many years of wanting to give up but I never did from the support of Rubina.
I had to give my job notice which was the hardest thing I had to do but they wanted to keep me and worked around my schedule so I get to continue working at the job that I love and go to school full time. On top of that I got another job to where they are working around my schedule so once again another benefit! So many great things to look forward to, I am a lucky girl! Thank you Rubina for everything you are my rock and I would be lost without you.
