Restoration1 specializes in water, fire, smoke and mold.

Water — In case of water or flood loss from a broken or burst pipe, black water back-ups, roof leaks, etc, Restoration1 will do a complete dry-out to walls, floors, ceiling and structure.

Fire/Smoke — After the fire is extinguished, we will dry-out the structure, eliminate smoke and soot and remove and replace any part of the house that was affected, such as, kitchen, bathrooms, ceiling, floors, etc.

Mold — Restoration1 will remove any mold, spore and microbial contamination that might be harmful to the health of your family and pets. Once we finish the mold remediation, we will hire an independent environmental expert to test the premises and ensure that all contamination has been removed.

History

Established in 2009.

Aaron Cline is the Owner of Restoration1 of South Orange County, a franchise of Restoration1 based out of Pompano Beach, Florida. Restoration1 was founded in 2006 and began franchising in 2009. It has grown to 25 franchises in the United States and 12 in Canada. Restoration1 is looking to grow internationally in South America, Europe, and eventually Asia along with national expansion within the United States.

After 20 years of commercial construction, I decided to pursue my life-long dream of owning my own company. I knew Restoration1 was a great fit for me when I realized how much of my past work experience I could translate into this company.

I enjoy having a hard-working group of employees who treat this business as their own, while making each and every one of our clients feel like family.

Everyday I am trying to find ways to enhance our business and get the word out there that our most important assets are that we pride ourselves on always being honest and working with the utmost integrity. We are advocates for the homeowner and always will be.

I cannot thank the guys at restoration 1 enough!!! Brandon, Adrian, and Aaron has worked with me not one but two disasters at my condo within one month of each other. They are all very professional and will be at your place within one hour. They will basically hold your hand through the process so you will not feel too overwhelmed with everything going on. Thank you guys for always being positive and answering all my questions without the phone ever going to voicemail! You guys rock!!!

These guys are great! We had a drain back up and lots of damage to carpet and bathrooms. And the resulting re-construction left the house dusty and smelling terrible. The equipment they provided is helping us get back to normal. They showed up on time and pre-called just like they said they would. We have used other restoration companies, but now we won’t use anyone else.

Product: Positive — The work quality was top notch. The project manager Brandon B. was professional and responsive. Their work was clean, which indicated pride of work. In addition, Brandon B. was extremely knowledgeable about the reconstruction and insurance process.
Price: Positive — The service was reasonably priced.
Customer Experience: Positive — To the insurance company, and to all the vendors, my account was a project. However, to Brandon B., it was a mission to get my family and I back to normalcy. Very often, Contractors are so focused on completing the project that they forget to focus on the customer experience aspect of the business.

Restoration 1 of South Orange County… A new and great addition to our area… I had a water pipe failure inside a wall between our 2 bathrooms just days before Christmas causing a big flood! At 10 pm, had Chad, Kevin and the crew came out right after I called them –came recommended by my plumber. They were her into the night getting the process started to fix our bathrooms.
They’ve worked wonderfully – fixing, clearing, drying and MAKING SURE THAT I WAS HAPPY & UNDERSTOOD WITH WHAT THEY WERE DOING! They used a natural Thyme/oregano oil based solution/spray to deal with any possible growth which I appreciated b/c of chemical sensitivity problems.
Chad was also diligent in putting containment barriers so that any fumes/dust/chemical/attic stuff was kept safely away from my family – sooo important with a baby in our home! Even helped me go thru my insurance to get necessary hotel accommadations.
Chad was so on top of things and always answered his phone whenever I had a concern ²⁴⁄₇! He was instrumental in dealing with my insurance, even personally meeting with the adjustor & helpful with recommendations for a few contracting companies who would deal fairly and promptly with me. (He got me on the company’s schedule that I chose in a day – a serious MIRACLE!)
Aaron, the owner visited & Chad, Eddie, Brandon and Kevin were over here almost daily busy and helping get our home livable ASAP. They seem to really know their stuff, are friendly pleasant, professional, very kind/sensitive during our stressful challenge thru the holidays with prompt on time service and customer service has been paramount in their approach… just like it should be!

The crew from Restoration 1 came out to check my house for some water damage I thought I might have after I discovered a roof leak. They arrived to my house and were able to determine that my house did not suffer from any mold or other water related issues. I was worried they were going to try to scare me into some unnecessary work but they did the exact opposite and put my mind at ease. They were very kind and professional and would recommend them to all my friends and family.
