We have been to this location several times but there is now a recurring issue with an employee named Jacob. He is oddly passive aggressive when we order and incredibly blunt. We don’t expect 5-star service at Panda Express, but I mean come on. For example, today as we grabbed our food at the window, we requested some extra chili sauce. After not asking if we wanted sauce in the first place, Jacob said«oh well you do want some then…» implying that he asked us earlier and we declined. It was pretty condescending and caught us really off guard. The food is always good but Jacob is the reason we won’t be back.

This is a Panda Express. Pretty standard operation, so there’s not too much to comment on the food. However, the customer service here is horrendous. Primarily in the drive thru with the worker named Jacob G. Now, while I understand how frustrating it could be when you’re making $ 11 an hour and taking orders for fake Chinese food… this guy has been rude on two occasions now. Sad to say, I’ve frequented Panda two times in three weeks, but this guy is extremely passive aggressive and downright rude. I understand you may not like your job, but no one is forcing you to work here. Find a line of work you can enjoy if you’re going to have this bad of an attitude. I won’t be back at this location purely due to the poor customer service evidenced by this individual.

okay, this is way too cool. a panda express drive thru !? YESSSS ! i dunno what all the negative reviews are for, i was diggin this place. first off, it’s a fucking DRIVETHRU ! my lazy ass doesn’t need to get out of the car to get my orange chicken anymore. I. LOVE. THIS. the girl that took my order was pleasant to talk to and got my order correct. there was extremely minimal wait time for me. about the same as the average drive thru, if not less. waiting was definitely not an issue. the food was standard panda; can’t complain. they didn’t have any fried shrimp readily available, but i was told it’d take 3 – 4 minutes. i didn’t wanna wait, so i opted for an eggroll instead, but i like how i was given an approximate wait time. cool. i was in and out of their quickly; my happy ass stuffin my face with my orange chicken kids meal(: ((which, by the way, is a decent portion for an oversized snack or a small meal for me !))

Amazing service. It’s Friday 7:00pm, the place is full and customers keep coming. Larry and Olga were running the place like pros. Serving, ordering more food, cleaning the work area, getting payment and cleaning the place over and over again. Food is fresh Place is friendly Clean over all. Thank you staff. For feeding hard working families that just want to rest for just a moment.

Although the idea of a drive-thru is awesome, the employees working at the window are terrible. I love the convenience, but I seem to always leave there with an incorrect order. The employees talk so fast that I can barely understand what they’re saying. After every item I order they immediately say«Your order total comes to…» until I have to interrupt and say that I’m not done ordering. It’s frustrating when I’m ordering 5 dinners each time. Bummer that such a fantastic drive-thru option is ruined by the employees :(

Prior to coming here, one should understand the procedure of how to order here, since the staff member seemed to expect that I understood how to do so.(Next time, I’ll send someone socially adept to do it.) The experience we had was that I was not prompted for what to do at each stage of ordering. Due to there being no explanations for what to do at each stage, I had to guess, so I don’t understand the official procedure for how to order here. The only silverware they have available here is forks next to the vending machine, which their holder dictates. There are no spoons, so I had to drink soup directly from the bowl.(I thought this was Chinese food, not Japanese food.) They have two TVs here. One is a TV that displays ESPN, and the other appears to be used for digital signage but is entirely black. Aside from all of these strange procedural issues, the food tasted fine. The vegetables were not greasy.

This is a fast food restaurant. That being said I like the food here– specifically the orange chicken and Beijing beef. The service was good. They move quickly due to the volume of people here at lunchtime but I expect that. Everyone was polite to me and the price is fair. There is a drive thru but I walked in. I waited about 15 minutes in line to eat. No complaints. 5 stars.

STAFFYOURRESTAURANTPROPERLY! I was in line and counted 23 other people. I had time to kill so I waited. 15 min went by and they had helped 4 customers. There were 2 staff members cleaning the floors. Get them pumping out orange chicken to people before cleaning! Poor management. Don’t bother going at lunch time.

This place is slowly getting stingy with the food! Business is great! Maybe they can afford to do that, but not a good business practice specially with fast food. My favorite Chipotle location went cheap with white rice and I haven’t been back in 3 years. I can’t stand it when restaurants go stingy on the cheap items such as noodles and steam rice! Lots of broccoli and two pieces of beef is what I got. Food tasted great! Just need a bit more. Closing the lid fast isn’t a good way to cheat me because I will open it later to eat it. Store manager should look at their clients. Most of the customers are labor workers and fat people. You need to fill us up! or We are not coming back. $ 3.70 for a side entrée is ridiculously expensive to fit inside the little box that’s made for ONE fortune cookie. This side entrée was definitely less than what I got in the combo plate, so don’t ever order side entrees.

This location has some good honey walnut shrimp(for +$ 1.25 more of course). All employees greeted me when I walked in and instantly wanted asked if I wanted a sample — much friendlier and alert than other pandas I’ve experienced. Not all the pans were full so that was a bummer especially around dinner time but food tasted good still. Oh yea, if people are going to complain about portion sizes, they need to chill cause employees have strict guidelines on the amount of food they portion out. Their drive thru is quick too.

I ordered a Panda Bowl with Orange Chicken & Chow Mein for $ 5.80 The Orange Chicken was delicious. The Chow Mein was very good. A delicious Meal from this Drive Thru.

Plastic, yes, tasted like corn starch with sweet and sour sauce. Frankly, I have tried many good Panda Express(N. Ca and S. Ca). Panda at Fashion Island, Panda at Valley Fair Mall(N. Ca)… This one is so bad that I have to write about it. The meat(chicken and beef) were over tasted by the starch. Typically a tight starch is expected and crunchy over the meat. Not here. The sauces are good but NO thanks.

The guy who was taking my order was very nice. However, the guy that was at the register is a real piece of work. As I was paying he asked me if I wanted to donate money to some hospital, to which I replied«no thank you». He then goes«wow» like he was offended and surprised that I would say no. And as if that patronizing attitude wasn’t enough, he goes«okay well do you want to donate at least your change???» Seriously??? I already said no! Stop bugging me about it! I dont trust in donating money to charities like that. I don’t even know if they will see it! If you ask your customers once and they don’t donate, don’t judge them! It is not your place to do so. And certainly don’t ask them multiple times! How rude!

I wasn’t sure if 3 or 4 stars but after a bit of thought, 3. Why? It is always something. During lunch, they tend to run out of one popular dish or another. Really, after 8 plus years you can’t figure it out? Beat the lunch rush… There is food, but something else will have a major malfunction. No ice, dirty tables, a sad looking dish, something, every time. No chopsticks! I hate that!!! Drive through later at night. Typical drive thru. Always forget something and you have to drive around. But it is never so bad I wouldn’t come back. It is always acceptable and easy to get to. Lunch near South Coast Plaza is a parking crapshoot, this place has plenty of that. One day I might even add a star. Hint. Clean the tables after the lunch rush! Refill the lids! Don’t run out of chopsticks!

My favorite Panda. Least amount of dumb employees. Has drive through and easy parking. Almost never a line and usually have what I want. They are always cool about making a new batch, just takes 5 – 15 minutes. They have yet to not offer a sample or ask if you want a drink. Only issue is not giving Sweet sauce with the cream cheese wontons. I’m not always a creature of habit, but here it’s creepy ritualistic. My counterpart and I get the 3 item combo with white rice, Beijing beef, orange chicken and random 3rd item. Sweet fire is awesome! Counterpart loves kung-pao, but I don’t like the way tell chicken is cooked. Don’t throw away your receipt. You can fill out a survey and you get a free item with a combo. So our third item is always free! Awesome!

As if it wasn’t bad enough it gets worse now they change the funky menu that seems like the only got 3 items now besides the overpriced shit when you first come in there the service is not that great they were serving the window more than they were serving the customers that was inside so I give this a two thumbs down and I will never eat lunch here again plus the portions are small as hell I try to Philadelphia with the rice on the bowl and sprinkle a couple of pieces of meat on top

Stingiest Panda Express location ever. Got beef and broccoli with half and half fried rice and chow mein and I only got 3 pieces of beef. Pretty ridiculous. One star for the drive thru but I won’t be coming back here.

From the rude server that took my order, to the even more rude manager who works on Sunday. This in my opinion is the worst service at a Panda Express ever. It’s my turn to order and the server asks«what do you want?» Now I understand that this is a young kid but they should teach him how to speak to customers or manners. I gave my order which was the Family Feast 3 orders of Fire Chicken and 2 sides of chow mein. I request no pineapple and no red peppers. The manager rudely says thats the way it comes. I order the same thing every time in Tustin and Santa Ana. They have no problem doing this. I ignore the rudeness. I waited 10 minutes. The manager comes up to me and says«sorry, we have no sauce for the Fire Chicken. Everyone, eat here at your own risk

Haven’t had Panda in several years… probably 8yrs and this week’s visit reconfirmed why I don’t mess with them. I’ve driven past this location many times without giving it a 2nd thought but had a change of heart. I call myself doing the right thing by ordering a black pepper chicken bowl with brown rice…$ 7 later I open my bowl only to find 85% brown rice, 10% green beans/onion/celery and 5% chicken. The chicken was so little I had to dig for it with my fork and it appeared to be more skin and glaze on the tiny pieces of chicken than actual meat. NEVERAGAIN.

Panda Express rules. Don’t believe the haters. NOTHING will bring you back from the brink of starvation like the trademark two-item combo. Can’t believe they still only charge $ 7 for what is essentially a meal for kings. Their kung pow chicken helped me get through life during the toughest of times. All the calories I’ve consumed from the savory, fiery god-sauce could probably power a small city. Kung pwned. Joslyn and Kassandra: Every time I see you two working, I know good stuff’s about to come my way. Super generous portions. Really friendly service. Way to lead by example. These ladies should become the face of Panda Enterprises. This is one of the newer standalone restaurants with a drive through and clean open kitchen layout. Most serving trays are kept at least ¾ full. There’s constant turnover, so the food always looks fresh. None of that«shriveled string beans after an hour under the heat lamp» nonsense. As Homer Simpson once said, «It’s finger Ling-Ling good!»
