I had not been to a panda in yearsss! But came in, was busy but worth the wait, plus busy is usually a good thing! Cleanest restaurant ever! Orange chicken, beef broccoli, rice and noodles were delish! No upset tummy afterwards(which is usually the case after chinese) Friendly employees too! Totally coming back!

Portions have gotten so ridiculously small!!! I see bottom of plate after first bite. All filler now rice and chow mien. Even at that their plates have gotten very shallow. Girl bye!!!

Horrible customer service. I was told three times that the honey walnut shrimp was just made, then that it was made five minutes ago then it was about five minutes ago. I asked for it fresh because it did not look fresh and I tried a sample and it was luke warm and soggy. So I asked for fresh honey walnut and she refused to make it. Seriously I spend $ 14 on average every time I order and you refuse to make it fresh. Panda you lost me today.

My very first visit to this Jamboree location was pitiful!(I’d been to the REAL Panda Inn, sit down restaurant in La Mirada and wanted more of that fabulous food.) It was 2:30 and this place was packed. Most of the food pans were almost empty. I wanted Walnut Shrimp but it was almost gone w/NO walnuts. She wanted to charge me +$ 1.25 for that entrée! No thanks, no walnuts & she didn’t say more was coming! The server was rude & impatient! Disappointed to say the least! Grade D–

Why am I writing a review on Panda Express? Not because I don’t have a life, but because I am here to tell you how bad this particular store is. I live about 3 minutes away from the Marketplace plaza so about once or twice a month I’ll stop by here to pick up couple of 2 combos to go whenever I need a quick dinner. My last few visits has been really disappointing because the portion just seem to get smaller and smaller every time and you can totally figure out they are doing it on purpose. On my last visit(I usually order to-go and eat at home) when I open up my box, they look half-empty and I shit you not. I finish my Kong-Pao Chicken after a few bites and I usually will have some left since I am not a big eater. The portion is so small it looks like the food probably never touches the top of the container. I swear I am not coming back here again. Since I work near Irvine Spectrum, I’d rather spend 10 – 15 more minutes to go there or and even the culver store. 450asdfgkjryj(a7f0934590840530dfsoiJLK(92374*%@#$^#(I deleted this part because it’s inappropriate for children).

I was hungry for Chinese food and this was the closest place to me. What a huge mistake. I know I won’t return. I arrived at opening and there were only a couple menu items out. I had to wait for half my order. I got Orange chicken, teriyaki chicken, and chicken egg roll with rice and chow mein. Most of the food was decent, but the egg roll tasted and smelled awful. It made me think Garfield was on my fork. The portions were so small, I left hungry. I like regular iced tea but they don’t have it. What’s this? A Chinese restaurant doesn’t have tea? That would be like a Mexican restaurant not having Horchata. I had to go to the counter and ask for soy sauce. I will never visit another Panda Express again. I’ll drive out of my way to find another place.

They are always running out of food making the people wait even during peak hours and their portions are very small. Totally not worth it.

It’s been a while since I’ve been to a Panda Express. When I got my food and looked at the portions, I recalled why I don’t eat at panda. The servers are scared to server you food! I’ve been to hole in the wall places, where they need to tape the box to keep your food from falling out! Those places are also cheaper!

PORTIONSARETINY!!! Out of all the Panda Expresses I go to, the manager here, Arthur, gives you half the size of the other ones. When I go to the Irvine Spectrum, or the Panda Express on Barranca, they give you so much food that you can’t finish. At the marketplace, I barely get filled up. The food is great, but you won’t be getting very much.

Horrible service, walk in with no one on line, ordered teriyaki chicken for 1 of the 2 item and teriyaki chicken for kids meal. After finish order, ready to pay, people start come in, and some how they give the teriyaki chicken to the person come in after me, I saw it I asked why?! They try to make up all the excuses, and tell me I have to wait 8 mins for the teriyaki chicken, and waked away, just left me standing there. All they did is try to make up excuses to cover their mistake, But no even one sorry and try to do something!!!

Can’t complain. It is what it is. Came in to try the new flavor at panda express. Orange chicken with bacon bits. Extra surcharge of $.50. Not recommended. Shanghai beef. $ 1.25 more for this entrée. Dunno what o was eating. Beef stir fry with mushroom and mystery ingredient. Honey walnut shrimp. Extra $ 1.25. Best dish out if three mentioned. Crispy and sweet shrimp.

Went this weekend and customer service here is great, I mean really good. You can tell they take the time to train their staff on how to properly meet/greet/serve customers. Upon entering they politely ask if you want any samples and don’t appear to be frustrated or annoyed if you want 30 seconds to think about what you want to eat(like at other Panda’s). Also went to sit at a table that was slightly dirty from the guest who just left and they were there immediately to sweep underneath and wipe the table, then apologized for it being dirty. We also had to go up and ask for spoons twice since my son kept breaking them, they were very accommodating and nice about it. Lastly, they let me use an «extra entrée» coupon from my phone, so many restaurants say«we need the printout» which is annoying — they were very accommodating and didn’t complain at all. Food is still Panda, not the best Chinese food but tasty in a pinch and everything was fresh. I’ll definitely be back as good service is hard to come by.

my wife likes Panda Express… i avoid it like VD Hookers in TJ during spring break… This is probably one of the nicer, well-lit, kept up stores in the chain… place is clean… cant complain about finding a seat for dine-in almost ever… thats where it all ends though… the chow mein is suck… S-U-C-K… always… the fried rice is dry… DOUBLESUCK… the portions at this location are incredibly anorexic… TRIPLESUCK… i always feel like im being ripped off at this specific location… the only reason i ever let the wife drag me here is because at least this location has hot and nasty(spicey) soup… AND every time i order it, i die a little more inside… its just so subpar… anyhow, we came here for dinner the saturday, the march 22, 2014… we had a BOGO coupon and still walked out paying 12 bucks for two 2 item combos and a hot & sour soup… seriously… how does that happen… AND… my wife is pretty consistent… 99% of the time she goes half/half double orange chicken… this time, she opted out one o-chicken for the almond shrimp… team leader behind the spoons didnt have the courtesy to mention that its an upsell $ 1.25… not that it mattered… but still… have some courtesy… the only part of the meal that had any redeeming grace was the angus beef i ordered… it was good… but not good enough for me to endure the shame of walking back into this place to order anything again… there are SOMANY mom&pop chinese food places to choose from in Tustin, i seriously dont understand how Panda Express has stayed open for however long it has been here… must have made a deal with the devil of chinese food or something… anyhow… live and relearn… when i want to eat good chinese food and then feel hungry again within an hour… i will be going to any one of the other aforementioned local C-Food restaurants… anyhow… one star for clean store… one star for the fact that hot&sour soup is on the menu… though it sucks… and also for the angus entrée… and also reminding me why i so dislike Panda Express… thats that…

Reliably Great. This specific Panda Express is one the best I’ve been to. It has hard working employees who are ready to help. Out of all the restaurants in the Market Place food court this establishment might be the best. Good for take out or eating in.

I give 4stars to this particular location of panda express for what I should expect at «Panda Express». Of course Im not here to eat gourmet Chinese food at panda so if a PE is clean and organized, with a good service, then enough to deserve 4stars. When I visited this location on a Sunday after church, it was very busy so food turnaround was fast. Almost everybody got the hottest and freshest food. I got steamed brown rice, noodle, walnut shrimp and orange chicken. Everything was not salty, not over cooked, especially the OC was very crispy and full of chicken instead of just the batter, and the walnut shrimp was the best!!! Not greasy not too salty. I personally think this PE food quality is better than any other independent Chinese restaurants or even Pick up stix.

I love Panda Express and this one does not disappoint. The food is fresh. The restaurant is large and clean. It seems that everytime I come they are introducing a new dish. It never gets boring. Great job guys!

Well, it’s quick food. Don’t expect authentic here! There are a few items I like pepper chicken, chicken with string beans, orange chicken and broccoli beef. Of all the panda expresses I’ve tried, this one is my favorite! It’s quick and great dinner especially right after my tennis game. This place gets really crowded after 7pm. If you come around this time and don’t mind waiting, most of the stuff are freshly cooked. The family feast is a great deal: 3 items and 2 sides!
