Thomas is excellent and as honest as they come. I didn’t have a local dryer person when moving into my new home, and OC Service Pros was well-​reviewed here on Unilocal.Great decision, as Thomas was extremely thorough and capable. His price was very fair and he is able to not only clean vents, but also make repairs in the event that your issue is more extensive. 5 stars, highly recommended.

I have nothing but praise to say for Thomas. His service was stellar. It was taking up to 3 hours to dry a load of towels so we had «a dryer guy» come out & test the heat output. After finding no issues there — the obvious problem to tackle was the vent.
I found OC Service Pros here on Unilocal & thought I would give him a call. In all honesty, he wasn’t my first call, but he was my second & my last. The first guy sounded like I was inconveniencing him with my service need, but Tomas — he asked me a few pertinent questions and set up an appointment for the very next morning. He was on time, kind and extremely helpful. Our vent «decided» to make a turn & head for the roof, (which was completely unexpected), but Thomas climbed on the roof to fix the problem — like business as usual.
Use Thomas! He’s 100% professional, he does a thorough job at a very fair cost & most of all, you won’t be disappointed.

If you’re looking to clean your dryer vent, Thomas is the man for the job. His prices were the most reasonable out of all the other quotes I received. I had an awful burning smell when I turned on my dryer and assumed it was a blocked vent. Thomas was able to come out the same day and upon removing my old vent, he told me that cleaning my vent wouldn’t correct the problem. However, he did spend a considerable amount of time still cleaning out my dryer for me to see if maybe removing the built up lint could preserve it a little longer. I will likely end up replacing my dryer but I appreciate his effort and honesty. I will most definitely be calling him for future services!!!

Great work by Thomas. The job ended up being much more involved than he initially thought. Our dryer vent has a bad turn of about 90 degrees partway through, making the cleaning difficult and time-​consuming. Thomas did a great, thorough job which involved moving our dryer unit and various items blocking the way, and moving a fountain near the vent exhaust. Once finished, he spent several minutes helping us optimize the exhaust vent area and giving us tips on how to maintain the vent properly.
Before he came, it was taking us 4 – 5 dryer cycles to dry our clothes; afterwards, we’re back down to a single cycle doing the job. Thanks!

Excellent service. Called at noon and was able to schedule them at 5pm that same day. Thomas was nice and helpful and worked quietly as I entertained some guests. I especially liked that I didn’t need to tell him to take his shoes off before stepping inside as other people I have contracted forget that tiny detail. Moreover they quote you a flat fee rate unlike some other places which is what I look for.

I found Thomas on Craigslist when I needed my dryer vent cleaned.
I know Craiglist is a crapshoot — I’ve found some good contractors and some really, really bad ones on there.
Thomas was one of the good ones. Here is why:
(1) He gave me advice over the phone (being all, like, honest and stuff) to make sure it was worth MY money for him to come out.
(2) He confirmed the appointment via text
(3) He called just prior to the appointment to let me know he was on his way
(4) He actually showed up when he said he was going to (already ahead of 90% of most guys who come out to your house).
(5) He had a good attitude ad I felt comfortable with him in my home
(6) He did exactly what he said he was going to do, and charge exactly what he said he was going to charge.
Those six things are everything you need from someone to come to your house and perform a service. I highly recommend giving Thomas a call if you need your dryer vents cleaned (oh, and we can dry clothes again…)

An all-​round positive experience.
Thomas answered the phone and answered all my questions. My dryer stopped drying because a convoluted vent was too clogged. After calling three different outfits, OC Service Pros responded faster to my needs and offered a better price for the same service. Thomas arrived on time, was as polite as could be and seemed genuinely interested in doing the job properly.
He found the blockage and made sure everything worked properly and left the work area cleaner than he found it. He even smiled when some overly curious dogs wanted to «borrow» his tools.
